I love this place! Nice people and clean salon. Vicky is the sweetest nail tech I have ever had in my lifetime. She humble, professional, not pushy and she’s amazing at doing nails. She treats it like an art. Watching her work on your nails you can tell she is experienced. I never get air bubbles, they are shaped to perfection and they last 😍😍

I was in the area and decided to try this place to get a no chip manicure. I went Friday July 30 and the lady that did my nails was great she multi tasked with 3 customers but it was very smooth! That day my nails looked great! My kids and granddaughter noticed immediately! However the day of my daughters graduation/ going away to college pay the next day. ( July 31). The no chip I paid extra for is already chipping! 🤔

I have been here several times now for pedicures and have had a great experience each time! They are always on time for appointments, everyone is super friendly and accommodating, and they do a great job. The manager is the best! She does a really great job and makes sure you are comfortable and happy with her services. She takes care of you and has fun while doing it!

Went here for the first time and will definitely be coming back. Lee(I hope I spelled his name right) was so kind. I bite my nails so most places I go to immediately look at my hand in disgust and scold me for biting them. Lee did not do that. He made me feel comfortable and I’ll definitely be recommending to friends

My fiancé and I decided to get our nails done before a trip. We arrived as soon as they opened at 9:30 AM. First we got a pedicure and the seats were dirty and not cleaned very well. Then they forgot that my fiancé wanted a manicure while he sat there for 20 minutes not doing anything. His manicured turned out okay but not great. I was getting a full set I had to keep correcting the lady and telling her that my nails were crooked as she continuously said that were fine but they weren’t. She was rushing and kept forgetting steps. I go to nail salons all the time and unfortunately I moved and needed a new place. The Diamond on my nails are so crooked and ugly. Truly not happy. Then they tried to overcharge me and I had to correct her. I don’t even want to go back especially based on the other photos from other reviews. I also have been getting this exact design for over a year and I’m just not happy.

Hands down the best acrylics Ive ever had done. I started getting my nails done sporadically about two years ago but never really bothered to get fills, didnt seem worth it. After a recommendation from a friend I decided to try this place. Since that first time Ive had the same set filled 3 times by the manager and I dont ever see myself going anywhere else. Now I actually look forward to getting them done regularly and excited about what design Im gonna do next! She is so awesome and talented, I can walk in with any picture and if its within her ability shell do it. Her attention to detail is the best part. The studio is also clean, they have a lot of choices for gel and regular polish, and its a very friendly atmosphere. Great music as well!

Great salon! David did my pedicure & no-chip manicure. Great massage, attention to detail, thorough & would def go back!! The salon was on time with my appointment and David was the best!! Lots of customers but they managed it all well, even the walk-ins. Highly recommend!

Went in for a pedicure and full set. My polish job on both my toes and hands is horrible(see photos). There was so much acrylic left on the sides and underneath my nails. Some of the tips used were not the correct size which made the tech file into my skin trying to file the nail into a coffin shape. It looks as if i let someone practice on me and not a service that I paid for. Not happy at all.

I took my sister to do her manicure, and she didn’t like it because the lady that did her nails did an awful job! Besides that, she also CUT the inside of my sisters’ nail!!!! I really don’t recommend going to that place to go get your nails done! I definitely won’t be going to that place again!

Ive gone here twice and both times have been fantastic. Ive never waited more than 10 minutes and they do a fantastic job pretty quickly. I have seen the manager both times and she does great work!

Technicians are simply amazing! Andy provided superb customer service from the moment I walked in. Kim did an awesome pedicure and gel fill. She took her time and made sure I was satisfied. I just moved to the area and my coworker recommended this place. I hadnt gotten my nails done since March so I needed a full set. I am super picky with my acrylic nails, my tech did an amazing!! She took her time while doing them (perfectionist!) and helped me find the perfect color based off of my inspiration picture. The front desk was a pleasure to speak with. Also, the interior is very modern and clean, which is important to me. Will definitely be coming back for my fills.

