My nail tech was very friendly & easy to talk to. This is the cleanest salon I’ve ever been to & everyone was very professional. I paid for the ‘Volcano Pedicure’ but was a bit disappointed that the hot stone massage was less than 5 min for both feet. All in all, I’m happy with my service but I won’t be upgrading above the basic pedicure again - I just didn’t feel it was worth the extra money.

Nailtique is always 5 out of 5 every time i go there! Very professional and nice. My favorite nail salon in the Hampton roads area. Also- very clean and i love the vibe of it. So elegant and fancy! Jessica is amazing at doing designs, i definitely recommend her.

A week ago I had a full set of acrylics put on at another salon in downtown Suffolk. Poor service, my nails were thick and just gross. After doing more searching online, I found Nailtique. They have NUMEROUS positive reviews so I decided to give them a try yesterday. Mimi was my tech and she was able to fix my mess. My nails look BEAUTIFUL! The salon is super clean, pleasant atmosphere and everyone who works there is professional. And guess what? NO WAITING! They obviously have the staff to handle their customer base. I did have an appointent yesterday and Mimi took me right away. Past experience at other salons..appointments dont matter! At Nailtique, you will be seen on time and receive quality service. I have been going to Nailtique for almost a year now. When I first went there my tech was Jason but then he left. The next tech was Mini, she is absolutely wonderful. $30 additional for simply gel polish was absolutely insane especially after spending $65 for the pedicure alone (I didnt mind the price of the pedicure) BUT it was absolutely HORRIBLE. It was so bad I didnt even want my nails done anymore as I was preparing for a professional shoot. Its clear they want a certain type of crowd but someone should really inform them of the location they are at and actually having techs who stand up to that standard. She wasnt even confident and seemed nervous. I purchased the best pedicure package they had and didnt even get a good massage. Will not recommend nor visit this location again! If Im buying the works I need a good tech, point.... Blank... PERIOD! 😒

I went to Nailtique for the first time last Sunday. There was a wait, but I sat in the waiting room by the fountain and it was a very relaxing time. I had to wait close to 30 minutes and the manager brought me a 10% off coupon for the long wait. I finally got my pedicure and manicure done from a young man, and the service was wonderful and relaxing. I’m pretty sure he missed a step because my gel toes were not shiny and my gel nails started peeling and chipping literally the next day. Also, while my nails were in the UV light it felt like my nails were burning off- I was in a lot of pain for my toes and nails. I told him it hurt but I don’t think he understood me. I called and expressed my frustration about 4 nails already chipping/peeling the day after and they told me to come back in on Wednesday. I went back in to have my nails fixed for free. Nicole redid my manicure and they have been EXCELLENT since! I’m so happy I gave them another chance, as the salon is beautiful and everyone is very friendly! The service, minus the burning under UV light and paint job was fantastic. I will go back again for sure, but sadly, I will need to request a woman, as I don’t know the young man’s name who helped me originally.

Karen is so kind hearted and friendly. I was told I had a 15 minute wait and she approached my 10 year old niece and I soon as the nice gentleman at the counter said there was a 15min wait. So there was no wait at all. Not to mention we came on a Friday! I didn’t know what I wanted and she hooked me up! I wish I got the name of the woman who did my nieces nails and toes too because she was extremely nice. I have never been to a nail salon that had excellent customer service. I am new to the area and this was the first place that would actually answer the phone when I called. Also they actually wanted to talk to us while we were there. Hands down the best customer service I have ever got at a nail place. I have lived in 3 different states at this point in my life and have been to dozens of nail places. I will certainly be back. 🙂

I was very pleased and happy with Amy, her professionalism, and the company until I checked out to leave and make a two week appointment with her with the receptionist at the front! He, made me feel the company is greedy and doesnt care about there customers, by implying that I was under charged for my service, that I shouldve paid more, after asking to see my design, and rubbing his hand on it! I had already paid $78.00 for my service, plus Amy, had already checked the prices with a manager prior to doing them! I was so disappointed and my happy went to REALLY! I just simply said with respect, she checked with someone before doing them and plus I came in with $80.00, and you are trying to take all of my money, and laughed then I left! Seriously, I have the money but this was not cool or caring only greedy! I will keep my appointment with Amy, but Im not sure if Ill get another design or make this my new nail salon, Ill see how my next visit goes, I do believe in second chances! 🤔 Oh, and I wouldve given it 5 stars but because of that I only gave 4 stars!

