I had my ex-husband talk to the service writer to set appointment. They said it would take two whole days. He took it to Audi on Thursday afternoon to be able to work on it then & Friday & Monday. My ex heard the mechanic was out Monday. I was going to leave it Tuesday to be worked on. There was some problem the mechanic couldnt get to it that day also. Come to find out, the shop had never taken it in or had even started working on it Thursday as promised. So, my car sat there from Thursday to Tuesday afternoon & I hadnt been informed of anything! My ex called the service writer and told him to forget it and to have it ready for him to take me there to get my car. There was no communication, just excuses and actually no ligitament answers from them why it never got fixed! I was without a car for six days with no explanation or apologies from the service writer or the shop Manager! I wouldnt take my car there if I didnt have to. Since they are the only German car dealership in Stuart with the German parts, you dont have a choice but to take your car to Audi. I have checked all over Stuart for a car dealership that would or could work on the car, but because they dont carry the parts and dont have the special tools to work on German cars, they cant. Its been a constant money pit since I bought it three years ago and its been one major problem after another and cost a fortune! I would never buy an Audi ever again and have been trying to sell mine since I bought it. This is the worst treatment Ive ever had from a car dealership and I expect an explanation and apology from Management.

Everything was great. The gentlemen who came to get the car was awesome and the entire process was smooth. They picked the car up from myHome on a Monday and dropped it off at my office on a Tuesday. My only little complaint was my sq5 did come back with low fuel.

From entering Audi Stuart to leaving after the service was performed, everything was beyond expectations. Andrew was excellent to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure all was taken care of. I have dealt with many dealerships and services, but Audi Stuart and Andrew made the experience an exceptionally positive one. I truly dont think anything else could have been improved upon. I will go out of my way in the future to make it to Audi Stuart. Audi Stuart - people like Andrew make happy and repeat customers. Thank you Andrew for everything.

I used Audi Stuart service on 4/23 and was very pleased with the whole process. There was a system upgrade that was done as well as my oil change. A loaner car was provided.I usually go to Audi West Palm, but Stuart is closer. I will be using them from now on.
