Unfortunately I wanted to try somewhere new and it didn’t work out. The tech had shaky hands, was very rough and hurt me. I’m sure it was all accidental but I’m hoping I don’t get an infection from this. I’m also not sure of their infection control process of tools but it didn’t look clean. My pedicure was cut short. I’ve never had one like this- very short massage, minimal scrubbing of feet and extremely over priced !!

I came in for an acrylic fill. I’m not sure what his name is but I’m pretty sure he’s the only male that works there. He was the one who attended me and everything was fine when it started. At some point, I noticed he was kind of rushing. I looked at my nails after he was done filing them and some nails were wayyyyy too crooked at the edges. I asked him to fix them and he GRUNTED and was be VERY AGGRESSIVE with my nails and hands. He then sent me over to Tina who fixed my nails without me having to tell her. She did way better than he did. I won’t be coming back to this place.

Horrible, I paid 200 for something not worth it they are so aggressive and it was very painful.when I asked for something she would do the opposite I hate my nails,If you want to waste your money come here.

Please dont waste your time and money at VIP Nails. After leaving very unsatisfied with the work that was done, I then called the next morning to try and see if they would be willing to refund me. Tina answered the phone and told me they would not refund me no matter what, but they would take the nails off. I then asked for the owners name and/or a way to get in contact with him. After being hung up on 3 times by Tina, I decided to go to the shop to talk with the owner. The owner, Tommy was very disrespectful and insisted I was a liar and to shut up in front of customers. Tina (his daughter) was also very disrespectful, rolling her eyes and trying to talk to others in the salon. After 15 minutes of aggravation needless to say the overall visit to VIP Nails felt very unprofessional and the work done was less than acceptable.

Took my daughter here last week Friday and during the week 4 nails fell off while we were there the nail polish that she picked was bubbling on her nails and she asked them to fix it and they had an attitude. Also the prices were misleading it says full set $25 and when she paid it was $30 if they are going to charge extra for shaping the nails a certain way they should have signage letting the customer know most definitely will not be back here again.

Guests are greeted upon entering the door, services and pricing are visibly displayed near the front desk. Hospitable technicians for children and adults. I am happy with the technique but the shaping process needs a bit more flair and greater attention to details like thickness of products used, and overall girth of each nail

Have been here in years and was happy to see the same nail technicians. It was nice and quit. Very relaxing.

Do not waste your time or money here. I went in for a Dip Manicure, and the next day it was peeling off because they put on the wrong top coat. I went back to have them fix it. They said they open at 9:30am, but employees did not get there until 9:50am. They put on the same top coat just a different brand and the same thing happened. They do not know what they are doing. I will not be back.

My husband set an appointment for me and they took me right away. They were friendly asking about my day and making I was Ok. The lady that did my pedicure was super sweet talking about her family and my family super super nice service would come back again. Loved my nails.

Tina is such a sweet girl and does a great jon on my nails and pedicures. I have very sensitive feet and she makes sure i am okay and not uncomfortable. I request her only now. ;)

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.First time coming to this salon and I ended up paying almost double after the work was done than what was told to me on the phone. I left very unhappy with the work the nail tech did. I have two nails that are still bleeding at the cuticle, the no-chip paint is very uneven, and none of my nails are uniformed in shape or length. When I told the man I was unhappy he told me there was nothing he could do and rushed to get to the next client. I left and called the salon once I got home to speak with someone in charge, but not surprisingly the phone rang and rang and rang with no answer and no voicemail. Never will go back to this salon or recommend.

