The staff was so friendly and Dr. Castleman made the root canal so easy and relaxing. The offices were clean and had PPE to ensure covid safety which was much appreciated. Definitely recommend their office for dental work. Thank you!

Went to dr. Castleman because of the recommendation by a local dentist. I couldn’t get into my regular endodentist for 2 months. I’d been told I needed a root canal by my dentist. Dr castleman ‘s exam resulted in my being told the tooth was cracked, the one next to it was also cracked and infected as well. She wouldn’t do the root canal.Finally got into my regular endodontist. He did several X-rays as well, showed me what needed to be done, and set up a date for the root canal. No mention of cracked tooth or infection/crack in the tooth next to it. Neither did my regular dentist who did X-rays prior to all this.My review is “be careful”. She might do well in some limited situations but will apparently “see conditions “ that can allow her to not proceed with treatment if she wishes. Oh, and also charged me $380 for the “exam”!Or maybe she needs to clean her X-ray screen!

I had to have a root canal and got in the next day. Dr. Castleman is a wonderful dentist and did a great job on my root canal.Her dental assistant, Emily, is awesome too. She explained everything in great detail, was patient in answering questions, and very knowledgeable.Her other dental assistant, Kim, is wonderful too. Like Emily, Kim really knows her stuff.Mendi, Dr. Castlemans receptionist is much more than a receptionist. She is equally knowledgeable and has answered my questions when Ive called back after my appointment.I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Castleman, Emily, Kim, and Mendi. I wasnt excited to get a root canal but all of them made it a good experience. They are friendly and very focused on great patient service. If I ever need a specialized dentist, Im going to Dr. Castleman! Btw, they have this awesome device that you can watch movies during your procedure. Little did I know getting a root canal would give me the opportunity to watch a movie that I hadnt seen before but wanted to!

Never have i received such care for a root canal. Great caring people, from the receptionist to the assistant to the Dr.The VA sent me to her and I am thankful. Each move she explained. Amanda the assistant was just as thorough.They will place viewing goggles on you and your choice of movie during your procedure.Just a warning, do not pick Gladiator, as you will have smell-a-vision, the blood, the smell of grinding tooth. It almost 4D!!!If I have a choice, I will certainly use these great caring people again.

Dr. Castleman did my root canal today. I have to admit, I do not enjoy any dental procedures, I was mildly panicking about having this done. But when I came into the office for my root canal I was pleasantly surprised! Everyone was so nice, especially Kathy. She made me feel so comfortable and made it her mission to make sure I didn’t cry. She was very thorough every step of the way to make sure I understood what was going on and that I was okay.To me, the worst part of any dental procedure is when they numb your mouth, but Dr. Castleman was so gentle that it wasn’t bad at all. They have these cool goggles that you wear that play a movie during the actual procedure, it helped me stay calm and relax as best I could. I couldn’t believe that when I left the office I felt totally fine. My pain was so minimal I ended up going back to work in the afternoon because I felt fine.I hope I don’t have to have any more root canals, but if I do, I will definitely come back to this office! I am so happy with my experience.

I am extremely impressed with Dr. Lisa Castleman and the entire team at Advance Endodontics. They took extra steps to get me in as quickly as possible (Mindy is a phone wizard). My nurse Kim was incredibly personable and professional. Dr. Castleman was compassionate, patient, and made me feel safe. I was very impressed with her bedside manner; she was so casual but also a rock star in her understanding of the issue and communication with me about the procedure. I also liked the communication they showed with one another in the office. It is obvious that everyone in this office cares about one another. It felt like a family of caretakers. As a person who avoids medical procedures I highly recommend the team at Advanced Endodontics. They are experts and they genuinely care for their patients and for one another.

Dr. Castleman and her staff are excellent. They communicated VERY WELL with every aspect of the root canal procedure. Dr. Castleman also made every opportunity for me to feel comfortable. As far as root canals are concerned, if I ever had to go in and have another one done...I would go see Dr. Castleman.Her Staff even had great post procedure follow up to ask me how I was doing and if I had any further complications or questions they could answer. Very caring Dentist.***UPDATE***04/08/16Dr. Castlemans office came through AGAIN!Dr. Castleman and her staff took me in at a moments notice on an unrelated issue to my root canal (no appointment at all) and fixed my aching tooth and gum. I have never had a root canal before and was dreading my first. Dr Castleman made the whole process painless. My recovery time from the soreness was 1 day. I feel great and would recommend Dr. Castleman to anyone needing a root canal! Her whole staff is nice and caring!
