Great company! The owner is very honest and and great guy.
As a tenant, I find them honest and very professional and they let u understand their expectations to work well together
7/21/19Parents and renters please read. This company does not care about you as a renter and takes advantage of college kids.My college son was in a rented house for the last two years paying $452.50 monthly in Springfield Massachusetts. He had three other students in the house all paying. He paid his rent three months at a time. The security deposit was $452.50. Well they just finished their senior years and moved out. There were some window blinds that had to be replaced so they charged them and added a fee for removing some garbage/furniture by the side of the road. Two of the boys got around $420 dollars(why) and the other two got $330 for their security deposit. My son has stopped by and talked to Dee the secretary twice who has no pull whatsoever and asked to talk to the managing person Peter Houser. He has never called or contacted my son. Why didn’t the boys all get the same amount back? Why did two of the boys only get $330 back? My son paid his rent on time monthly. I have paperwork to prove it.I will send a letter to the Better Business Bureau and the State of Massachusetts to complain about their practices. By Mass law they need to hold the security deposit in separate account. I will also send a letter to WNEU, Springfield College and American International College urging staff and student to avoid using Metro Apartments.I also noticed that two other reviews have the same last name as the owners which rises my suspicion. I look forward to your response.
Unprofessional at best. Their employees will enter your residence without your permission.
