Living in this dump was an absolute sad hassle. Every month maintenance was coming for something not working. Dishwasher, windows, air conditioner, stove, toilet, fireplace never worked, (apparently that was the case with my neighbors too...total false advertising there.)The paint inside was mismatched and crumbling underneath. Moss and mold all over the buildings away from the main office. They refused to copy the 2 pages of damages noted moving in. If we were smarter...we wouldve told them then..NEVERMIND. So, Run. Seriously awful housing option. Go elsewhere.
I live in these town homes for a year and greatly miss it (but Oregon is too pricey for me so there is no going back). The units are huge and having your own garage is awesome. I worked nights and the staff were always very helpful with dealing with my schedule when it come to walkthroughs and what not. Parking is sadly an issue at this place but it is not Brentwoods fault. Every unit has its own garage (as I already said) and there are plenty of other spots. But everyone and their brother having three cars or using their garages for storage is where the issue comes in. Not much management can do about that though they do try their best.
Very unhappy with this place. Our AC went out and maintenance is refusing to fix it until Monday, but Sunday is when we are getting 111 weather. My kids and I are all sweating and the office just shrugs.Today is Sunday now, its 108 degrees. My kids are we all have sweat dripping off our faces and migraines from the heat. I am so angry that these complexes dont think thats an emergency.
I dont recommend anyone live here. They send out these really nasty emails to all the residents frequently, about some issue only a few people are guilty of. Today it was CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOGS in all caps - which is ironic, considering they rarely empty the dog waste cans, or refill the bags. A couple months ago, they threatened to search everybodys garage, and issue a $50 fine for not parking in it. Also, parking here is terrible. Many of the outside light bulbs have been burnt out for months, and never replaced. You are forced to pay a portion of a common area electric bill, but whats the point when a third of the bulbs are never working?
I do not recommend this place. They watched us unknowingly make a mistake that was $2,000 in their favor and said nothing.
Great property, convenient, and security is excellent! I recommend Brentwood Estate.
I’d like to add that my husband and I were excited to apply at these apartments! But due to the reviews we are no longer interested, Brentwood I would work on your management issues and parking if you expect to have any more renters... it sounds like a horrible place to reside
Shana the property manager is the worst to work with. She is rude, cold, and unprofessional. Everytime we called she was short with us on simple issues. Maybe she has been in the business for waaaay to long because she has no sympathy, no patients, or understanding for any of her residents. If you are looking through the reviews to get an idea of the place please consider all that you read. My roommates and I had an easy time living at Brentwood but if you try to get help from Shana or maintenance you are going to have difficulties. Kishon on the other hand was the most helpful with everything and I would recommend talking to him mostly.
Do not rent from this place, please trust me on this. Management is horrible, unprofessional, and rude. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to communicate. All their replies to one star reviews are just manipulation tactics to try and do damage control, they do not care about “making it better.” Parking is an absolute disaster. Apartment initially appears nice but just about everything in the apartment was janky or broken, and of course you get charged for that when you move out (even though they won’t spend that money on fixing it for the next tenant.) Won’t get any further into it as there are already numerous one star reviews telling you why you should avoid this place like the plague, but just trust me on this one.
Read the reviews! They are NOT lies. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Terrible maintenance and upkeep, terrible parking, trash cans overflowing, terribly high prices, terrible leadership. Take your hard earned money and look elsewhere. Potential renter BEWARE!!!
The apartments are very nice, the staff is courteous and friendly, The maintenance crew has always helped out quickly with any issues, however the other day, I was forced to park in a fire lane due to the attrocious parking here where there isnt enough room for all the tenants to park. Along with guests etc.So Brentwood decided to tow me right before I woke up to move my vehicle. I understand you are not supposed to park in the fire lanes for obvious reasons, but I should not be punished for having no parking available where I live, Im 260$ short because you are still to this day working on the parking issue. Please fix this soon so people arent forced into having their car towed. And financially screwed over. Thanks alot.