I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE SINCE THEY OPENED AND LAST NIGHT WAS MY LAST TIME. THE OWNER WHO NEVER DOES MY NAILS DID THEM LAST MONTH WITH THE DIP POWDER AND HE DID AN OK JOB, YESTERDAY I WENT IN FOR THE SAME THING AND OWNER DID THEM AGAIN. HE ASKED ME WHAT COLOR AND I TOLD HIM THE SAME COLOR HE BROUGHT ME THE COLOR CHART AND I PICKED IT OUT. HIS WIFE WAS TOLD TO GET IT AND SHE DID. WHEN HE OPENED THE JAR I TOLD HIM THAT DOESNT LOOK LIKE THE RIGHT COLOR HE DIDNT LISTEN JUST KEPT DOING MY NAILS THEN WHEN HE STARTED TO PUT THE COLOR ON I TOLD HIM THAT IS DEFINITELY NOT THE COLOR BECAUSE IT HAS GLITTER IN IT JUST KEPT GOING. WHEN HE STARTED BUFFING I TOLD HIM THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT COLOR AND I TOLD YOU IT WASNT. HE WAS YELLING AT HIS WIFE AND KNEW HE HAD TO DO THEM ALL OVER AGAIN SO HE RUSHED TO GET THEM DONE THEN HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME $5 MORE THAN HE DID LAST MONTH. I DIDNT SAY ANYTHING BECAUSE I WANTED TO MAKE SURE I KNEW FOR SURE WHAT HE CHARGED ME LAST MONTH AND SURE ENOUGH HE DID IN FACT CHARGE ME MORE FOR THEIR MISTAKE. SO MUCH FOR 11 YEARS OF LOYALTY WITH THIS PLACE. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

I had a good experience here. The place looked very clean. The staff was friendly and the lady that did my nails was very polite and friendly.

The workers are very rude. They charged me $45 for acrylics and not even with no chip polish. They either make the nails very thin or very thick, mine were so thin I could twist it. They’re also very harsh on cuticles.

Love this nail salon. They make you feel so welcome.

Not a good place to go. I called and asked if they had any open spaces for me and a lady answered and said yes. 10 minutes later I walk in and a lady asks what do you want I asked for a fill and she says, no body can help you. okay well youre losing business. I went to Eden nailswhich is an awesome place to go in Bartlett! not to mention vip nails has a sign that says walk ins welcome, well apparently I wasnt welcome. DO NOT GO THERE to save your money and time.

Got filling done there a week ago and had a crack in my nail ask them to take it off and re do it instead I was told it could be fixed a week later my nail split and broke completely off went back and was told they didn’t have time to fix it. Not to mention my nails were not smooth and my powders did not match my orginal French ombré set. The nails start to lyft form my nail bed few days later. Horrible shop wouldn’t recommend it to anyone 😫😫😫

After they have me wait for 20 minutes they tell me that they cannot help me today even though I am coming to fix a job that they did horribly my nails break the next day every time I get them done here, this is the last time I try to come here. Convenience is not worth everything.

I mean this place was okay but there was one I wanted something done on my nail and the guy who did my nails didnt make it look anything simulare and I was probably waiting for at least 20 minutes to get them done

I just started going to this nail salon about 3 months ago after going to place after place once my regular salon closed. The problem i found i was mot places are understaffed and even when making an appointment you were waiting for a hlf hour behind the walk ins. Not at this place! You make an appointment and they stick with it. Very clean place, staff is all extremely friendly, and there a a ton of them working. I was in there on Sunday and they must have had 8-10 people working. Great salon. I am very glad to have found this place!

This place is so rude and so unprofessional I called to ask a question about price and the lady tellse I cant come today and I was like I wasnt trying to come today so I had to repeat my self then I ask can I make a appointment for tomorrow and she tells me she busy that she cant make my appointment and tells me to call back tomorrow I was like really how rude Unbelievable unprofessional to its finest never will have think about going there now

Terrible service, had me wait over a hour to get my nails done. Was already there getting a pedicure and two woman walked in getting their toes done as well. They had gotten the girls manicure taken care of before I even could be seated. Terrible place and under staffed.

I went and got full set done today for prom and was very disappointed. The man who did my nails was very rough with my nails and none of the nails were even. The underside of them were unclean and still had hardened gel. I went in later to get them fixed and they took maybe ten minutes and it still did nothing. Very, very disappointed and will not be returning.
