All the staff members here are friendly & very knowledgeable. Most importantly, honest. Unlike most places; if your vehicle isn’t going to be ready that day; they’ll tell you ASAP, instead of just letting you sit and wait, just to be told later… it won’t be ready. They stayed on schedule with appointment drop off and job completion. I appreciate it because time is important to me. I don’t have to worry about wasting it with CTM. Thanks for the new Teraflex adjustable control arms! Jeep rides like factory now, even with lift and 37’s. Really appreciate your efforts!

CTM customs is awesome. Friendly staff that will take their time to explain everything to you and all your options. Great job installing my snorkel, but even better was the install of my new ball joints and axle seals. Now the front end is better than factory.

Couldn’t have been a better experience! Joe and Travis were super helpful and courteous. My truck ended up looking exactly the way I imagined. I got a small lift and new tires and the final product turned up perfect. There were some challenges getting the front lift installed, but the guys reached out to the manufacturer to get some insight and ultimately got the whole thing installed flawlessly. I’m sure there was a little cussing. 😂 Highly recommend CTM. Beside being a competent custom shop, they support great charities. A great asset for our community!

Customer service! The technician was great! Other garages should take note on this business plan. Prices were fair and the work is guaranteed, no questions. I had plenty of options for parts based on their inspection. I was not pressured to purchase or do any unnecessary work. I was kept in the loop via phone calls of any issues during the install. I had CTM Customs install a 2.5 inch lift with Rims and Tires on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler (See pictured attached). I spoke with Bobby multiple times throughout the process and couldnt be happier with his knowledge, follow ups, and recommendations. He made the going with CTM a no brainer. The turnaround was amazing, CTM was able to complete the entire lift within a day. Dropping off and picking up the Jeep, I appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff. I recommend anyone shopping around to consider going with them for all of your vehicle needs!

Ordered a truck bed cover from CTM, dropped the truck off for the install. I was contacted thirty minutes later to be told that the top cover had a dent in it. CTM indicated that hey would order a new one and contact me for an install date. I arrived at my new appointment to have the top installed, two hours later I arrived to pick up my truck. The installer asked me to follow him to the shop area. The new top that was installed had a dent in it. The installer told me he didnt notice the damage until the install was complete. The shop tried to talk me into taking a $20.00 in store credit if I would accept the new top with the dent.I told them to remove the top and give me a refund.Horrible experience! Trying a new shop!

I had the guys at CTM do some front end upgrades on my 98 Jeep Cherokee. Joe provided a couple of options for what was needed and it was completed on time. Im extremely happy with the upgrades provided.Id recommend CTM to anyone looking for an honest shop to work on their 4x4 Jeep. Thanks CTM.!!!

Awesome customer service! I’ve had several custom parts installed by CTM recently and the whole process went very smooth. I really wanted to leave a better review. First lets talk about the good.1. Super fancy shop2. Pretty Builds on new vehicles3. Polite service4. They did, in fact, do a partly decent job on the work they did on my jeep.5. Free sodaNow to my issue with them. It was an incomplete diagnosis. The jeep was in bad shape. It needed a new hub and steering stabalizer. They fixed these. There was still a very concerning scraping sound on L turns and then an incident where the wheel slowed down on the freeway almost causing an accident and a death wobble. I needed these issues fixed too so I took it back. They took it back and said they could find nothing wrong aside from it needing a better lift, shocks and tires. Well, this isnt my first jeep and I do know that what they are saying was correct BUT, and this is a big but, something else was seriously wrong. They sent me on my way. Teary eyed, I drove away feeling terrified to put my children in what felt like a death trap.Took it to Southeast jeeps. Told them about the jeep. Drove it for 2 minutes, found 2 missing bolts that were the culprits for the death wobble, body roll and nail scraping left turning sound. A few minutes later it was fixed.So if you want some pretty accessories, go to CTM, their builds are beautiful. If you have a mechanical issue, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.Update: Matt, the owner, didnt call me but called my out of the state spouse and apologized with a refund. At least he stepped up when he knew mistakes were made.