My daughter and I went to this nail salon today. It was our first time coming here. We did manicures and pedicures. I also got French tip acrylics. I am SO IMPRESSED with this place! They are very professional. Both of our nail technicians were gentle and paid attention to detail. They took there time with us and made sure we were 100% satisfied. Relaxing atmosphere. I got the full set french manicure. My nail tech was Angie. She was pleasant but I feel it is unprofessional to ask a woman of color if my hair is my real hair. Yes it is my hair!! Are you expecting me to look ghetto? What kind of question is that! I dont feel that Caucasian women get asked this question in a nail salon. Other than that I like my nails although I feel like towards the end my nails were rushed and got an attitude when i asked what the price of the manicure was. I have mixed emotions about coming back.

Environment was clean, and the staff seemed friendly in general. they use a liner in the pedicure bowls if you are wondering.Services received: Mineral spa pedicure with gel polish, Dipping powder with manicure, eyebrow/ upper lip wax.

We made appointments and still had to wait. I paid $220 for 4 pedis . We got to our chairs at 5:10 and were done at 5:51. It is so rushed, they just on to the next one.

I usually go here to get pedicures my pedicure was ok but my nail tech did not do a good job on my nails they were and uneven and had to pay 5 dollars extra for extra long nails didnt notice til I got the bill was not satisfied I will not be coming back

I went there and got the basic pedicure. Had my toes pained and on one toe each foot I have a little bit of glitter on the top. Then I got a gel polishes change on my hands, no manicure just polish change, and the glitter on the top of 2 nails. When we when to pay it was $71.00. That is crazy for a gel color change and a basic pedicure. The friend that was with me for the same thing and was charged 75.00 I feel like make up prices as they go. Needless to say we will not be going back. Prices are not posted anywhere in the spa either. Super upset for spending that money on my nails. Never. Again!

Looked for a nail salon close to us since we’re just visiting the area. I went for a pedi and full set and my friend went in for just a pedi. Super clean and nice place. The guy that did my nails was really nice and did a great job.. only complaint I have was he was rough with my hands. But my friend had a bad experience.. the lady cut her toe pretty bad and didn’t even say anything and she knew she did it too.. and when she went to spray the alcohol it burned her so bad and the lady still didn’t care... she was REALLY upset. They need to be a lot more gentle.

Went there for a pedicure and they didn’t even massage both of my feet for 5mins and didn’t even use the hot stones for 2 seconds on my feet and legs. I told the manager and she didn’t even care on top of that the nail tech was wiping the dirt from under my nails on my skin ? Ann did my nails on a Saturday, gel fill and gel color. Within 4 days my nail color was chipping and peeling. I called and Jessica told me to come on and shell fix it. Well.......she slightly filed the color and added another coat, instead of taking off the color and redoing it. She explained to me that my hand wasnt in the machine right thats why it bubbled up and started peeling. So this time I was certain to put my hand ALL the way in. Within 2 hours of her redoing my nails, I am again peeling off my nail color. I thought Gel color was supposed to last longer. Ive been getting my nails done for years and this is the first time my GEL POLISH has peeled. I wasted $42 and my time. I will never go back to this place again because I gave them a chance to fix it and Jessica took the easy way out to fix someone else mistake and she messed up my nails too.

I just booked a future appointment at 10 oclock at night. What great customer service, responding to me 5 hours after closing. Im very impressed!

I will never go back in here because they dont listen and they dont give you any prices until the work is already done. I specifically told the lady i wanted a regular pedicure and she did hot stone anyway and my toes look horrible. I have never had my polish look so bad that was done by a professional. They are not that friendly either. They are overpriced and charge for every single thing

I took my daughter for her 10th birthday and the service was rushed the polished was all around the skin of her nails and the sides were not polished. She has acrylic under some of her nails. Did not look professional at all I will not be going back.

I paid $85 for a full “gel” set w gel polish (no such thing as gel POWDER, wish I knew before entering this shop ) right after I left the shop I notice the lines on my designs were not straight & my paint job was rushed, I wasn’t upset about that BUT the very NEXT day my nails started peeling & looked as if I needed a fill in., I went back got it redone . Still had its flaws but looked better . 2 days later my “GEL” nails are peeling again . HASNT EVEN BEEN A WEEK ! This shop is OVERPRICED for the quality of the nails .

I just moved to the area and had to find a new nail shop. Ive found it. I got the best mani/pedi that Ive EVER had. On the pricy side, but in the end well worth it.

I always receive good service and I enjoyed the atmosphere. I didnt have to wait at all.

