I recently purchased 2 rear tires for my car. At high speeds the car would shake so I brought it back to have a re-balance. My car is a high performance vehicle which is not driven everyday. I had a appointment at 930am and the car was not brought into the shop till 1030. The technician proceeded to balance all the wheels and I only brought it in for the rear tires. He told me that hes been doing this since hes 13 years old and he knew what he was doing. Well it looks like hes been doing it wrong since he was thirteen. After he completed the job I went finalize the job and they told me that there was a $59.63 charge. For what, i bought the tires here and they were improperly balanced the first time, i felt there should not have been a charge. They told me its been a while since I purchased them, there was only two thousand miles on them. I told them they would lose a good customer since I have 8 vehicles personal and business. The manager remarked that we have plenty of customers and did not need me. Well good bye Firestone you will not see me there again. And to top it off, the expert technician installed my drag radial tires on the front of the car which is total stupidity. Thanks again Firestone for a job done wrong again

Pleasantly surprised. I have typically had bad experiences with other mechanics. This was the only one that left a positive mark on me. We’ve had to go there a few times over the past year or so for my kids cars. Each time is a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I always felt like they were patient and kind and took the time to explain things to me. I ask a lot of questions and I never felt rushed. I always felt like I was given superior service.My kids cars are running great.It’s important because they are in school and I need to feel safe.I highly recommend this place!!I did have to chat with Chris, the manager, a few times for a few specific things. Chris was genuine, authentic and really seem to know his stuff. I felt like he went above and beyond for my kids cars!!

I recently had to bring my car in for my daughter to have new tires put on as well as brakes. The entire team could not have been more helpful. They steered me in the right direction and overall I felt the quality of service as well as the timeliness of completion were excellent. Chris the manager, was extremely polite and helpful. Answered all my questions. Will definitely be back for future service.

I came in with a flat tire, going on vacation and a Drs appt. I needed to get to. They were so nice and helpful in getting me a new tire, new battery and wipers …and to my appt on time. They fully explained everything before they did it also. I’ve used them before and they never fail me!

They are all very nice there but I had an two-wheel alignment done and got home and looked at the specs, found they only did the Toe-In. The castor and camber were off the charts. After discussion one told me they will do it if the computer tells them. Another said corporate does not allow them to. So I had to do it myself in the garage. It was a major job since I have no lift or special tools. I took it back for a Check and they said the castor and camber were perfect but the Toe-in was off again. I had them fix it and had to pay for two alignments in two days while doing the work myself. Beware their alignments only correct Toe-In.

Great service provided by Steve at this location. My wife had called me saying she had a screw in the tire. She went right over to the shop on a Sunday with no appointment, and they took care of her right away. So thankful for the great service provided by this Firestone location !

Asked for an appointment at 9:00 am, and Stuart Firestone responded by offering a noon appointment the next day. I said that would be fine.It is currently 1:40 pm and they have not yet brought the car in.When I brought the car in at 12 o’clock for the appointment, the technician told me it would be about an hour. I just wish he had Been upfront and said “I’m sorry, but we’re running a bit late and your wait time will be longer than expected.”I felt a lack of respect for my time.

Arrived 8:15am thurs. Was given a 4pm appointment. Left vehicle for alignment check and check wheel balance. Picked up at 4:15. Said they were done but no technician before or after paperwork or notes. ???

Firestone in Stuart is the place to go. I will drive out of my way to get there. These guys are upfront and honest, actually caring about your car. They will tell you what is necessary to do now and what you can hold off on (and how). Service is always polite and thorough. They always get me the info on my car asap and get it done on time.

Gone here a few times but the last time I went because I got a flat and needed a new tire put on. He went to take off the donut and said the one lug nut was really on there (I was standing next to my car the whole time) He tried harder and snapped my lug stud off. I told him to please put in the notes that He broke it, he did not. He just wrote that I was made aware that it was broke and then quoted me $163 to fix it! I have a 15 month old and its just not safe smh.

Stopped there real quick because I had a flat tire on my brand new Michelin’s that I purchased from firestone in August. I have been doing business here for years and bought several sets of tires from them. The air in my tire was leaking fast so I needed it fixed. I was told they couldn’t take it until the next day at 2. I realize it was the end of the day and they were busy but a flat tire is something that needs to be attended to immediately. I feel like they could have tried to accommodate me at least early the next morning. How long does it take to plug a tire? I will buy my tires elsewhere in the future.

AVOID THIS LOCATION.. tell me how i had a scheduled appointment for a tire rotation and nail that is still stuck in the tire and the tire was in the same spot so they never did a rotation. I bought the full set of toyo tires here with a package to have these services covered. On too of that they pushed my car till end of the day and never did any service on my 2018 honda.. just horrible i cant believe the lack of safety concerns for there customers.. like i said avoid this place and this as a WARNING

Too long a wait even when I made an appointment ahead of time. Hard to get info from staff. I finally had to ask when my car would be serviced after waiting 55 minutes, they came right out to get it, were done with the oil change and all points check in only 14 minutes. Makes me wonder if I really got what I paid for.

