The lady who did my nails was very nice but I’m extremely unhappy with the quality. While trimming my toenails it felt like she was digging into my skin and I actually said “ouch!” because it really hurt. She said my toenail was ingrown but I had just clipped them the day before and it was not. My toe hurt for the rest of the day. After my manicure was finished and dry I sat in the chair for another 20 minutes or so waiting for my husband. Not ten minutes after he picked me up I reached in my pocket and the polish on my thumbnail chipped off, I couldn’t go back in because they had closed. By Tuesday the polish on the tip of all my nails has chipped off. I’ve never had a manicure ruined in 2 days.

First time going here the girl was very friendly & funny however i got a pedicure and set of acrylic gel nails paid $65 + $10 tip. It has only been a week & I had to go back for her to file sharp overlapping cuticle & side nail area now the nails are already chipping & lifting!!! Extremely unacceptable for professional nails & the money I paid. Very disappointed! Will not be returning unless they fix this with better quality! I feel scammed.

Tina is the one who did my nails. I asked for Stars to be done. She had no problem doing Stars. I love how they came out.

Usually a really good place to get my nails done and they do a great job but the last time I went the sides were not filled all the way and up to my cuticle was not filled so literally two days later I had to go get a refill or what you would call a fill and I still got charged the full amount at $25 even though it was their mess up

So I went for a mani pedi and I had asked for fakes on the manicure. They didnt measure my nails to make sure they were even and my ring finger was WAY longer than all the rest not to mention she didnt do the edges so when I asked her to fix it she did it but she just acted like I was insane for asking her to fix it!!

Wonderful job with my nails!

They did a pretty good job painting my nails, but they missed the sides of them. Some things I noticed was that no one wore gloves, the clippers didnt seem like they had been sanitized before she used them on my fingers, and they were very abrupt in communicating.

I dont get to treat myself often. But the first time I came here, they were friendly, and quick, with great service. I decided to do a pedicure this time around and I was so relaxed. Friendly small talk, and Im glad I got to treat myself. Thank you guys for making my experience great.

Very polite and nice people. However, after having to wait an hour to get my nails done here, the lady who did mine rushed through it so they came out sloppy and the polish was smudged. She also didnt do a very good job of shaping the acrylic on my nail bed and did nothing with my cuticles.

Been going here for my pedicure for about 5 years, Tina is the BEST, she is very talented with hand painting things on my big toe. I always get lots of compliments.

Would absolutely NEVER come back!! The first time I came in here I had a nail broken off and asked them to fix it. One, they didnt even put a new acrylic nail on. Two, they gave me the wrong color and still made me pay! The second time was just a few days ago. I came in and asked for a see of acrylic nails. I told and showed the guy what I wanted and he said okay. I noticed he wasnt doing what I wanted so I asked him if he could do that and he told me he wouldnt then made me pay 30$ then before he was done and the sign said 25$. So I give him my card and he points at the ATM outside of the store and tells me I can get cash there which I thought was extremely rude considering I just watched an employee use the card machine! So I got the cash and gave him the money even though he didnt do what I asked him to. He was also rougher with my nails after I said something Then I had to move to the table to dry my nails, he then picks up my bag and puts it in my moms cart. I had my debit card sitting on the table in front of me and he takes it, gets in my bag, takes out my wallet, almost opens it, then gives it to my mother. Im sorry but if I dont know you, dont get in my stuff especially if I didnt give you permission!! He never once apologized or even said thank you. If you like horrible nails and awful customer service this is your place to go! Not even worth one star in my opinion. Would definitely not recommend or ever go back.

I have been coming here for about 5 years. I usually have a good experience there, but the last few times I have gone, my pedicures are just ok. I can do a better job painting my nails. They dont even push back my cuticles to get them off my nails. They barely touch them while using the tools to push them back. I hate seeing lumpy clumps under my polish. Not sure if Ill go back. They need to take the time so nails look nice.

Have been lots of other places, and Regal Nails south Glenstone is far and above the best. Been going there for about 8 years.

I went in to get my acrylic nails taken off and it was a horrible experience. The girl used an electric file to remove the acrylic and only soaked my nails after I told her she was hurting me. She filed my nails almost all the way down to the skin. To make things worse, I watched her pour the acetone she had just used on me back into the bottle to be used on someone else. I will never be going back.