I went to get my nails removed and to get a new full set. Removing them wasnt a problem. The guy was very sweet and gentle. After removing them we applied the tips and adjusted them to the desired length. He then gets a phone call from his wife which I assured him was fine because I didnt know what was going on. Well then he starts to shape and I tell him i want coffin and I notice they are very round so I show him a picture and he gets a small attitude and a little rough. Overall i was not satisfied. I like the way the first set was removed but I do not like the way my nails look now. I would like to note that when he was removing the nails I walked in with he said they were thick and asked if I would like my new set thinner and I happily said yes, they came out thicker. I would also like to note that I wrote down that I wanted Nicole to do my nails because everyone recommended her and I did not get Nicole. I dont think I will be going back here. I paid $55 and am very unsatisfied. One last thing is that they look very sloppy and bubbled instead of neat and clean.

My pedicure was very nice. I had my two year old daughter with me and had trouble keeping her entertained. The lady at the front desk came back and painted her nails which was much appreciated!! Great experience. Will definitely be back!

I loved the atmosphere and decor, very relaxing and clean. Was in and out very fast, will definitely come back and hopefully remember to ask for the name of my technician and have her do my nails again.

Definitely the best nail spa in Suffolk. The place is absolutely spotless and the staff is polite and professional. They did not try to push additional services but let me choose any upgrades I wanted for my manicure and pedicure from a menu after I was taken back for my service. While I didn’t have an appointment and was easily accommodated I would recommend calling for an appointment because it did get busy after my arrival. Best part is this was the first place in Suffolk that I have been to that did not use a cheese grater on my feet and opened freshly sterilized tools for my service.

I have been here twice once in august and once this past weekend with a friend. We arrived at 5 and left at around 7 we also paid 100 dollars for regular gel where as I paid 30 anywhere else I go and my friend only got gel and glitter. Pricing is rediculous and for the time we were there and the not so good work done on our nails I will not go again which is sad because I liked the place the first time I went.

Came in for the first time with my mom as a birthday treat. We splurged and got a very nice spa pedicure. It was worth every penny. My technician, Andrew, was so pleasant. He was patient with me and did not mind carrying on a conversation. He did not pressure me into additional services, however, was extremely informative when I inquired about them. Check in was a bit hectic. For my first time there I was definitely left to assume where to go and sit instead of being led which always frustrates me. Other than that I had a great experience and will be back and refer.

I had my Gel manicure done by another salon and it came off 2 days later. It was very upsetting so I decided to stop by Nailtique to try it out. I had Jessica for the service, it was FANTASTIC from the polish to the cuticle trimming. Will be back for pedicure next week. Might change the color for the nails.

I was traveling through town and spot the nail salon by the interstate. So decided stop in for a gel fullset with pedicure. They have a lots of Gel colors to choose and liners, disposal buffer, pumice stone, file for pedicure. Very clean and relaxing. My nails were fantastic. Wish they in Raleigh so that I can come back for the service. Next time in town definitely stop by again.

I have been getting my nails done for 15 years. I stepped out of my comfort zone and decided to give this place a try right before Christmas as my mother goes here. BIG MISTAKE! I went in for a full set, as I had took my acrylic overlay off a few months prior. I was not asked if I wanted gel or acrylic, the lady immediately started laying what appeared to be acrylic, once a couple of nails were done she stated she was laying gel because it lasted longer. Ok fine, I knew the price would be slightly higher due to the gel. She also asked me if it was my first time at the salon, when I stated yes she walked over and grabbed a small box with a nail file. Fast forward, once I was done, I went to pay and was charged $60.00!!! $5.00 was charged for that nail file box (which was never disclosed to me I would be paying for and something I will never use again because I will not be returning.) Needless to say, I went to my regular salon for my fill in, I informed them that I had gel and wanted to remove that and have acrylic laid, well guess what? He informed me I did not in fact have gel. So I paid for services I though I received and did not! Upset to say the least that I spent that amount and didnt even receive what she charged me for. Please beware. I felt as though I was ripped off 🤔

I am very pleased with how beautiful my nails are. I either wear the french manicure or keep my nails clear and the nail tech did exactly as I asked with one exception. I told him I wanted an acrylic fill-in and he said okay. It wasnt until he pulled out the UV lamp that I realized he used gel and not acrylic. A gel fill is $35 as opposed to the $18 acrylic fill that I requested. Im happy I had the money to pay the difference or I would have been embarrassed.I will return to this salon because I love my nails, I just dont like receiving more expensive services than requested.

This has to be the cleanest salon I have been in. The staff is very friendly. Linda gave me exactly what I wanted. They take their time and actually bake the gel nails like they are supposed to be (not 30 seconds and done.)
