Good sized apartments for reasonable monthly rates, all payments can be made online through a resident portal and maintenance requests can be made through that system easily too. All dealings with management and staff have been very positive with fast responses and friendly interactions. In-building washer/driers that are app (not coin) operated which is very convenient too. All in all very satisfied with these apartments!

The townhouses are good. 3 bedroom apartments are very spacious. Prefer to get maintenance and cleaning done before moving. 2 min from bus stop to campus and downtown. Buses every 15-20 min. 10 min walk from weis market.

Nice and spacious apartment with helpful management staff. Bus stop is next to the apartment and grocery store is within 10 min walking distance.

We had several issues with our apartment. Some were handled. Others were not. We’ve still not been reimbursed for issues that were no fault of our own but we had to pay for. They also never return phone calls or emails to do a walk through when we were to leave. Would not recommend this particular property. The real estate office in charge seems to do all they’re allowed to which isn’t much.UPDATE!! Although we had lots of trouble with this apartment the new maintenance and management seem to be doing their jobs to help rectify everything that went wrong. Even though we have moved out and will not be able to see the apartment be fixed they seem to have taken the initiative to reach out and try to make it better for the next tenant. Our update review should reflect that !

My lease ended this July, but I cannot get my security deposit back. The office did nothing to negotiate this problem.------------------------Update, the apartment has changed the local management team and my case was solved by the regional manager. She is very patient and very helpful. I got my deposit back. I only lived there for half year, cannot say much about the apartment, but the maintenance service and the emergency service were good.

I have lived here for a year and decided to stay here for another year. There are several reasons for that. First of all, basically you get what you paid for. The apartment is old but its cheap. Remember that gas is included which means you dont need to pay extra for heat in the winter. Next, my dog enjoys his time living here. Hard-wood floor and an extra den/room for him. The whole complex is very pet-friendly. Next, the maintenance guys are very responsible and nice. My apartment has tons of different problems and they always come very fast and try their best to solve the problem. Some good news for this place happening right now is a new company bought this complex and they are doing renovations. My apartment got new kitchen cabinets, fridge, stove and microwave and will have new bathrooms soon. Thats excited! But most of us are concerned about future rents, lol.

Cheaper rentals...but some of the staff is very rude.

The things had been going well till our ac went out two weeks ago. The technicians came three times and it turned out that an expensive part needed be replaced. I am still waiting them to get the authorization from the owner. I don’t think it’s a good apartment to rent if you want to keep cool during the summer.We got a new AC this friday, 7/26.

I have been dealing with a broken shower and holes in the ceiling due to mold for over 3 months. The office is unresponsive online and evasive on the phone, and when you visit in person they just tell you the owners are Not prioritizing repairs at the moment. Ugh.On top of that, this year we were given only 10 days to renew our lease for July 2020-2021 despite an 18% increase in rent. This is an unreasonable timeline and again shows how little regard the owners have for their tenants.

Worst management I have ever dealt with. I’m made a huge mistake when I signed the lease with them. The maintenance is bad as hell. My air conditioner was nt working when I moved in August. Made millions of calls n visits to office n still after 2 months no action taken. Do not sign lease with thm. Trust me! U will thank me later.

The customer service from this company is pretty bad. I called the office two days (try both online chatting and voice message in the first day, no response ever) for scheduling an on-site tour and the guy only replied all information is listed on our website & you can schedule the visit online. Guess what? I submitted the form online and no one ever responded. I cannot trust to stay in an apartment which managed by such awful representatives.

Dirty, hallway smells like cat liter and Indian food. My apartment complex was quiet but very old and needed lots of repair.

The apartment we leased had bed bugs and the management is doing nothing to treat them. As a matter of fact, they inspected the apartment and failed to recognize bed bugs. After showing them pictures of the apartment with bed bugs, they did absolutely nothing. They are not willing to do anything about the problem. They even lied to us saying that the apartment has been treated, whereas immediately after their so called treatment, we found bed bugs lurking around in the night. I would suggest avioding this place as far as possible and also avoid dealing with Continental Real Estate. This has been the worst apartment I have lived in so far.

The managing and maintenance staff are very laxed... Apartments are spacious but not well maintained.

Spent my senior year of my undergraduate to live here and that both me and my roommate regretted for this decision.1. The roof in my living room leaks rain water when its raining.2. The nature light in the apartment is very gloomy and dark3. The bathrooms drain was always clogged and I had to ask the management fix it every months or whenever it was clogged.4. The noise of AC was so loud that I had to turn it off during the summer time.5. Still the AC, the heat was so poor that both my roommates and my rooms were as cold as the refrigerator in winter. I had to buy a heater fan to stay warm in my poor room.6. Last but not the least, everything in the apartment was too old: the almost each sliding door fell down and couldnt be hung up on the hooks; the carpet was very dusty even the management forced every moving out residents to clean it; and the windows were so loose that the window screen even fell out.

Good for grad students as its not expensive.
