If I could give no stars I would. I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. I walked into the salon at the time of my appointment and I had to wait a bit before I was serviced. Once I was up next with Tina I showed her the picture of the set I wanted (first pic). She went and grabbed the dip powder and began. Tina looked at the pic 3 times, once she was done with one hand I pointed out that it looked nothing like the picture I showed her. Tina began on my second hand. When I pushed the fact that it looked nothing like the picture she than proceeded to inform me that they do not have the clear she needs to do this design. At this point my nails are about finished, this is when she asked me if it was “okay”. I was out raged. If she had informed me that they didn’t have the color I could’ve went with a different design rather than her choosing to do whatever she wanted and expecting me to pay for it. I would never go back here for any services and I would never recommend this salon to anyone. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon. Very unprofessional and annoying.

I have been coming to creative nails for years. I have seen Quyen the owner for my manicures, facials and micro blading. She does amazing work. Staff is very friendly. I highly recommend creative nails!

Tina is the best! I do not go anywhere else to get my pedicures. She takes her time and make sure my feet are feeling great before she moves on to putting the polish. 100/10 forsure!

Very nice employees. I’ve been here 3 times & each time I gave the benefit of the doubt 🙁 I only had pedicures done and each time I had to explain how to give a pedicure lol ( use pumas stone, cut toe nails done, please file the nail, clean excessive polish from around the nail, and etc) I’m giving three stars because I take fault for the last 2 times I went!!!

This salon is top notch, I’ve been to many and this one takes the cake!! Every tech here is knowledgeable and friendly. Quyen the owner is a genius and gets new colors in weekly! She has colors that no other salon has. Everything in there is new- chairs, tables, spa chairs... and the price is reasonable. They are so accommodating and On top of that they do hair and lashes as well! I have been coming here for 5+years and I will never leave!

Quyen who’s the owner is very professional. She cares about her clients and her staff in the salon. She makes it a point everything is clean and sanitized to maintain a safe environment. Not to mention everyone is friendly and helpful. I’ve been her client since 2006 and being in Healthcare I’m very particular. I highly recommend this place in a heart beat😊

Don’t waste time or money here.I called to make an appointment for me and my granddaughter and I spoke to “Michelle” over the phone she sounded very friendly so I was excited to go get my nails done. When I arrived we were told to sign in and pick a color. I later decided to get a gel no chip and the lady seemed upset because I changed my mind instead of getting regular polish. When she finished my nails I noticed she didn’t get the gel polish fully on the sides of my nails and you could see my natural nails. I pointed this out to her and she said “nope looks fine” which made me upset but I just walked away. My granddaughter got an acrylic full set with regular polish and again you can see the lady did not correctly paint her nails on the sides also you can see the layers of coats she painted on because she didn’t fully paint over the nails correctly. I paid in cash and asked for a receipt and the front lady “Michelle” laughed in my face and said “Ma’am you don’t need a receipt, your nails were $38.00 and your granddaughter’s were $45.00So your total is $83.00 which you paid so you guys have a nice day”I paid $83.00 dollars for nails that weren’t at all cute or decent looking.Customer Service is horrible.Note: They charge $10 dollars for shapeAnd $5 for “long nails”

I went here for the first time to have my current gel polish removed and get a manicure with new color. The person who did my nails didn’t appear to really know what they were doing. First off she cut my nails but didn’t actually file them. I didn’t notice how jagged they were until I got home. Secondly, she was very sloppy with applying the polish. It built up on the side of the nail, wasn’t even. I’m sure anyone could have done a better job. I didn’t think much of it until 5 days later when the polish actually started peeling off! I have NEVER had this issue before. I was going to go back in to have the nails fixed but I’m just so unhappy with it that I would rather go to a professional and start from scratch. Terrible! Biggest waste of $38.

Pretty atmosphere. Friendly staff! Reasonable prices! They use great products. My no chip always stays on for 2 weeks! They are always busy though, so expect a wait time.

Been coming here for about 5 years now. I always book my appointment with Lamm. I live about 35 mins from the salon, but this is the only place I’m always satisfied with the service. The no chip always stays for 2 weeks or even more. They are always busy but if you book your appointment in advance you won’t have to wait. I’m very skeptical about my nails since I work in public service therefore I always want them to look amazing and Creative Nails 2 is the only place where I can achieve my complete satisfaction. They have a huge variety of colors. Highly recommended.