I was very happy with the service provided by CTM. Joe did a great job. Very happy with my new RSI SmartCap. Took quite awhile to get it delivered from the distributer but that normal these days. Ill definitely be going back to CTM for other products and service.

These guys stepped up for me big time! I had a front end issue with my 2020 Silverado 2500 (with a part I had somebody else put on) and they fit me on a Friday and worked all day to get it done right..and past 5PM! as I had to drive home to NY on Sunday, the truck drives better than from the factory. I highly recommend them, they will be doing all my trucks in the future. Great staff, great service and a great business

I absolutely love my Jeeps new shoes!!!CTM was great and here is my story. I needed new tires and decided that new rims were in the budget too. I had never done this before and had no idea were to start so I spoke to friends, family and Facebook to see who they would recommend. There were options but CTM was at the top of the list nd conveniently located by my house and work. I stopped by one day after work and met Joe, who was very helpful. Again, this was my first experience doing this so I had questions, Joe was patient and educated me on the options and the process. Once I finally made a a decision on what I wanted SO MANY OPTIONS the process couldnt have gone any easier. They ordered the rims, tires and brake light I wanted and Installed them once they arrived. When I came to pick up my jeep was I so happy to see her Beautiful new rims her shoes.Thanks again CTM- I will be back

I am a man of many questions. Before I make large purchases I have to know every little detail of the transaction. Travis walked me through every step of my purchase. On paper, on computer and in pictures. Before work began, I requested to meet in person the individual who would be working on my truck. I asked the questions, how are you today, how long have you worked here, what do you like most about your work and many more. I needed to be comfortable with my truck being in the hands of a stranger. Travis gave me a tour of the shop, showed me vehicles being worked on, explained each job that was going on, he showed me the daily logs that each employee fills out from start to finish. Every step is recorded and checked off and double checked. Travis explained to me how the shop supervisors monitor and check work for correct action. In the end, I explained exactly what I wanted. Travis gave me all the options to see this project through. I never imagined my last truck could ever be topped, but CTM created a masterpiece for me. Best part, I am a US Army Veteran. CTM recognizes this and I was given a Military Discount. Thanks to all you guys!!

I walked into this performance shop hoping to purchase an old spare wheel for my F250. I recently got into accident caused by a blowout on the highway. The gentleman running CTM listened to my story and without hesitation extended the favor of letting me borrow a 20” rim and tire until a nice set of take off wheels come along for me to purchase. You just don’t get that kind of hospitality nowadays and because of there immediate generosity, I would trust them to do a top notch job with custom truck builds and modifications.

Seems like a decent place for cosmetic mods but do not have them work on you engine. My car came back blowing white smoke out the tail pipe.

Purchased new Rims, needed to have them swapped out for my existing ones, CTM was recommended by a nearby shop where I had tint done, CTM was very professional and friendly, will absolutely use them again!

The place has everything one would expect for any five star business. Everything is clean and in excellent repair including bathrooms, lobby, back shops, work bays, and parking area. The employees are alert, upbeat, energetic, clean, and personable. Josh at the front desk is not only professional but also an excellent person to have on your side. My order came in without seeing a proper picture and it had to be turned around. He agreed it was a risky buy on my part that didnt work out and made the arrangements to have it returned, helped me do it right the next time, expedited the shipment, made a time slot available in the middle of the week and it was done. He and Travis made it right and all without any of the usual attitude that can come with it. I also received simple, harmless follow-up e-mails from the owner to make sure everything was tip top. My order was small compared to what they can do. I recommend doing a drive by their place to see how classy they are and the drop in the lobby to get a feel for the scope of work they can do. I found them through Yelp but since Ive been there and mentioned them here and there many of my friends said that CTM is their go-to for upgrades and aftermarket work. Obviously Im very happy and highly recommend.

