They are unavailable. They have not had a on-site manager for our complex for over 2 months. When we moved in april 2021 and it was already infested with ants, the microwave power plug didnt work or over head sink light, the fan in spare bedroom broken apon move in, weather stripping on front door, missing front screen (they took a month to replace), supposed new flooring had a huge scratch, the pool hasnt been available not due to covid but to sanitation problems( as in They let it turn green and disgusting), there are broken down vehicles in the guest spots that have been there since at least April, a personal truck full of garbage also since April that makes the area smell, the back gate is broken in and the lock. Call me a Karen but its the truth lol severly disappointed.

Very bad experience they had broken plastic shards on the play ground for over a year you cant leave your clothes in the laundry as they wash because someone who doesnt live here has a key and will take your stuff our light above the sink has never worked despite them coming out to fix it and only half the back patios have gates so anything you want outside will get stolen there is always people going through the dumpsters at night

All I can say is be aware if you move into this property. I moved in sight un scene because I desperately needed a place to live. Second day of being there I found mold on the bedroom wall. I told the management about it Ive been here almost a year and nothings been done. I had a problem with my refrigerator, it kept leaking and water was all over the floor and it was not sealing properly on the doors. I spent about 2 months back-and-forth with them before they finally brought me a new fridge and then when they did they told me to take all my stuff out of my fridge and freezer because they were bringing me a new one and then they just took off for an hour. So everything that I had melted and defrosted before I got the new fridge. And also if youre on housing and they make a payment after youve already paid your rent then you should have a credit. I have now been contacting them for the past 2 months to find out what my credit is and they just keep giving me the run around. They have been receiving housing payments for 4 months now they should already know what the credit is. When I told them I would like to know what the credit is before paying my rent she told me there was nothing that she could do about it because she didnt have an answer and had not gottenany banking information from Homes for good. Then when I said I couldnt pay my rent without knowing what the credit was she told me to just go ahead and pay the full amount and then they would adjust it later and I said I didnt want to do that but I also didnt want to get a late fee and I was told then just dont pay your rent. There is no security at all, your car will get broken into. Last week 4 people were arrested for breaking into cars. I feel like theyre just taking the money and not wanting to give me credit and dont even care about their tenants at all.

This is a beautiful older property with a lot of potential. I can see first hand that they are putting a lot of work into bettering this community for their residents. Since Avenue5 took over, I can see that this will be a great place for many to call home. Highly recommend!

I come and visit family often and I was always impressed with the management team. The management team is still great, super friendly and kind when we have questions...but they did just get a new guy. At first no one knew who he was. He never smiles or says hi. He walks around always looking angry. It’s kind of uncomfortable for people. Plus we hear him being pretty rude to the main maintenance guy. The other one has been here for years and is super nice and friendly. Kind of disappointing that the new property management company allows their workers to act like that.

Beverly and her husband were wonderful site managers. We lived at this property for only 4 months and I wish we had stayed since we experienced zero issues while receiving our deposit back.

Dont move here, too many rude and loud neighbors and nothing ever done when you complaint about them, other then just move out of your apartment. I was only here for about a month. Do yourself and your health a favor and look else where. Because youll be calling the cops a lot. Because thats the only way to get get things done. The rent for this place is much higher then it should be but im sure theyre doing that to get the poorer people out. It seems like they are more focus is making this place look nice then actually making nicer place to live. Trust me when I say you hear everything in your apartment from outside.

Managers do not do their job and could care less about the residents that live there all they care about is money, very poorly treated.
