I love this place been to several salons but T&T is the best place to be all the nail techs are nice and the do really good nails Ive never been disappointed leaving this salon if u plan on going get the number 2 pedicure its amazing

No massage chairs, but facilities are clean. Witnessed a tech hand up on a customer trying to schedule appointments. Said hold on then clicked the off button. ailed to fix a problem with polish on toes not actually covering whole nail. Tried to blame position of foot for poor work.Wanted us to wait again for her to fix. Only offered not tipping the technician instead of discount or gift certificate. Wont be back. Not worth it. Theres too many nail salons in the area. Look elsewhere customer service sucks.

Have been to them four times only thing I don’t like is how they price everything I mean they charge to shape the nails another charge to cut down the nail extra charge for 3D design which was 10 for 2 nails then another just to fill 28 another 10 for gel polish I ended up spending 65 and this is what she did

My daughter had glue all over her nails and 2 nails came off the next day

Kate is the best nail tech I have followed her for two years she is great at shaping. she is fast and super friendly she always makes sure your nails are perfect ! She is amazing

I will never go back to this place. The tech rushed through my pedi...while the mani looked good..when I got to the register she bumped up the prices...

Cute place and its not cramped. Maybe bring your own polish since their selection isnt big but they do have some pretty colors.

I went here for the first time last week for a full set and really liked it! Only waited for about 5 minutes and the girls are all super sweet. Only thing is one or two of my nails are crooked, but not a huge deal to me. Very reasonably priced as well! Definitely will be back.

I love this nail spa. The environment is clean and beautiful. The ladies that work there go out of their way to make you comfortable and are very pleasant. You build personal relationship where you feel like you have a friend in your nail tech. Highly recommend them

I love this nail salon. Ive always had amazing outcomes. I dont get pedicures here as the soaking tub is just that and the seating area is not a massage chair which is very nice to have. With that said, the ladies really do an amazing job with the pedicures. For all else, theyre on point.

The place is nice but it is pricey $60 for a full set of acrylic nails, gel polish, coffin shape nails were not long. Not sure why so expensive. Customer service is not priority. The tech which looks like who is in charge when owner is not there is very very rude. First a lot of attitude, eye rolling if I asked a question. While I was there someone came in to ask to get their gel polish fixed she said she had gotten her nails done 2 days ago and they were not holding up. If I paid that much I would too, the tech instead of agreeing since it was obvious and just fix them and make her happy she just kept on saying that it’s not their fault. I honestly will not go back. Save your money go somewhere else.

I always come to T&T Nail Bar- If you are looking for a flawless coffin shape or any modern shape go to Thao Ho she’s AMAZING and knows her shapes! You will not leave disappointed when seeing her, she takes her time and is very nice. This place is a little bit pricy but you get what you pay for. The salon is also very pretty itself. Don’t hesitate to try this place out.

I like it. There may be a short wait, but the staff are friendly and courteous. The service is quiet, which is what I look for in a spa environment. The results are long lasting and I have received the same level of service from all of the nail technicians.

Went there on a Tuesday afternoon for a full set of acrylics. The nail technician was so rude! Acted like I was an inconvenience even though there was only 2 other customers and 4 available technicians sitting and talking. The jobs was poor. The nails are bumpy and I walked out with glue all over my fingers. Certainly not worth the $50 I was charged. I will definitely not be returning.

HORRIBLE Never again will i spend any money here ! My nails were Falling off in less than a week and the shape was way off ! 53$ for nails that don’t stay on ! My nail looks like I’m pointing somewhere else with my pointer finger ! Customer service is trash i time them and they said it’s been a couple days since you got them they refuse to fix them unless i pay half price with something they messed up ! Don’t go here unless you want expensive prices with disgusting work ! Worst nail appointment I’ve ever scheduled it took her 2 hours to put a full set on with uneven nails ! DO NOT GO HERE !!!

Only one gel manicure so far and it looks wonderful. Most of the people there are nice, but they dont really greet everyone as they arrive. They need someone to manage the front area - saw two college girls come in, wait a while and then walked out. Will go again and see how it goes.

Super clean spot. I make appointments with Ludi (my old stylist who works there). She’s younger so designs and shaping are A1. I only go when I have an appointment set, which is every 2 weeks. Prices are pretty reasonable although I’ve never been charged extra for shaping of nails beside here. I’ve never received a pedicure here yet, but with the reward system (spend $25 10x receive discount on pedi) i will be soon. Would def recommend this place.

My first two times ever getting my nails done before, and they did amazing! My first full set was expensive, but that’s what I expected, but now fills are like $35 and I’m oki with that.They’re all super nice there and will work with you, even if you’re on a budget!

This was my first time Nail Tech was very nice explained everything she was doing. My nails came out beautiful will be going back.

Got my pedicure and full set done. The only complaint I have is that they don’t do your cuticle so I have nice nails with bad cuticle.

Im so disappointed in this place. I had high hopes for it. Spent $90 and a few hours in the chair getting rhinestones put on all of my nails just to have them covered with a thick layer of clear gel. At first they were beautiful and so sparkly. Now it looks like I got a bunch of clear dots on my nails. So disappointed. I cried all the way home. The girls there are nice though. Just dont get why you would do all that work and make me pay so much $$ just to ruin them.😢😢😢😢

The nail tech smelled like she hadnt showered in a week. Kept aggressively pushing my hand and rushing me to stick my hand in the uv light. They lied about the price. Charged me the price of a full set for a full. Was just overall rude would never go back...

I give this place only 2 stars due to this facts: the nail place its quite nice. High end and spa like/ looking. my nail tech was fluint in english which is good, but after she had started my nails is that she tells me that she isnt good with designs. ( my first time there) She did great with my nails. No ness & well shaped. But cant do designs. Really?? And although she asked one of her co worker to do the design i wanted: the other girl did a fair job and not in 3D. On top of that there were a couple of young girls not being so professional and kept complaining about how tired they were. Not to mention the ridiculous prices. My nails dont look like i paid $80.00 for them. You pay that much, of course you want it to show. I wont go again. My first time and last time.

There is acrylic all of my finger pad and i can’t even feel my fingers. the girl didn’t even greet me and i told her i want long nails and she did them short anyways when i re directed her she got an attitude

This is the best place in Springfield for a pedicure (that Ive been to anyhow)!! Ive used Annie and Wendy; both are very careful, but also very thorough. They use OPI and have a wide assortment of colors. No massage chairs for the pedicure sinks, but its bright, has three (3) flat screens and everyone is very friendly. Plus, I like the fact that after the 10th paid service, the 11th is free! Theyre very busy on Friday evenings and all day on Saturday, so unless you dont mind waiting for a bit (maybe 20 minutes), its best to make an appointment.
