I took my vehicle here for a few things it need done, I got charged $1500,00 and have taken the car back 3 times already. Now I have a pool of power steering fluid in my driveway and nobody is answering my calls. Ive called multiple times and left messages. Freddie was the guy Im dealing with right now, I guess Ill drive down and see whats happening. I just want my moneys worth and I will never do business with this establishment. I guess Ill probably have to take legal action and see what happens. I cant let go $1500.00 just like that, not even if I was rich. Well there it is, steer away from this establishment. You might not have the time I have to deal with this. BTW HE SAID ITS NOT REYES AUTO ANYMORE, ITS BEEN 316 AUTO SINCE FREDDIE TOOK OVER. Hope he does right by me. I will keep you posted. UPDATE! MY VEHICLE IS STILL THE SAME WAY. WISH I COULD AFFORD TO SUE THIS ESTABLISHMENT! GUESS ILL LEAVE IT IN GODS HANDS.Btw, if you need a true honest mechanic. Having to get your car fixed is no fun but Ive gone to Reyes Auto Service on several occasions to service my car and its always a pleasure here. Theyre reasonably priced the staff here are knowledgeable and nice people and Freddie is very helpful.

Had a grinding noise at low speeds. Tire Kingdom in Stuart told me it was my brake rotors and they needed to be replaced. That didnt sound right so I went to Goodyear in Palm City. They said it was my transmission. Still didnt sound right to me. Next was Reyes. After a quick drive around the parking lot, they put it up on a lift and showed me that one of the U-joints in my drive shaft was badly worn. After replacing it, the grinding noise is gone.Also, while waiting, I looked up a rough cost estimate for U-joint replacement online. Reyes came in below that estimate.These guys are honest and have fair prices. Very happy with Reyes.

I came to Reyes on the recommendation of a friend. While living in Miami, I continued to take my car to a dealership for service because I never found a repair shop that I felt was both honest and competent. I think I found that in Stuart, with Reyes shop. He repaired a clicking in the steering column - everything turned out as he estimated.Another shop said the problem was typical of my model and I didnt need to do anything. Feel much better having no more clicking - and better, an honest, competent shop owner for the future.

This is for the U-Haul department: Jimmy was incredible! He was under a lot of pressure as Irma was coming with a vengeance and he remained calm, polite and professional. He helped me attach the trailer in the absolute pouring down rain and did not complain once. I wish everyone took their job with such commitment and pride as he did. Would happily recommend Jimmy and Reyes!

I came here as a last resort after being to 3 other places. They are very knowledgeable and curtious. The mechanic took the time to explain everything in detail even showing diagrams of what needed done. I would recommend this place over any other shop on the treasure coast.

Reyes Auto service is a bit difficult to find, but well worth it. Nelson and his ace mechanic Robert spent several hours trying to find a problem with my vehicle going above and beyond what a typical shop might do, in spite of my efforts to do my own repairs and only making things worse. I highly recommend these guys, give them a try before rolling up your sleeves.

This place is tucked away from highway 1 but is worth trying to find. The price was worth the extra effort and the people were open about what was and more importantly what wasnt needed for my vehicle.

The service technicians are experts in each area of automotive diagnosis and repair . The owner, Nelson, oversees each job and theu will NEVER steer the customer wrong. Honest, hard-working and dependable. What more could anyone ask ?

This review is strictly regarding their UHAUL division not their auto services. Although the staff was extremely friendly, they lacked big time on communication regarding prices, extra fees ect. I walked away with charges, I was not aware of or did not state on the contract/agreement that I read thoroughly and signed. Kind of shady. Make sure you get the entire break down of everything.