Went in for an alignment and switched out a tire. I Asked them to check the control arms and tie rods as I had a vibration in the steering. I was assured they do that with the alignment. Car was done and the salesman said everything was great. As I get onto us1 and get up to speed the Vibration is still there so When I got home and checked myself. I have a cracked busing in the upper control arm and lower as well that are visible with the tire on. Thanks for accepting my payment with a smile.

I have used this location several times before and had no issues other than it taking forever to have my work done. Until today. I went in to have my tires looked at due to unusual wear. After an hour and a half wait, the guy at the front proceeded to argue with me telling me that my parts were old causing the wear. When I told him that those parts are new prior to my tires being replaced he went on to say that well its because the parts are loose. I told him again, my parts are inspected regularly and I know for a fact thats not true. He then said one of your rims is bent. I immediately damaged my car be taken down off the lift, then called the cooperate office to see what can be done. A complaint was filed. Hoping to hear back soon regarding this issue. I will never use this company again. They are unprofessional, and just another chain store out to make a buck. Better to use and mom and pop shop.

Had to get a tire replaced. I have the Firestone tire warranty - told me that it didn’t apply to this situation. Returned to my normal Firestone and they told me I should not of been charged the price of a brand new tire. (Which I was)Called Fireatone Stuart back and spoke to the manager. Who did nothing and refused to refund me. Then the manager proceeded to tell me to ask for a refund from another Firestone.

Just wanted to thank Firestone for repairing the tires on two of my vehicles. The second vehicle had a self tapping screw in the tread. Three other tire stores ( including initially Firestone) told me that it could not be repaired due to the location of the screw. After doing some research on tire repair and taking pictures of the location of the screw, I decided that the screw was in a position that would safely allow for repair on a tire that still had a lot of miles left on the them. I took the information that I had back to a local shop and showed them the research from a national tire trade association and a the picture of the location. They could not tell me where they got the info that tires with puncture in a certain portion of the tire cant be repaired. They could not tell me what the guideline said regarding tolerance. They did to their credit say that they would plug the tire. I handed them the key and sat down to allow them to repair the tire. 5 min later the manager comes out and asks if I can go to the store and buy plugs for the tire. I questioned why it was my job to go get plugs for them to install. His response was Im doing you a favor . I asked for my key and left Atlantic Tire on Monterrey St. I left and decided to go back to Firestone, which I had initially brought the car to, and was told that it could not be fixed. After providing them with the same info I had provided to Atlantic, they agreed that the tire could in fact be repaired. I took an Uber back to the business and received a call an hour later saying the tire was repaired. I had a lifetime vehicle with Firestone 20 years ago, which they stood behind for 10 plus years. I would imagine that they will stand behind the repair of this tire. Thank you Firestone was listening to reason and data and doing the right thing instead of just trying to sell tires.

Beware this firestone tries to sell parts that are not necessary. I went in to get new brakes and they tried to sell me new rotors even though mine where still good. After new brakes were installed I had another issue with my vehicle and needed to bring it to the dealer. I asked them about the rotors and they said they are still good and do not need to be replaced. One of the techs at this firestone said that there where some hot spots on them but Honda confirmed that was not true. I will go elsewhere in the future when my car needs service.

The team went above and beyond in fitting My Audi brake pads - we had an issue with the new sensors that came with the pad kit and they replaced them no question. Good price and great service. Will be back for other service items

Took our Van there for non working AC. The compressor had been replaced in Pittsburgh 3 weeks earlier. They said it needed a new one 1700. It was only a connection. Rip Off city

As someone who works in the automotive industry, I have to give the techs and staff here kudos for a job well done!!I showed up with no appointment to get my vehicle serviced. I was told about 45-60 minutes. 45 minutes later I left the shop!Keep up the great work guys!!

Slow as molasses...2 hours for oil and filter change and had to go back and have them fix my glove box...will try another location

At times the service is sloppy and what the work is not done as ordered such as tire rotation, alignment etc. The best is when they tell you that you need a diagnostic for which they charge you $85 for. Ripp off...

Lazy staff who didn’t follow a mask mandate consistently and couldn’t figure out which of my front tires was bald. Creepy mechanic didn’t help the case who was obviously drunk or just plain weird. Pretty disappointing but what do you expect from Martin “redneck” County anymore?