Julia made me feel brand new! You want a perfect eyebrow Wax, go to Julia. She not only fixedMy brows, she showed me how to correctly fill them in. She fixed and filled my nails after 8 long weeks and she did a beautiful job. Exactly what I wanted. Everyone else that works there, is kind and friendly. Very welcoming, clean atmosphere and anyone who walks in is immediately greeted and never left unnoticed. I found this little Gem about a week ago and I will be going back permanently. I walked in and they took me immediately, place was clean and I felt comfortable. Tracy did a great job on my pedicure and also was able to do an eyebrow waxing last minute. Wished she would have used a finer grit file on my natural nail manicure, but that would be my only complaint. I will be back.

I called to see if they could fit me in for a fill of my nails. They said come over as soon as possible. When I arrived I waited for about 3 minutes and a nail technician started working.After doing my nails for quite a while she said we might be better off doing a new set of gel nails. . She did a spectacular job on my nails. She was wonderful. It was definitely money and time well spent. Will continue to return.

Quick and pleasant service! While I was getting my pedicure a potential customer came in asking how much it would cost to get their nail re-glued, the front desk worker did it for free! Goes to show there still are nice people in the world. Definitely will be coming back soon :)

This review is specifically for the pedicures. I almost dont want to post and share the knowledge but it was AMAZING! We all know white toes are hitting right now, but I have all discovered not all white pedis are equal. It requires someone who can paint with precision to get the clean lines needed for the white to look fresh and they do it CONSISTENTLY. Seriously the best out there. Ive tried others because their no reservation policy on the weekend is in the way, but I always return to them.

I went in at 12:30 for an appointment, I got out at 3:00pm and didn’t get the best service. Everyone was super nice but my nails ended up not looking how I wanted them. Felt really rushed even though I had to wait for her to go to other clients. Was given a 5$ discount, paid 50$.

The first time I went in was a Saturday and it was poppin. I was seated right away and met my tech. She was such a sweetheart immediately and we talked the entire appointment. Ive now been 4 times (I go religiously now every 2 weeks) always get coffin shape and they look SO good.

Awful. Avoid at all costs. Pedicure was terrible with 0 sanitary precautions. The lady that did mine (her name said Shayla on her lamp) said maybe two words to me and she kept snatching my arm/ hand to her liking which made me uncomfortable. I was cut with the nail drill twice, visibly bleeding and she didn’t say anything. She could tell I was irritated and rushed my nails which are chipping & THICK, I told her I didn’t want the shape she did which she told me it was too late because she already cut them down too short. I walked in there with almond and she took them down to square, I didn’t understand why she didn’t ask me what shape I wanted but she didn’t.. again no communication with me. I am sure other employees have potential but I will not be returning. I wasn’t treated like a customer and this experience really was terrible & doesn’t deserve any stars.

Been there for years now. They have a lot of regulars. Always so clean. Everyone who works there is professional and polite. They always give you water when you arrive and they have great choice of nail polish. All very good brands. I honestly dont even have a favorite manicurist since they are all very good. The man in charge runs a tight ship! Keep it up I love that place

I love this place. Ive been coming here for a few years now. Every once in awhile things are a little rushed and quality dips a little. But never anything serious. Overall, its great. Everyone is friendly and accommodating.

Uses mma acrylic! The woman doing my full set was rushing so much she cut me multiple times wasnt paying attention. Was literally head turned having a conversation while filing my nails. Cut the tips with children scissors. Told me one price then charged another. I was picking acrylic of my hand after she was so sloppy! Then when I finally decided to soak them off I realized they used mma acrylic which is prohibited to use on nails!!

I was a walk in and they were so inviting! The salon was full and they were on top of it!! They were always checking that everyone was ok !They even had regular nail techs doing pedicures they did awesome!! Thank you so much for the great service!!

As I was sitting, waiting for my pedicure to begin the phone rang a couple times and who ever it was answering (not familiar yet with the techs names) anyway she was answering very rude. I literally almost asked if they wanted me to answer for them because it was costumers asking simple questions. Not to mention she had them on speaker so we all heard the conversation. That is why I rate it 3 instead of 5 because I had to express how I felt. Although my nail tech did great and I do rate my experience with him a 5.

This place was horrible. Smelled so bad and nail tech Shayla was horrible!!!!! My nails are absolutely disgusting, she was so aggressive and when she would hurt me she would just awkward giggle. I go to yoga nearby and I always wondered about this place when I walked by. I came in so sweaty and set an appointment for the same time day within seconds.

