Wouldnt recommend it! I lived there for a year the only good points were nice maintenance, spacious, and good water pressure. Other than that it was terrible. Place was filthy when I moved in and a terrible odor. Carpets were grimy. I never was able to walk around barefoot it was so gross. There were multiple water leaks from the apartment above which was a pain to deal with. Cabinet doors and stove knobs were missing and never replaced. There was also a massive hole in the wall upon moving in that was asked to be fixed MULTIPLE times and was never taken care of. Felt like I was living in a dungeon because of the lack of lighting. AND towards the end of the year we had a millipede infestation!!!!!! They were EVERYWHERE. I wish I had a picture. Id find so many in the apartment and right outside there was 1 every inch on the property. The smell was the worst thing in the world.Save yourself and dont sign a lease here.
Maintenance was always quick. I lived there for one year, and Id say it was an average one-bedroom apartment -- about as much as you would expect for a reasonably priced undergrad apartment. Location is slightly far from campus, but its manageable. The apartment was a bit outdated, and the wear-and-tear was definitely showing. But, overall it was a decent place.