WORST nail experience!It is Tuesday 5/28 - I went in on Thursday 5/22 - 2 Pedicures (one for me and my boyfriend) and 1 Gel-Full Set (for me obviously).They are bubbly and not even sticking to my nails! Yesterday I have 1 pop clean off - no pain - nothing.I have 4 more already starting to lift!!!!Biggest waste of $$$ - go anywhere but here. I am so mad I dont even think these can be fixed - Im going to get them fixed by professionals and I have a feeling they are going to have to take them alllllll off. -_- . Not even a week old!

Lady struggled to shape my nails into stiletto even though they were already as such. I only needed a fill and cut down a tad-fail. Plus theyre thicker than Id like. Im looking for a new nail home-this isnt it! She was nice tho....

I went last Monday for my first time and i will never go back. I got a no chip manicure she rushed through it and my nails felt horrible after. She barley even filed them. Pretty much just cut my nails which werent even even and then put the no chip on. Never going back.

This is the amount of damage they do with acrylic nails. She used a drill to prep my nail bed, I asked if she could use a file but acted like she didnt hear me and kept drilling. Do not go here

I went in to get 2 services done. The lady in the 3rd row did my nails and she had a rude attitude all along not to mention she literally rolled her eyes when I said I don’t like how they are coming out, then she kept on mentioning additional charges when it was just an acrylic fill. Never going back there again if you don’t have customer service skills don’t work as a nail tech Horrible experience!!

Went to get a no chip manicure and the place was so busy that the technician that was doing My manicure kept going back and forth from one client to Me and I feel He was rushing and not paying attention to small details. My no chip manicure only lasted 2 days and was alredy chipping, went back and showed them so they can fix it and asked Me to come back the next day cause they has no time!! Paid 40 dollars plus tip to get this service?? Never going there again.

I went in this morning and was very pleased. Le did my no chip manicure and she did an amazing job. I broke my wrist so I am in a cast and she was very carful not to hurt me and did everything she coild to make me comfortable. I will be going back.

They dont listen to what you want. Paid 50 for a full set for a scatter glitter(which I didnt want) when I was told they would do an ombre(ombre suggested per nail tech.) Which she didnt even do. The shape was square but the edges were left when she cut the tips. Asked tech to shave sides down and she made me feel like I was asking the impossible.Right as I was leaving the woman next to me who has geting her nails done by the same tech started making jokes about the shape of her nails. They were obviously making fun of my request earlier, which doesnt make sense. Unless you are paying for my nails, mind your own business. Im not a kid, I can spot your passive aggressive conversation.As a nail tech, I would not recommend for new timers that have questions or people that go in and are silent and scroll through their phone. The space is small, my table didnt even have a rest for your wrists.Not worth it.* *UPDATE * * 2/5/19My nails are already pealing off by my cuticles.I am not the kind of person to make a fuss and request a refund. They did their work, even if they did a bad job and should be paid. Please please please learn from my mistake and avoid this place. Spend your money somewhere else.

I loved the customer service. However I wasnt completely satisfied with my nails, I asked to get ombre pink nails and the werent blended enough to be ombre. I would have been more satisfied if I was told the counldnt do it. I paid $70

I went to see Quyen for tattoo eyebrows and microblading. I had a bad previous experience that left my eyebrows looking pretty bad. She was able to do magic and make what someone else had messed up look like a magic wand was waived across my face to fix an old mistake. I am forever grateful to her for the great job that she did on my eyebrows. I had very little hope for a good outcome, but was overjoyed when I saw myself in the mirror when she had completed her work. I nearly cried. I will be a customer for life! I cannot trust anyone else to do my permanent makeup. Thank you Ms. Quyen...you are the BEST!!!

Very friendly, clean, great job and they fit me in immediately after I showed up at my old place and they told me I wasnt on their schedule. I cant thank Le enough for fitting me in with no appointment and doing such a great job! I found my new mani/pedi place and I couldnt be happier!

Ive been going here for over a year now. Great customer service and they do an amazing job on my pedicure and no chip mani. Ive been to other salons in the area and I feel like my no chip doesnt last as long as it does when I have it done at CN2.

I have tried 3 times giving this place a chance. I went out of my way. Did not know its by appointment only! Ridiculous. They are not creative. Name is deceiving.

Called ahead and asked if had opening for 2 pedicures together at 9 am. Said yes and when drove all the way over said would do one at a time back to back which did not fit on our schedule. Went somewhere else. Poor customer service. Will not go back.

I came to do powder nails. Since the time I got in the lady that sits all the way in the back had the worse attitude ever. She did a horrible job with my nails she cut them too short and on top of that left them all uneven. She also cut me. So I finally complained and said she is doing a terrible job and Lamb came to the rescue and fixed my nails.