I called Sunday evening at 4:50 p.m. and asked about services. Someone informed me that I could come in; arrived and the door was locked. One of the technicians looked at me pointed at the door (hours sign) and smiled. I called to let them know that I was instructed to come in and no one would answer the phone. Wasted my time, all they had to say was come the next day!

Honestly dont go if they are rushing or close to closing. they will rush with your nails nd itll come out not planned at all. if they are short on staff they need to stop taking costumers. this lady was working on my nails and already rushing then she took two more people while working on me and the results i was unhappymy friend said her toes were still burning and she was supposed to get her nails done but they didnti was supposed to get a pedicure they said come back tomorrow and my little sister was waiting like two hours in the pedicure chair no joke because they took other people that came after her first.bruh like i have a new job tuesday and they did my nails bad omg the polish isnt even completely on the nail

Really great experience! This is my first time doing gel extension, the person doing my nails did a great job explaining. The interior is gorgeous, its a new San but definitely worth checking out! Ill definitely be back as soon as these nails grow out.

This is my favorite nails salon of all time. I have been here for MONTHS and today I decided to leave a quick review on Google. I always have my nails done by the owner, but my friends mostly walk in and their nails always look fantastic. So I believe whoever you guys wanna choose, the result would be marvelous at the end. I used to go to salons around town but this place is just so much better in terms of quality and professionalism. I got tired of my gel nails peeling off due to a rushed job or being too thick, and those things have not been a problem at here. It is quieter and cleaner. Parking is good. Well worth the price.

So In love with my nails! The SNS Nails are better than acrylics! Supper light weight and natural looking. My natural nails dont hurt like they would with acrylics. The nail artist are all so talented so who ever does your nails youll for sure love them! The salon is sooo adorable and clean! I highly highly recommend getting your nails done here. Love my Vicky, I treated my boyfriend to a pedicure and a couples deep tissue full body massage due to a conversation we where having due to tension in his back, hes a body trainer with a full book clientele that went remote,while in the pandemicI was kinda startled being a body trainer an all hed never had a pedicure or massage, so I told him next week well make a date for total relaxation an pampering, I made a appointment with Viicky for 5:30 and as usual Nail & Spa were rocking busy as ever back to back as my guy was prepped for his pedicure while his feet soaked, He was observing the atmosphere of hardworking women an men the interaction of a acknowledgement of each an every customer an the customer appeasement with there service as they left the chair massager was put on as they started working on his feet. We bought the Deluxe Spa Pedicure an he was in sheer heaven when they started scraping the dead skin from the foot it was so intense for him it mad him laugh so much, an as professional as Vicky sister was it didnt phase her one bit or throw her attention off from the customer.Vicky technician which was her sister did a outstanding job not because it was my guy or because they knew me. It was truly the respect of appreciation he chose Nail & Spa for his 1st ever pedicure. Which I let my guy choose were hed like to go, an he said babe where you go, your nails an hands always look so nice after youve had them done there, I love there work on your nails. Vicky anc herr amazing staff were so attentive and amazingly awesome.My guy left saying babe I gotta come back again, wow this business is booming back to back busy, with excellent service. Pedicure was amazing But unfortunately when it came down to my acrylic nails it was a Horrible job at my nails I didn’t get no polished still had to pay 35.00, acrylic was on my cuticles !!! And on my hands! Very unprofessional!! Will never go back here again!

They did an awesome awesome job on my feet I am in disbelief at how great of a job she did the facility was very sanitary and they followed all of the protocols for Covid all of my items were packaged in their own new packaging this is definitely the place to go and you can ask for anyone here.

Service was a late, and seemed short on staff. Left without my nails painted, but legs and hands and feet were done nicely.

I paid $80 for a french tip pedicure. I couldnt understand why if it was $55 and I didnt even get any gel fil in or no chip. My 6 year old goddaughter could have done a better job painting my nails. I went because it was the only one open and because I have a wedding to go this weekend. They are always nice however I gotten my nails done elsewhere where they are beyond better and way lower cost.

I received a pedicure, absolutely loved the way they work. She took her time to do a deep clean while making sure my drinks were refilled. I Felt so pampered with the hot stone massage, definitely recommend this place for a relaxing time. The place closes at 7pm and its currently 7:44. She doesnt rush which is great for my busy schedule.

