DO NOT come here. They’re very unprofessional, & will lie to walk in customers about the wait time just so they won’t have to deal with them. won’t even greet you when you walk in making you look stupid.That wasn’t my case luckily I had an appt but still I noticed what they were doing. The lady that did my nails was super rude and aggressive, my pedicure was nice but they did not have liners in the tubs I think that’s pretty unsanitary, just save your time & money and go somewhere else.

Ive been visiting Sue Anns Pro Nails for 6 years - never a bad experience. Everyone at Sue Anns Pro Nails couldnt be lovelier - very client-service oriented, accommodating, and friendly. The salon is spacious and clean- highly recommend.

Posted July 19, 2018Went here on a Thursday right around 5:40PM.I first asked for a manicure and pedicure. They told me to pick a color. While I was picking my color the woman assigned to me filled the water for a pedicure. She told me to sit down in the chair when I was done choosing my color. I sat down and decided to get just a color change on my toes (since I had just gotten a pedicure two weeks ago and a full on pedicure was unnecessary at this point) and a no chip manicure. The price would be exactly the same as my original request. She took forever to come back to me anyhow. Not that I minded, it just gave me more time to think.I chose my no chip color (fire engine red) and when she pulled the polish out it looked very orange. I asked her “is that fire engine red?” Sooo RUDELY she said “I don’t know” with a very snarky and annoyed tone. She aggressively handed me the polish and it was the code that was on pallet of colors I chose from and then walked away making some sort of motion. I thought she was telling me to get out of the spa chair. So I got up to follow her and sat in the chair of the station she sat at. She told me to get up and said “no, you’re not done” and shooed me out of the chair and away from her station. I guess in all the very short time it took for that to transpire, someone else had been assigned to her.She turned around and started with the new girl who had sat down. I was standing there in the middle of the aisle confused as hell as to what the hell had just happened and what I was actually supposed to do even if I wanted to continue getting my nails done there.That’s not it! I go up front and was going to leave, but she had already taken off my polish and put on s clear coat so I wasn’t sure if that would be stealing. I asked for someone else to finish me. They made me wait about 5 minutes or so. The next lady started off nice and helped me pick out my reds.She left polish smeared on my big and first little toe. And not just a little. It was ridiculous. And she only did one coat. I asked her to take it off and i paid the 10 and left.I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!This is the first snot. AVOID HER!

They are very professional, sometimes theres a wait but theyll inform you of the time it will take before you can be seen. They have about six or seven nail technicians all qualified to do manicures and pedicures. Very reasonable prices I have been going to them for the last 10 years.

My daughter and I go here all the time.We live Tina she is the best.She does the best work and she takes her time.They have many color options.And we many compliments on our beautiful nails.

Been coming here for a few years and always ask for Tina!Shes super friendly and really nice to talk to. She did a great job with my pedi and I usually get my french no chip from her. They have a variety of colors to choose from.Prices are reasonable!

God my experience was Terrible. The ONLY person I recommend is Tina. She is so funny and friendly and doesn’t rush through my nails even when many customers are coming. But I can’t say that for the other staff. I got my nails done today (and had acrylics which I had gotten done here with Tina who did great) and the lady doing my nails was like literally RIPPING my acrylics off with a small little tools, it hurt a lot and I kept telling her but she just kept replying “yes I know honey” Thenn, supposedly my nails were a little ruff because of the acrylics so that’s why I would get bumps but I didn’t only get bumps... I had like 2 little hairs stuck in the nail polish which was disgusting. Please only make appointment with Tina.

Today the lady doing my nails was on her phone the entire time she was doing my nails. I understand it was just her and no other nail techs. And no other customers. 1hr. 15 min later when the 2nd nail tech.gets there she was off her phone BEFORE he walked thru the door. I felt it was extremely unprofessional!

I like the shop. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. I only gave it 2 stars bc my no chip polish started peeling off after 2 days.

Ive gone here several times and have travelled a lot.Their shellac nails are the best as they last and they do a variety of colors that I love.The service was very fast,but I was a walk in at 9am.Cindy did my nails.

I had a wedding rehearsal to attend down the street but I had an hour to kill so I stopped in to get a pedi. I was kindly greeted, but all techs were busy. I was nicely asked if I could wait a bit, which I didnt mind since I had time.The nail tech that did my pedi was nice, she spoke to me and did a decent job. My only issue is that I chose to get a no-chip since I had no time to wait for the polish to dry, and she stated that it was $40 for a no-chip pedi. I am talking about basic pedi - I had no time for a hot towel, stones, scrub, massage (which she was kind to ask me if I had time but I had to leave ) still, I didnt have time for a full shabang pedi or to be picky about things so I feel that I was grossly overcharged. Craziest part is, I tip well. I was hesitant to tip (I still did, $5 though) because I felt I was overcharged. Overall, people were nice but the place is not the fanciest.

I started coming here and the first couple of time I loved it . I don’t know if they started using a different glue or what but my nails just come off .. it doesn’t hurt or anything they come off after a week that I got them done, then you go back to tell them and they charge you $5 dollars for the nail that came off . Never again coming back to his place !!!!!!!!

Had to give them one star just to write a review but I will never get my nails done here or suggest anyone to come here. I needed to get one nail fixed and they told me a hour wait and they only had one person in the shop!!!! An hour for one freaking nail smh......DO NOT come to this shop.

Terrible place. Not only do they nickel and dime you for EVERY little thing... they do a sloppy job on both pedicures and manicure. The women who did my nails barely put one coat, missed all of my edges and left clumps or glue all over my fingers. They didn’t sanitize the foot bath for my pedicure and had me soaking for over 20 minutes before starting my pedicure. They cut my toes and were really rough. There were also flies all over the shop landing on me while I was getting my feet done. Very disappointed. For $55 you’d think they’d do a little better of a job. Also all of the technicians were rude & gossiping/watching tv the entire time instead of paying attention to the job they’re doing.. hence the crappy results I got. I’ll never be coming back here. Don’t waste your time or money.

Had mani/pedi, woman was very thorough but a little rough cutting inside the toe nails. When I told her she was hurting me she just kept going and said because its been awhile since my last pedicure. Also, was told I would be done in an hour, it was more like an hour and a half. I had an appointment after and explained as much.

Horrible experience. My daughter went there to have her acrylic nails removed. Came out bleeding with chunks of her nails missing. On top of that they wanted to charge her for the terrible job they did. Do not recommend anyone get their nails done there.

HORRIBLE do not get the man who is always in front he does fake nails, manicures and pedicures. He is lazy on doing is job i was getting fake nails and he cut me more than once! He was going too fast the place isnt even busy! Will NOT be coming back .

Horrible experience rude people, I will never go back again... non chip manicure are only good for one day . the Lady in the first table very rude she didnt wanna fix my nails after they chipped in one day, they wanted to call the police because they didnt wanna give me my money back. I dont know how these place still here. If you want good relaxing service these is not the place. Unless you are in a hurry just like I was.

Do NOT go here! They overcharge you and then have the nerve to tell you after your service. They also have crappy product! My acrylic nails with no chip polish came off in 12 days! That’s just ridiculous! This place is a scam!