They lie!I went there to order a Leer canopy and some step bars.I ordered the canopy, and I was told I had to pay in full, up front, including installation. Sort of odd, but I paid in full for the canopy (over $2,600.00!!!!), and I was told that it would take a month or more to get it in. And, they couldnt order the step bars as the manufacturer was out of stock. Try back in another couple of weeks!I came back in two more weeks, and was told I could order the step bars (and again, pay in full, up front, including installation(!) -another $530.00!!!)Another two weeks passes, and no step bars, and no canopy.Finally, in week five, Im told the step bars are in... and my appointment is for the following morning at 08:00AMI get there prior to the appointed hour, and wait... finally they take my keys & vehicle... a half hour later, they call me, there is a problem - wrong step bars. Even though they have the bracket bolted onto my truck.I go away, and wait for a call... one week passes, I call to see if my canopy or step bars are in. They blame the manufacturers !!!Finally, my BS meter is pegged to the max, and I call Leer. Being that Leer only sells through dealers, they are hesitant to talk to me, but tell me they have my order, and have been trying to reach CTM for weeks.They do say that they cannot manufacture or ship to CTM unless they talk to them first. Simple code for they dont pay their bills, and they are on a cash basis. But they has my money for weeks! A total of over $3,100! And I have nothing to show.Bottom line... run, dont walk some where else ! There are far more trustworthy vendors! Ive found them, quite easilyOnce I stopped trusting these clowns, Ive got step bars, and a Leer canopy in 15 days.Oh how I wish there were negative stars!Oh, they are no longer a Line-x dealer either.

Been looking for someone that would modify the front seat on my Nissan Frontier to get a little more leg room. After a lot of nos I went to CTM and they agreed to do it. I really liked that they came up with several options and they reviewed them with me and took my input into consideration. The job turned out really nice and at a very reasonable price. I cant say enough good things about the place. All the employees are super friendly and appear to really enjoy working there. Its really a pleasure to do business with them.

Excellent service! I’m very happy with the front end rebuild CTM Customs did on my high milage F150 4x4. This is my second front end rebuild and I was very impressed that the cost was very close to what I paid another shop about 5 years ago (with a 1 year warranty). CTM Customs use better quality parts with a lifetime parts warranty, so I won’t have to worry about anything but labor in the future. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. And, now that I know CTM Customs is a full service automotive shop, I’ll be giving them most, if not all of my future automotive business. Thanks guys!

I have been researching my build since the day I bought my 2017 F250. I’m a DIYer but knew that at some point I would want to get professional installation done with a reputable company. There were just a few options but I still researched and checked out my options. My gut feeling was to contact CTM but chose to contact another company first. After contacting the other company and not getting a response from that company, I finally contacted CTM through their website. Within an hour I received a phone call from Josh. After speaking to him regarding what I wanted to do, I made the appointment to install my bds 2in leveling kit onto the F250. The morning of the appointment I met Josh, dropped off the truck. As per our conversation they called me the same day and I got the F250 back as expected. The work was top notch. What is great about CTM is that they are truly Customer Service oriented. The truck was done last Thursday. I enjoyed driving it all weekend. This morning I got a text from Matt from CTM following up with me asking me if everything went well with the install. That right there is the reason why I knew to contact CTM. Should have contacted them from the start. Anyone can install a part for your truck, car, motorcycle etc, but true customer service is something that is a very important part of running a business. Lots of businesses fail to realize this throughout industries we as consumers choose to go to. CTM completely understands this and they’ve earned my business. As soon as I get my wheel and tire combo, I’ll be back to CTM to get them installed and aligned! Thank you Josh, Matt and the whole crew at CTM!!!

I dealt with Josh Barrett who ordered me some new shocks. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Josh went above and beyond trying to find the correct length shock for my application. He went out to his shop and began measuring shocks that he had in stock to get me taken care of that day. Although he didn’t have the correct shocks in stock, he ordered them for me and said they would be here tomorrow. The waiting area was very clean and there were complimentary coffee and drinks available for the customers. CTM’s prices were great. I did not leave feeling like I was taken advantage of. I highly recommend CTM for their outstanding customer service. I will be returning to this location instead of CTMs competitor for future work.