I called to make an appt and they said i could walk in they were free. I showed up not even 10 mins later and no joke i waited for exactly 1 hour and 35 minutes. I could have ran errands if they had given me a time. Such a waste of my Sunday :(

My wife just wanted to relax after a long week and made the terrible mistake of going here. Terrible service, rude people, rushed and frantic environment even though my wife was the only customer in the store!!! To top it all off, they didn’t shape her nails right and ended up running the nail grinder against 6 of her fingers, so now she gets to deal with that as well.Don’t go here. Just don’t - many places in the area to check out, and I promise even a mediocre salon is a huge step up over these hacks.

This is an efficient, clean, and very well run nail salon! The service was excellent and my nails havent looked this good in so long! It is very well priced and their skill is unmatched! Definitely will be going here for any and all of my nail needs!

This place has been my go to salon for the past 3.5 years- clean and friendly staff. The manager is very talented and consistent. I can be very particular about my nails and he actually takes the time to listen. I have never had an issue.

Seriously, this place is the ONLY place I let touch my nails! They take their time, listen to your preferences (or in my case, my fear of cuticle-cutting) and they are so precise and perfect, leaving you with precise and perfect nails. You know how most of us think, I wouldnt trust anyone else with my hair? Now I have a nail salon that I say the same about. They are truly amazing!!

While the lady was cutting my cuticles she cut too far deep into my skin and it began to bleed, she tried to hide it and to cover it up she used nail glue to close the cut.

They we’re great and Vicky had amazing customer service skills!

I’ve been going here for years on and off but due to Covid I wanted to be a one place so I started going to booth number 4 ! She’s good but she makes up her own prices! I went yesterday for a fill in and no chip that’s 35 I had 2 broken nails that’s 6 so when she was done ! She stated 45 and I said to her this the last time you will cheat me I won’t be back! Now I know I know how to add 35 +6 = 41 not 45 ! You won’t get rich off me can you imagine how many people she do that to smh I won’t be back !

Today I decided to go to this nail salon because of all the great reviews on here. Front desk fit me in right away even though I had no appt and they were quiet busy. They checks everyones temperature and make sure everyone followed the CDC guide lines.I had a shellac mani and pedi.. Im very picky when it comes to my cuticle cutting and polishing my nails. She was AMAZING at both!! I found my new nail salon in Townl!!

The worst experience in my life. The salon is really dirty. Also, my appointment was at 4 pm and they started with my at 4:45pm. Also the lady that did my moms manicure doesn’t know how to paint nails. We decided to take off the nail polish and do it at home by ourselves. After that experience we payed everything. Even though my mom’s doesn’t be happy with her nails. The attention of public is not the best. Never come back. They use the same products with every client is really disgusting.

By far my favorite nail salon ever. I happily drive the 20 minutes to get here because I know they provide great service. Im a huge germaphobe when it comes to nail salons and this place is super clean. Everything for your pedicure is one time use and they add disposable liners as well. Tools are always taken out clean and so are the towels. The ladies at the front greet you with a smile and there is such a welcoming and relaxing vibe. I do not come too regularly since Im horrible at keeping up with my nails but they somehow still remember me. Prices are what I would expect to pay, love it!

I used to go to Diva nails in Hoffman for my regular nail lady Kim for the past year. She recently moved to westview nails and I still go to her. Not only is this new nail salon so nice, clean and accommodating but Kim is amazing. She is extremely sweet and takes her time. Every single time she does my nails they come out amazing. If you ever go there ask for Kim table #12. You will not regret it. Love Kim 😊

I just went there after moving to the area. Their prices are slightly higher than some other places I researched but they had good reviews so I went for a pedicure and full set. The place was clean and people were all friendly. My nails look awesome and my pedicure was wonderful. I will be going back again for sure. Very pleased. The lady who did my nails was the old one who usually doesnt talk to you. The procedure was rushed and she never cleaned my nails/cuticles. There were air bubbles in my nails and she man handled me very rough. I never complain or say anything and i still gave her over 20% tip. I shouldnt have. I use to like this place...I dont know what happened but i wont be coming back.
