I just got done with my appointment at LA Nails for the first time. Many things I like about this salon! Good location and not too far off the main highway. Also, being able to make the appointment online instead of calling is an AMAZING perk, and feel more salons should offer this! The salon was very clean looking and everyone working was so nice and professional. The man that did my pedicure did a FANTASTIC job, making sure that everything was OK and that he wasnt being too rough. I had an ingrown toe nail on one of my toes, and he actually took the time to remove it and make my toe nail look not all jagged like it was! Overall, lovely experience. I will definitely be going back!

( this was a last min thing)So as far as my nails go, they were ok. However, i understand it was busy, but the guy who did my nails got paint all over my fingers and the customer service wasnt good. He didnt offer me a drink, and when I tried to make conversation he wasnt very nice. I felt rushed and not really welcome. I can still see my old paint from my previous nails on my new fill. I think this place could be really nice, had it not felt rushed. Not to mention i paid 43 dollars!

My nails are completely not shaped right. He was super rushed while doing my nails. He didnt do the color/design i asked for. When i said something about it he said “this will look better.” I was so upset not to mention the price i paid. For what i paid i should have had better quality of nails. I wish i could give 0 stars. I literally cried when i left! I don’t think i will ever go back!

It was a last minute place to get my nails done and they weren’t that bad. They did mess up a little and then gel is a tiny bit bumpy. The guy I had did grab the wrong shade of color that I had picked out and I didn’t realize until done. Still pretty. My friend like her nails. Depends on person there

This is one of the cleanest salons I’ve ever been in. They sterilize their tools as per state requirements and then repackage them so there is no mistake about safety. They are super friendly; everyone greets me by name. Finally, their work next to perfection. I am always pleased when I leave.

Literally the worst nails ive ever gotten. She did such a poor job on my fill and the polish job. I pointed things out and made no attempts at fixing them. She was very nice so i didnt make a scene but i will definitely not be going back i ended up goin home and filing them off. So disappointed

My nails are always done beautifully. Always get compliments on them. Jenny does such a good job that they stay looking good for 3 to 4 months before I get a chance to go back for a redo.

It was just ok. Seemed like the guy was trying to get me in and out fast. $50 for a pedi. Poor customer service. I wont be back.

Vincent gave me the best pedicure. I’ve come back because of him! I’m very picky and I have to say that every time I come back, I get the best pedicure. Great location that isn’t too busy and there’s lots of parking.

I have never been disappointed

My wife came home crying after getting her nails done here. She showed them a photo of what she wanted done and the results were not close at all. More expensive than most Nail salons in the area for lesser quality. Buyer beware.

Pretty but not worth the headache and fast one they tried to pull on me. They tried to charge me $66 and when I questioned why he then adjusted the price which was still wrong. So my service was $44, add gel polish for $10 and removal of old gel polish for $3 still cheaper than the $60 I paid. I can get the same thing at prom nail, nails uncorkered nails now and nails last belle for $37. I went there because they were open next time Ill wait the extra hour to not over pay for nails when the employees cant manage a price list

I came here to get dip nails done while my dad has been in the hospital. The staff was incredibly kind and my nails turned out beautiful. The facilities are quite sanitary and every guest gets their own brand new file and buffer. They prefer you bring it back to reuse it, but they will provide new ones if you dont. I ended up cracking a couple by accident about a week later while my dad was still in the hospital. They fixed the broken ones and added a brand new coat to the rest of them, all free of charge.

I had fun with Luke as he did my nails. We watched football together and talked shop. My daughter got her nails done by Vicki and she really enjoyed the experience. Both Luke and Vicky are very talented and very nice people and they do an excellent job. I will be their devoted customer to the end of time =)

While Ben was nice, the gel started peeling the same evening. Not too mention that he filed my natural nails so much that they are paper-thin. Not happy with the results. I wish I had not gone here. :(

I always enjoy my time getting a manicure or pedicure. Everyone is very professional and they do a great job.

Very reasonable price, clean and well maintained. When I went with my mother we were just walk-ins and they were able to take us right away. I had a male nail technician, I believe his name was Frank. I got a mani pedi and really like how it all turned out.

Everyone there is helpful cheerful the atmosphere is wonderful and the work is great. I will keep going back, I recommend this to all my friends.

I have been here two or three times, and Ive had a good experience each time. Im not sure of his name, but the guy that works there is very nice and considerate! I got acrylics for prom over a month ago, and Im going tomorrow to get a pedicure and gel polish! Cant wait!

This place is great! I have been going there for years. Luke and Vicki are fantastic and give great service. Prices are reasonable and the service is great.

This place is beyond below average. Nails came out crooked and lumpy. Ben is disrespectful and has no idea what he is doing. Frank is very nice, but like the rest, lack any skill. Do not waste your time here unless you want ugly nails.

My experience was very good both times. The salon was busy late in the day. I had scheduled an appt. in advance while staying at the Hilton Garden and only waited a couple of minutes. The quality of the work was excellent. I was given the buffer pad she used on my pedi in a ziplock bag -- very thoughtful. The staff was very pleasant, even though I could tell theyd had a busy day. The price was reasonable and I went back last month with a similar experience. I would absolutely go back when I visit next month,

This place did an awful job they really should not be charging so much for the bad service they provide. I got my nails done and my skin around my nails felt like it was getting ripped off. Multiple fingers started bleeding and all the man that was doing my nails could say was “sorry” in a joking tone. My fingers hurt like hell but I continued to get my gel nail polish done. My nail polish turned out lumpy and some fingers are just completely different colors because of the way the polish was applied. Also he got nail polish on my fingers muliple times and did not clean it. When they were done there were lots of chunks near the bottom of my nail and when I asked him if he could fix it and clean up my nails a bit he started pulling at the skin by my fingers again. It hurt so bad I just told him to stop and paid. Worst $30 I have ever spent.
