Came here because Tranquility spa had a long wait. This place did a Horrible job on my eyebrows. Literally cried. They thought I was trying to get out of paying😑😑😑😑. Then I gave them a chance with my nails, bad idea. Gel polish was peeling off the following day while heading on vacation. 😡 Never went back.

People I know get their nails done here and they come out of the place with their nails looking really great. If you are looking for a nice place to go get your nails done this is definitely the place!!

I went into this nail salon with the intent to get my nails done I had one repair and needed a fill and design the tech decided to destroy one of my real nails and then fix it and charge me for it I paid 60 dollars for nails that were not worth that i will not be going back there ever again and she was rude when they called me to check about my appointment don’t worry I won’t have to let you know ahead I won’t be calling again lol

BRING THESE LADIES YOUR BUSINESS!!!I went in to get a manicure ($12) however I have gel nails ($5 to get off) over acrylic ($10 to get off)...however I did not know the acrylic were still on after 6 months thought my nails grew out. The women who did them was so nice and only charged me $10 to what was worth $32 charge and even painted them for me!Yes the place is a little rub down from what it use to be but the whole mall is falling apart! And we should not let places with such great people get rub into the ground

I had my nails done at Milleium on Tuesday. On Wednesday I noticed a crack in the Polish, then part of the polish came off. I went back to Millenium on Thursday, my nail was redone without any problem. Thanks for great service.

This was the worst nail shop I ever went to in Springfield. They leave your nails all lumpy and get mad when you ask them to fix it. I highly recommend not going to this place.🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓 I give them a zero

Terrible I went in on a Sunday I was the first customer, older lady who did my nails was so rough with putting on the tips and ripped my skin from the side of the nail that had glue on them, then she convinced me to get gel color, the color I wanted they didnt have after she told me they had them all. Then she passed me off to the cleaning lady to paint my nails. When finished they expected a tip. Cost me 50 to get acrylics coffin shaped with gel color. Thats robbery for the service was awful the nail tech even worse dont go here at all!!!

I went to get a pedicure I left with a toe infection. I had to go to urgent care for antibiotics. Trying to call back for my refund but no answer.

I got there at 12:30 and was out by 12:50. It was by far the worst and most rushed pedicure Ive ever had!

HORRIBLE CHEAP QUALITY GOT A FULL SET 3 nails broke the next day fixed those then 2 more fell off in less than a week CHEAP ACRYLIC I WOULD NEVER RECCOMENd this place they are no good