I only give this place a one star because I cant go any lower. When the new management, Avenue 5 took over, everything became worse. The rent is way too high for what they offer. You cant pay rent by check. You have to pay online, and there is a convenience fee. The parking sucks. Management sucks. If you have any maintenance request, they typically take forever to respond. There was 3 times that their online payment was down and didnt get back up and working until after the due date for rent, and we were charged a late fee. We had to keep our cats inside and our dogs could not go in the basketball area. You will typically get a new email every week with a new rule and reminders of what is/is not allowed.
The places look nice on the outside, on the inside they’re falling apart and not well kept. Management is incredibly rude when you talk to them about anything. When we moved in the carpet on the stairs was falling off, paint all over the carpets, trim around the floors very poorly and quickly put on, brand new laminate flooring that they gouged holes and ripped up. The back yards are horribly small, and sun never hits ours so it’s constantly mud, management won’t help at all with gravel or bark. Parking is TERRIBLE! We constantly have issues with random people parking in front of and blocking our car in our garage. Management won’t give us a no blocking sign and won’t allow us to put our own up. We were pretty much told tough luck and keep calling emergency maintenance, even after I’ve explained to them several times that we get up at 4 am for work. It takes maintenance an hour to call us back and another 3 hours for a tow truck to even show up. Making us late for work several days in a row, missing work completely and missing appointments. I would never recommend any family or friends to live here. They also advertised month to month leases which we wanted to do until we found another place to live and they refused, told us our only option was a 6 month lease.
I am only giving this a one star because I am unable to post with no stars! They are the worst management I have ever come across. When we were living there I asked them to put in a screen door that was missing when we moved in and they told me they would come the next day, I had to call back 2 days later to see what happened they stated they would get back to us and never did. We ended up buying a fan so we could have cold breeze in the hot summer. Then about 5 months later our oven started shooting sparks, my boyfriend had to unplug it because we did not want a fire. When I called them to have them (10 minutes before they closed) come take a look they told me it was not an emergency and that I could wait until the next day for them to come look at it. When we finally got out of our lease they sent us a letter stating that we would get a little over $400 back on our deposit and when we received the check it was a little over $100. They dont keep their word and they are horrible to deal with! DO NOT LIVE HERE!I would also like to add that they AT LEAST once a month send an email out about how water is down in different complexes and they promise It will be back on in an hour but they dont come back on until someone calls to complain. My sister was living with us and her shower was leaking, she called and they stated it was not important enough to take a look because there was two bathrooms. she works late while we are sleeping and she could not use ours. They stated they would be right out and called her an hour later and told her they cannot fix it. She told them they needed to and they said they would be there in 30 minutes and did not come for another 2 hours.
I would love to move into one of the 2 bedroom apts. They are very nice units. However the rent amount is to high. It takes 2 job families to afford to live there. The entire complex is well maintained. Plus each unit comes with a garage.
From the moment we moved in we reported things that were not working in our apartment (missing set of blinds, toilet wouldnt work properly, and our ceiling light cover eventually fell off, and lights that wouldnt work) maintenance NEVER came to our apartment to fix these things... after moving out we were charged a huge fee for the missing blinds (that never came with the apartment & I have video proof) and $200 for touch up paint we did not hang anything on our walls or mess with them . Everything was in good condition when we left I have before and after proof. This place sucks they took our deposit and made us pay and extra $200 on top of that. Don’t recommend
This place is an absolute SCAM!I rented here with my wife the past year and I can honestly say this was one of the worst renting experiences I have had. The parking in the complex is absolutely horrendous to the point that people park across curbs and fire lanes so that they can find a spot. The parking in garages is not enforced at all so people do whatever they want, which makes having guests over next to impossible. There is a group of kids that basically runs about the complex making messes everywhere and are constantly screaming and ringing peoples doorbells at all hours of the day and night. The complexs management all but abandoned us when there was a power outage for 38 hours and we couldnt get into the garages, without the managers key, so we were stranded with no help until way after the snow had been cleared. They also did not shovel or salt the sidewalks during the storm so myself and some neighbors took it upon ourselves to clean them for our elderly neighbors. The manager herself was extremely rude and short with me with every transaction I had with her to the point that I would avoid making visits to the office at all cost. Also be very careful to read the fine print on the lease, sure they say they dont charge water for the unit, but they charge it across the complex still as well as other fees. By the time rent was due we would see anywhere from $100-$200 extra in fees for water, garbage, etc. Finally when it was time to move out we were charged a ridiculous amount of money for cleaning and carpet cleaning. If we had left it a mess I would understand, but we moved out 2 weeks early just to have plenty of time to clean and yet they still charged us over $300 and I was told that we had left crumbs in the cabinets and that the dishwasher was dirty. Also they will charge for carpet cleaning regardless of it being only normal wear and tear. Again, this place is a scam and not worth your time, especially since we looked around the area and found that Brentwood is by far overpriced for what you are getting.May this information be beneficial to any renters that think Brentwood is a good idea.