Extremely reasonable and fair. Weve been to all kinds of shops over the years and weve found Firestone (especially the folks in the Stuart location) to be very honest and willing to work with you to get the price down if its possible at all. Theyre great at pointing out things that need to be done and very honest about whats recommended but wouldnt be terrible if you decide to wait on getting done. Alot of shops treat you like youre at their mercy and time schedule but here, you can tell theyre truly here to work for you.Huge thanks to these guys.

I made an appointment to get my oil changed and ended up waiting for an hour and a half. I asked them for an update and they told me that one of my tires was accidentally damaged in the process and they are going to replace it with a new one. After replacing just one tire, my tires are no longer even. They suggested that I should purchase another tire to make sure its balanced. It makes no sense to me that I have to spend extra money to fix a mistake that they made. Beyond annoyed.

Not the cheapest mechanics in town but they seem to be always sincere and helpful with advice.

Repairs are always done correctly and my vehicles are always ready on time. In adddition, I get really good advice on my cars. Great shop!

This would be a 0 star review. I have taken my car to this location multiple times for the same repair. after over a thousand dollars of work. My issue is worse. I have tried to get help from corporate and nothing. Pushy pushy pushy! Went in for an oil change and the man at the counter was relentless. He was adamant that my (6 month old) battery needed to be replaced. He also stated that my front brakes were unsafe and that I shouldnt drive it out of the parking lot. Those too had been replaced less than a year before.When I said Id like to just pay for the oil change and be on my way, he was rude and short.The very next day I had oil warning lights flashing in my dash. The drain plug had been stripped while putting back in and caused all of the oil to drain out of my car.Never, ever again, will I go back.

I want there because my door wouldnt open from the inside. I paid $39.99 for diagnosis Plus 2.80 for the paper floor mat which they bill as supplies plus tax.The labor cost was going to be $300 --reduced from $350 when I gasped and the part was $79.99. When I got home and my brain charged I cancelled the appointment and went to PINNACLE Auto on Monterey and paid 105 for labor and it was fixed in an hour. Wont ever go back to FirestoneUPDATE : I was contacted by the company and supplied them with store info, my receipt numbers and contact info on Dec 18.

My first time coming to this location and I am very disappointed. I was told they could offer a service I requested and they didnt, they did not change my sticker to let me know the time of my next oil change, they finished my car without checking a sound that I told them I was concerned about until I had brought it up, I did not receive a print out of what was done that day or what else I may need serviced on my car. This may seem like minimal things but at the Jensen Beach location I ALWAYS receive these without question so I would say this location has poor standards and lazy employment.

Very slow service, had to wait for 30+ minutes to get service( was 2nd car at the beginning of the shift, plenty of empty bays). The employees prefer to chat and smoke instead of working on the vehicle. The service tech broke driver side window, when rolled it down ... have to schedule another appointment

Very bad this time. Ive been going there for years with all of my familys vehicles and since the previous manager left, the wait time as gone up dramatically and the up-sell push has also increased (Im a retired engineer and I understand when Im being played with this stuff)...

Update to post below. Heard back from Firestone on the payment they were going to give me for damage to my truck when I regretfully had tires installed there. They wanted me to sign a gag order stating I could not talk about their negligence in order for them to pay for the damage their poorly trained technician did. . Obviously I did not agree Id much rather keep my voice and warn the paying public go somewhere else for service. Firestone has no morals to do the right thing.Went there for the very first time on 9/14/19. Definitely will be my last. If you care about your vehicle like I do. Spend the time and find somewhere else to spend your money.Brought my 2016 truck for tires. Ended up with 2” gouge to drivers side door paint. Multiple grease hand prints to headliner. Custom rim center cap hanging off.Manager acknowledged the damage was done by the 2 post lift. Only after I showed him pictures of my truck in his parking lot when I dropped off vehicle showing no damage to door. He said get it fixed and bring him the bill. I called corporate Firestone. Filed complaint, agent said send my info on claim as soon as possible. Sent it that day. His email said please contact him with any questions. Well they don’t answer phone or emails at the claim dept. 2 weeks. No response. Corporate customer service is horrible and it trickles down to their service locations.I’d love to update this review in future saying they paid for the damages their tech did. But I’m not expecting that.Oh yeah the balance on my new tires was horribly done. Shook like crazy at 60-70 mph. No way I was going back for them to address it. I brought to another local shop and had it re balanced. Rather pay again then to trust Firestone.

Do not go there for alignment if u buy tires for a different place. I did and now my truck pulls to the right they said they did it right and that some thing on your truck cause the alignment to go bad. Now I have to go buy 2 new tires for my truck. Thanks Firestone for costing me more money I dont have Im better off going somewhere were they know how to work on cars and trucks

Unfortunately my local tire shop. Their morning crew was rude,argumentative and generally not customer friendly. They seemed to be more worried about smoking than customers and we were the first at opening and no cars in the shop....still took almost 2 hours for a patch from a nail...A PATCH...let that sink in...
