Good service, but you have to wait for the haircut a lot. If you just sit around and wait for them to take care of you, roots will grow waiting for your turn. I waited two hours and only one or the barber asked me. I dont know how shifts work there. but they very well job.

Once you arrive on yours, give them the barber’s name!They are kind, prompt, and professional! You know you got a bad cut when the first thing your family and friends do is laugh at you.. Unfortunately I paid $40 for a haircut i’m not happy with. I asked for the style to be exactly the same (a simple comb over) but ended up with more of a buz cut. The top is too short and uneven in all the wrong ways. I will not be going back in the future.

About two weeks ago I had thought finally I found a good barbershop! Unfortunately my next visit brought me right back to reality. I arrived to a pretty busy day but it looked like Id be able to get in in the next couple of people. It got to the point where I was next and guys were finishing up cuts, I understand its around noon time as well so the barbers may be hungry. As guys are finishing up other customers are coming in. I dont know whether they were appointments or not but thats beside the point. As 4 people came in 4 people sat down to get cuts. And I was still sitting there. By this time I had been waiting about an hour having to go to work at 3pm. Now I work in the food service industry so I understand completely the flow of business and how it can get backed up at times. Meanwhile the hour that I was in there not one employees even took so much of a second to look at me let alone talk to me and explain to me that id be next or that Id have to wait a bit longer. When I finally realized that at the end of my cut one of these guys was Gunna ask expect a tip or think less of me if I didnt give one, I got up and walked out. And still, having sat in there for an hour, not one employee stopped me. None of this is fabricated.it happened twenty minutes ago. In fact, this is the first time Ive felt so disregarded by an establishment in my 23 years of existence, that I have ever left a review. Im not the type of person to do this. The only reason Im giving this two stars is because Mr. Clarence gave me a great cut a few weeks back but man am I disappointed.

I just moved here because of a job promotion. I googled a barber shop and I saw that this one had good reviews, so I gave it a shot. When I walked in all the barbers just looked at me and didn’t speak. All of them were to worried about what they was going to eat for lunch and I was just sitting there all by myself and there chairs were empty. One by one each off them got up out of their empty chairs and walked out for lunch while I was sitting there. No barber approached me, so I just got up and asked the only barber that was left in the shop in which he was on his phone was his chair open . He said he’s with a ungly look on his face. I told him to give me a 1.5 because I have waves. Of course the first thing he did was try to go against my waves instead of with the waves. Thank god i moved my head out of the way before the clippers got there and he laughed about it. I went through with the cut to give the guy a chance. At the end it was $30 and it looked like a $10 haircut. I will tell all my coworkers don’t ever come here.

My guy Jesse is on point and i always leave looking fresh. But you gotta make an appointment bc he stays busy, but if u want the best barber you gotta wait or make an appointment. It’s worth it. Get ready to laugh bc the boys in the shop are comedians. Good times. Good people. Mad respectful environment

The barbers here are wonderful. To schedule an appointment it is super easy. They do a good job on my husband and sons hair cuts. My husband has mixed curly hair thats really hard to get right but they make it happen every time. They are very respectful and good guys. Would recommend any one looking for a shop to try them out no matter what hair texture you have. They are also very affordable.

Coming from the DMV area, the cutting is not the best. I can honestly say none of the barbers were the best. If you dont have an appt on Saturday a.m. even at 8 a.m. ur gonna have to wait til someone who doesnt have appts arrives. I mean the barbers were nice but that aint enough when Im paying $15 for a childs haircut...I need quality and good customer service...

Moved to Raleigh 2 years ago, and havent been able to find a good decent barber for a decent price. Ive been to dozens of different barbers and nowhere did a good job, especially for the price they were charging. Staff was friendly and professional. I got a cut from Rodney, I must say it was better than any barber Ive been to around here. Also, you cant beat the price. I think I finally found my go-to barber in Raleigh.

I took my son for a new big boy haircut and I was getting mine trimmed up too. One drawback was that we couldnt make an appointment (this was a weekday and I dont think they even take appointments ever unless your tight with your barber or something). The shop was crowded for a Wednesday, late morning! We waited over 90 minutes before I got an idea. I liked how one barber was cutting a head, so I walked up to him and asked, how much longer is the wait. He said maybe another 30-60 minutes but he couldnt be sure! There were about seven barbers or more doing heads and you could get anyone when they call your name. I said I love the way you cut and I really need to be out of here in an hour. Then, I held up two twenty dollar bills, discreetly offering to him and whispered, might it be possible that we are next in line for your chair?. He said, Absolutely! Outside of that, the cuts we got were great (see pics) and werent that pricey. I paid for both cuts AND I gave him a $20 dollar tip. He got a nice chunk of money for helping a sista out! Now, I have his cell phone info and can get and appointment with him anytime the shop is open and I rarely have to wait. Moral of this story? Treat the barber right and you just might get in and out super fast! Thanks for the cut. Hope the extra bucks made you recognize your worth to me and my son, as clients!! Great place and friendly atmosphere with very reasonable prices. My son received a haircut from Rodney. He did a superb job and kept my super busy son entertained the entire time while dropping bits of wisdom. I will definitely be back soon.

Where should I start from taking over two hours to be seen to bad haircut. To let people know this is my first review of any business I have ever wrote. Even in bad service I give businesses the benefit of the doubt and besides I shrug things off Im a laid-back guy. But this barber at this barber shop brought me to this point. Even In this review I will leave his name out in the hope he changes his customer service. First I asked for a shape up by the time he finished looked as if he tripped over my head with a lawnmower the lines was garbage. I was like OK can you please give me a fade? In the hope of saving my bade shape up. He responded with a yes BUT he will charge for two cuts one for the shape up and the other for the fade GREAT. At that point I just did not care I was willing to pay twice for a good cut. Will he finished the fade and once aging looked like he ran over my head with a lawnmower! So I wasted my time and $39 for a bad hair cut.

Right Cut Barbershop is a genuine Barbershop, with sports talk, jokes, television entertainment etc.; infused with a warm welcoming multi-cultural environment. I met a gentleman/barber stylist named Rodney, he has an extraordinary skill set with cutting. At my last appointment, he had convinced me to get a burst style cut (New Age Mohawk). Due to my corporate background, I was extremely hesitant to return back to my office with Rodneys suggestion.So, I went for it! As a result, I lost count of all the complements. Rodney will be my barber for Life.

The men who work here worked tirelessly to help a little boy with Down syndrome get his hair cut. They put on pink wigs and played games and called him a superhero and were so kind to him. They didnt get frustrated or mad and they reassured his mother and I that it was no big deal the whole time. The whole shop was in on the action voluntarily. They did a great job at didnt give up. I am so impressed with all of the men here and the job they did.

Heard of this shop from relatives so made this my place to consider becoming a regular... But today service was straight rude..... Righ Cut is by far the best barbershop Ive ever been to; Ive been to barbers in NYC, Chicago, Boston and Atlanta. Sammie G is a magician with the clippers and razor. Ive seen him work on differing hairstyles, ethnicites, etc. Never have seen a disappointed customer of his.I go in every two weeks and come out looking and feeling better than I did before walking in.Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Its a great team effort here Rodney did th first 2 cuts and talked to him through every step. Rodney is awesome, Jorelle, cut his hair this time and had a lot of patience and Sammie aka super hero was the entertainment and made it happen.... All the guys here are like a family and it feels like they really care . Even the other clients talk to Kanaan, make him feel comfortable and paid him to get his hair cut....lolThis is home base for sure....thank you so much for creating a fun and safe space!!!!