I live here
Just moved in and already having problems with maintenance. It has taken 5 days to do a simple lock fix. Maintenance had an Emergency come to find out they were chatting in their garage. Nobody even bothered to call and let us know they wouldnt be coming!
Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is on top of things and have even done a few things that werent part of their job. The apartment is nice and roomy and updated. Lots of storage which is a huge plus! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the parking situation is less than stellar.
Cant go any lower but this place is horrid, management has THE most awful customer service, not to mention NOISE! By God you can hear it through the walls😩
Lived there 3.5 years . Its a nice place. friendly staff .maintenance is right on top of things always fixed any issues right away . I work nights so sleeping during the day was never a problem . during freezing weather heaters worked great kept us warm and didnt kill us on elect bill. AC also worked great .Gym was a nice plus and always kept clean.Thank you Mark, Ron,Robb,Jamie for a pleasant time.We are only moving from Brentwood because we bought a house.
Well maintained complex. Nice layouts, but a bit cramped for me. Not enough parking for residents AND guests. The staff is very helpful.
By far a terrible rental experience my wife and I (one year old daughter, too) have ever had. We moved here from out of state, giving them the benefit of the doubt after reading the negative reviews just like you are now. I am here to tell you that the 1 or 2 star reviews are most absolutely true and the worst part is, is that the management does not care. This place is worthy of zero stars in my book. They will charge you for everything and do nothing to help you out in return. Trash cans overflowing, parking is bad, when we moved in we had a fireplace that did not work and were told that it couldnt be fixed because they no longer carry those parts (big selling point on their website, though) and they charged us $30 more a month because we were next to a road and not by another unit. Upon moving out, they totally took advantage of our security deposits (and refused to give us our pet deposit back, even though our cat did nothing related to damages and they stated on move in that it would be returned if pet didnt cause any problems/damages) leaving us with a $13.00. We cleanedwe vacuumed, it looked great/clean, but here are the charges from the sheet they sent me:$255.00 cleaning full$50.00 Cleaning back yard weeds (its a patio, barely any weeds)$85.00 Carpet cleaning$162.00 Drip pan damage and touch up paint (this is false and not accurate)$450.00 pet deposit (refused to return for no reason at all)I highly advise you to run as they will take full advantage of you no matter how clean or dirty your place is on checkout. Furthermore, living there was not worth what they charged in rent/fees and poor professionalism/management/leadership. The boss and Assistant manager will tell you one thing and completely do another. Avoid this place. Theyll take your hard earned money and run. A problem arises, you get excuses! No matter what, all security deposits gone! Very disappointed. Live elsewhere.
I was very interested in getting an apartment here for my family, but it hasnt worked out. I saw an ad for it and called and made an appointment for the next day at 3. When I showed up 5 minutes early no one was there. I waited 25 minutes and no one ever showed up except another couple who also had an appointment. Ive called more than 10 times since then and no one has ever answered again. Even with new ads being posted regularly.
Spendy its a joke, its a decent apartment to live in if you enjoy listening to your neighbor its fight and pay over a grand. Being restricted to certain things like cable TV and parking spots at that price point .