Another fantastic job by the CTM professionals! Brian replaced my improperly installed “leaking” fuel tank, electric fuel pump and misaligned fuel gauge (installed 6-8 months ago and “played with” several times since then) the right way. He routed the fuel lines much more neatly AND safely than the previous install reflected; to include running the electrical connection wire(s) inside the car in lieu of hanging under the car while associated fuel lines are securely stowed and fastened to the under carriage. A small detail, but which speaks volumes to me is, the recent tank install (probably like the original one) was completed using sheet metal screws. Brian decided to spend a little more time making it safer and more permanent by using bolts and nuts. Thank you (Matt, Josh and Brian) for providing quality service at a reasonable price. Further and very importantly, resolving problems the FIRST time; thereby precluding frequent, protracted return visits to get the initial problem resolved.

They guys there are great, very personable and nice. However I’m very disappointed because I didn’t get what I was promised. I waited to buy a truck until I could confirm they could wire my aftermarket lights a very particular way. Once they confirmed they could do what I asked and I found a truck I bought it .. They told me what I wanted was no problem and they could be wired “any way I like “. Much to my extreme disappointment when the truck is half torn apart they said they couldn’t do it. Now I’ve spent a good chunk of money with specific expectations and they couldn’t do it without charging me for at least $300 more in labor. I guess it becomes my problem they couldn’t do it as they would not own the problem. I would think they would do what they promised even if it took them more labor than anticipated. If they couldn’t do it I wish they would of told me up front because I would have found a shop that could. Others that bought these lights, who are not professional installers, were able to do what they couldn’t.

Being a shadetree mechanic for many years, I am and have always been reluctant to bring my vehicles anywhere to be worked on. When my 05 F150 with 270k miles started giving me some trouble beyond my equipment and time capabilities, I decided to bring it to CTM based off of the positive comments I read on the Jupiter Jeep fourm. It turned out to be a great experience overall, Josh and Dean were awesome to work with, they communicated well through each step of the diagnostic process. I felt they appreciated my amature capabilities and really explained their findings well. The truck is now running well and because of the good communication by Josh, the bill was no surprise!!! Brought my truck in for an alignment since it had death wobble. Whats told my tie rods and a couple other small things needed to be fixed before I can get allignment. Got them repaired and was told the death wobble was gone drove the truck up to speed death wobble was still there was told it was probly my tires being too small so I got big tires now death wobble is mostly gone what you can still feel a hard shudder at 75 instead of 68. Also sounds like a hollow knocking coming from the front axle now. So I am now $5500 in still have a death wobble at highway speeds and have no more money to put into it right now. But everyone at the shop was very nice and theyre very willing to show you around and what theyre going to do

5 stars isn’t enough for this “ONE OF A KIND GEM” in South Florida..Matt and his team of experts have customized two of my trucks and recently finished a “frame off” restoration of my Jeep YJ. Anywhere we go we get asked “wow!!!! who did the work?” I proudly point to my Vinyl Graphics and say CTM Customs in Stuart. Their ability to do ANYTHING to Cars, Trucks and Motorcycles makes them a unique find. All the guys there exude professionalism. Their new facility off SE Jay Street reminds me of West Coast Customs.. I dealt with both Scott and Nathan when I was calling about getting a quote and scheduling to have a leveling kit installed on my truck. I set everything up with the guys and then two things that hardly ever happen at a shop happened. First, I was supposed to have my truck back by 1pm so I could get to another appointment on time and they had it ready by 10:30am. Then I went to pay and they notified me that it was actually cheaper than what they had initially quoted. Who does this anymore!!! I would also add that I called around and spoke to at least 10 different places for the same work and they were at least $100 cheaper than anyone else and in some cases over $200 cheaper. If I need work done I know where I will go from now on, Thanks CTM.

WE STARTED OUT ON THE WRONG FOOT. BUT AFTER TALKING TO BRAD AND MATT THEY STEPPED UP TO THE PLATE AND MADE GOOD ON ALL ASPECTS. THEY HAVE A CLEAN SHOP AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. TRUCK DELIVERED ON TIME AND YOU COULD NOT TELL THAT ANYBODY WORKED ON IT EXCEPT THAT IT WAS NOW RAISED. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS, VERY SATISFIED.

Really did a great job installing the leveling kit and tires on my Jeep. Will definitely recommend!
