I enjoyed living there. Me and my friend lived there for about a year. I loved the location, close to a Dairy queen, albertsons, 2 Dutch bros and other convenient places. Walking trails behind the apartment were great too. Only complaint is the Parking. You pay every month but if someones in your spot you have no options. Luckily nothing ever really happened but still. Also our mailbox was on the opposite side of the complex for some reason. Wasnt a huge deal, just annoying. Also last note, Staff was pretty great. Was always quick and responsive. Never had any issue with themAnyway I enjoyed living here. Would again if I had to.

I lived there for 3 years. Loved it. Management was always nice and easy to work with. Maintenance staff are great, Cal is a special person and took care of me, always prompt on getting repairs done. I only left because I was having problems with stairs, and I had to carry my dog upstairs, she couldnt do the stairs anymore

Loved living here. I wish I didn’t have to move but the rent was getting too expensive. I would come back if they lowered the rent any day! Very attractive townhomes.

I truly enjoyed living at the apartments for the 6 months I was there. Everything seemed to be fine until I was mailed a bill stating I owed money. However, after talking with their billing department they were able to reduce the payment that was owed. I appreciate that they worked with me to resolve the issue. Thanks!

I showed interest in this property, and they not only emailed me back in a timely manner but the called me to make sure I understood what they were saying. Very, very polite and professional staff. They made me feel very respected which isnt very common for a young couple looking to rent. Really refreshing being treated this way. Took a tour of the apartment, really nice space and feels like theres lots of it. Cute little back yard. You could definitely fit some patio furniture and a grill back there. The office/ gym area kept very clean. There have lease terms all year round. Very excited about this place.

Wow so many unhappy people! Oh well, guess you can’t please everyone.Anyway, on to my review. My husband and I drove 2 hours to look at this townhouse, and Kelly the one that helped us was very kind and professional. The place was super clean which you don’t see very often! I loved the little play area as we have a 4 year old, the dog park is cute if you have dogs, which we do. The maintenance people are very kind, the front office was warm and welcoming, I love the gym area, which I haven’t used yet!!!The only things I don’t like is paying for parking in a place you live, that to me is ridiculous. Luckily ours aren’t too far from our place, and the standard amount they charge you for W/S/T. The Washer/Dryer suck I end up washing my clothing twice. I dislike the type of heating that’s in here, but at least they warm up the place! We have only used the downstairs one first thing in the morning. Backyard is cute, perfect for our little guy to play, and our place came with a shed, that was a bonus. I also liked that they had different options as far as your lease, we did a year, and we’ll go from there. I would recommend these townhouse, all the people I have met are very kind.

My fiance and I lived here for a little over a year until we bought a house. Grounds are well kept and staff is friendly. Susan is a great apartment manager and was always very kind and quickly resolved our problems. We had a few issues with the toilets but they were fixed right away. Rent seems a little high, but hard to beat if youre looking for a nice place in Springfield that accepts all pets and offers month-to-month/short term contracts.

I was very disappointed that we spent so much time cleaning when we moved out and were charged literally the whole deposit. After half the deposit going to cleaning and damages, they the last half with no explanation beyond charges in the breakdown. I understand having to charge people, but taking over six hundred dollars with no explanation is disgusting.

Really expensive and a lot of road noise. It was mowed, clean, and there was generally someone there at the office when I needed something. However, there has to be a better place for less money unless youre desperate. $1400 per month for a 2 bedroom place is offensive. This place is NOT luxury. Charging $25 per month pet rent is offensive. There were no pet damages, and paying $600 for the pleasure of having a companion for the time I was there is offensive and should be criminal. There were no damages from the pet and the $25 per month went in their pockets. I was here for 2 years, and despite two people spending 8 hours cleaning they still charged $220. Youd better get a lawnmower for the ten square feet in the back. That was $100. They told me that its $25 per bag depending on what the maintenance guy thinks itll take to clean up. Rip off. They charged $75 for cleaning a carpet that was immaculate. When I called they said they charge everyone a steam cleaning fee unless you give them a receipt that you had it done professionally. I was not told this when I asked about the move out process. They charged another $45 for touch ups. They claimed it was a dirty sink and such. Thats a lie because I personally cleaned it like new. They will charge you for normal wear and tear. There are a lot of better places so keep looking.

Ive been here for 4 years and hate it. Every time the lease is up we havent been in a position to move. So when we get the notice to renew or move, the notice says they have 6 month leases available, but when I get up to the office they tell me the shortest one I can sign is a 13 month lease or go to month to month which adds $100 to your monthly rent. The plumbing is horrible, the pipes are always backed up or leaking. The heater units are in very inconvenient spots and dont even heat up the house. The management are jerks that talk bad about their guests when they think no one is around. They accused me of having cats just because I had a hand me down couch from my grandmother with scratch marks on it and wanted me to pay the $400 pet deposit when I dont even have an animal. Theyve done nothing when it comes to neighbor conflict. I had neighbors that would bang on the walls and blast their tv at all hours of the night. When I went up to the office to say something all they said was Well we left a notice for them and thats all we can do. My lease is up soon and Im outta here. Although my neighbor moved out and they kept her whole deposit and charged her extra when she only lived there a year and the unit was spotless when she moved out, so Im not looking forward to that experience.

Once among the better values in Springfield, its getting harder to appreciate living at JV. Rent increases are expected, but the last couple increases were pretty astronomical. In economic terms, in the years Ive been here I wouldve had to have see a 40% increase in income to keep pace with rent increases. Thats not happening for me or probably anyone else in Lane County. It definitely feels like corporate ownership is after every greedy penny they can get from the local market, to the point it tarnishes how I feel about living here or recommending JV to friends.Otherwise my experience over more than seven years has been good. Most neighbors have been pleasant. Noise isnt bad. Ive always been treated very well by Susan and other staff.

I wish I can give a negative 5 star for this location. They are so rude & inconsiderate neencumpoops who obviously dont have a kind bone in their body. Do not consider this location as your home. They will charge you with fees up your butt til your grandkids can pay for it, without any warning!! And to the owner, dont even bother replying with your fake let us make this better response & shove it where the sun dont shine!!!😬😡😠

Wanted to comment that if you have packages delivered to your door in Jenna aka in this neighborhood, they maybe tampered with or stolen. I had a box with router ripped open and a package with socks never show up. And the tracking says the socks were delivered....

Horribel experiencd while we lived here next door neighbors would always complain to us...management is rude they never cared to explain any fees to us, never mentioned that if we dont turn in the keys on time we get charged to live there, even tho when we went the office was closed. It was just a horrible experience and will not go back to live there ever again.

We lived there 1 1/2 years, they charge water and garbage, and a parking spot which was a ways from our apartment, mail boxes even further. Theres a $100 late fee if you dont pay by the 5th of every month, even if you have a good reason, wont give a break. Things happen that you cant control. When we moved we didnt get any deposit back. We worked our butts off cleaning. We were charged for leaving a couple trial bottles of sanitizer and a shower head under the bathroom sink. Our rent was close to $1,000 a month. We were also charged the $100 late fee cause we moved a day late, and management had made arrangements to make payments to pay the prorated rent. They still charged us late fee.