So far so good!I have only been here a week or so but the place is great there were a couple little things that had to be done when i moved in but, that is to be expected when you move anywhere! This place is Affordable and they have back yards!!! It took me so long to find somewhere with my own yard! Most of all the staff is friendly and helpful!**The only down side is parking holly smokes parking is hard to find if you have more than 2 cars ****EDIT** moved out after about 3 months due to some unexpected changes and I paid the Lease break fee as per the lease agreement and I was charged with tons of cleaning fees that are not in the lease. the Staff members Cody I spoke with advised me there would be no such fees and i should be fine if I clean my places which was cleaned top to bottom.Never received a deposit check or statement letter for charges even after the required month per Oregon Law and I was told by the manager You didnt give us a forwarding address after as few minutes she looked through paperwork and found I indeed did leave an address. they also tried to charge me for damages I didnt do as I wrote them on my move in condition form. After a few minutes on the phone they Found the form and waived the charges but in the end out of my $1,250 deposit I got about $500 back.. personally I wouldnt even recommend brentwoods to people I hate. Very unprofessional manager. Clear lack of communication between staff and basic policy knowledge when it comes to new employees.
Everything went smoothly until the new owners took over. They don’t answer the phone anymore; email is the primary means of contact. They rarely respond that way. You have to walk into the office to get your questions answered and, ironically, they’re sitting at their computers clearly not busy. Before they took over you would just call and Jamie would promptly answer and get things done. My garage door broke and the maintenance guy was rude about it. I waited 2 weeks for any word on when it would be fixed and finally had to walk into the office to get an answer. They didn’t know. So I was lifting up my garage every morning with a baby to get my daughter to school. Finally had enough and moved out early. I literally paid these guys around $1500 to leave. The place is falling apart. Someone crashed into the mail boxes, my neighbor had ran into his apartment so the framing was all messed up, there’s suddenly more trash laying around with the new demographic moving in.This is the best part—someone stole my $350 cordless vacuum after I moved out. We locked up after cleaning everything up and dropped off the keys. Didn’t make it home with our vacuum so we contacted them through email about it... no answer. Showed up just before closing since that’s the only way you can get ahold of them, wouldn’t let us go get it. The lady we spoke to first, who was here before the change of ownership, was more than happy to help us but the new manager glared at her until she told us to come back tomorrow. We showed up the the next day, manager gave us the key to get into the apartment, and our vacuum was mysteriously gone. So I hope one of the staff members is enjoying their sweet new vacuum. Disgusting. Most of the trustworthy staff members left when the new owners took over and NO WONDER. I wouldn’t want to deal with their poor management and morals either.
Nice apartment complex, very little drama. Only down side is the homeless camps across the street where I found homemade sex dolls and needles
If I give the 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worst management I’ve ever come across. They don’t communicate at all and expect to never get a clear answer. Wish I would’ve read the reviews before dropping all my money.UPDATE: I moved in and almost everything was broken. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!Not to mention they commented saying that they wanted to resolve issues yet still provide horrible customer service even after I left a review.
It was great until Avenue 5 took over. Very unprofessional management and zero communication between staff and between staff and tenants. Rent is too high and I am glad we were able to move out a few months ago.
Up until now, Ive dealt with the same property manager. We are now managed by Avenue5. My rent is going to go up by $50 when we sign another lease, which I think is pretty reasonable considering the rent in Eugene/Springfield in general has skyrocketed since weve lived here. The new property manager (whose name escapes me) seems really great. She gave us more time paying our old rate because they are having trouble getting people notified of their lease expiring. I was one that slipped through the cracks. It ended up saving me money anyway though. 😊Apartments are nicely sized and were built like 10 years ago so theyre up to date. Literally the only thing I dont like about these apartments is the parking situation (which is TIGHT!) and some of the neighbors. Crappy neighbors are everywhere you go, and I was told the new management is actively working on fixing the parking situation. Adjoining walls between units are pretty thin, but that generally doesnt bother me. Every apartment has a garage (either attached or detached) which is pretty cool. This review can be summed up by saying: new management, small complaints, overall good experience. Ive been here 3 years. Well probably stay until we buy a house. 🙃
Lived in Brentwood for 4.5 years and only moved due to buying a house. Great staff, competitive prices, overall great experience. All repairs were handled in a timely manner, correctly, and professionally. If I ever returned to renting Id move back into Brentwood without a second thought!
My daughters home. Nice place large 3 bed 2 bath but seems to me for Oregon the rent is way high for an apartment.
This place is a disaster and very poorly managed. They are rude to clients they could care less about legitimate concerns. The corporate office of the management company is impossible to reach. Dont waste time or money here.
Sorry, but theres a $50 charge to learn why I give them only one star. While the apartments are nice themselves, and the complex a nice little island of family-safeness within basically an industrial zone, I cannot really say anything else nice.My adult kids rented here. If rent isnt paid by the 4th (not the 5th like anywhere else, but the 4th) you are automatically charged $125 for a late fee. Sometimes they dont charge the late fee until after youve paid the rent, due to their horrible online bill payment system. Want a washer and dryer to rent? Theyll give you the cheapest ones possible for only $50/month (youd own them outright if you stayed through your lease term, might as well buy them). Want an air conditioner? They need to install that for $75. Want something else? They need to charge you for that. Leave your xmas lights up for too long? Theyll charge you for that too.Bottom line is that the nice apartments and nice staff in the office arent what this place is about; they are about making money for their corporate owners at the expense of the folks who can barely afford to live here.Do you have kids? Well, when they turn 18, they HAVE to move out so they dont live there so that you can add them to your lease if you want them to keep living with you. I am terribly sorry that my kids and everyone else who deals with the management has chosen to live in the fascist estates of Brentwood.Need something? Theres a charge for that.... Do you REALLY strive for great customer service, Brentwood? Try actually being RESPONSIVE to your residents instead of hassling them and threatening them about every little thing they might want/need. Stop being so defensive and make some changes to your policies instead of all the canned responses to reviews similar to mine.
They sold the apartments and the new rental company is not at the same level.
I began renting in March 2017. I loved how spacious and roomy the apartments were. Price wise was only a little more than other places around with far more room. Now its through the roof to rent there and its in one of the hugest polluted areas. Two bedroom two bath. No garage ($50 off rent because of that, only four apartments have no garage). Didnt go late at night and find out Parking was terrible. For two YEARS the entire residency for us being night people we had to fight parking and the office refused to give an assigned spot. Within a week of moving in after inspections found majority of the Electrical sockets had one plugin not working. A year after moving in our fire alarms repeatedly even after maintenance came in and replaced them went off. They even had electrician come in and check them still went off.. Neighbors had the same issue. There is at least one Staff member from start to end that treated us with a callous contempt. Rest of staff was polite outside of her. They even kept her over our favorite when changing owners/residential companies this was disturbing to us that they did. We began avoiding the office and dealing with them because of her. I was a primary renter for the entire time of our lease my original roommate and I paid the deposit. Their policy apparently states that regardless of who paid the deposit that at end of lease when we moved out ALL of us (including the non primary leasers) had their name on the deposit check.. Refused to change this. When dealing with roommate situations and non families why would you do this? I even said I could prove they didnt pay it via my bank, refused to send a new check. This isnt a law either its apparently Ave 5s policy. They in December walk threw had been notified of the garbage disposal being broken not working.. NEVER sent any one to fix it even though they said they would. I didnt care as I hate strangers being in my house and we didnt need it. But over all their service was terrible. REFUSED personal parking spot for 2 years even though their parking situation is ATROCIOUS and we didnt get a garage. When I say Atrocious I mean people park on the fire lanes, side walks in front of trees and in Handicap parking without a sticker or validation via license plate... Horrible. Over all HAPPY to be gone. Do your Due diligence on your walk threws.. oh and dont bother cleaning the place as regardless if you did theyll charge you $300 cleaning fee and a $50 outside cleaning fee REGARDLESS. they getting paid $50 an hour? because there was MAYBE 6 hours of work to be done(being generous for nitty gritty as we cleaned majority of it before leaving). Make sure on your walk threw (before move in) you NOTE everything every little detail, take something to check the plugis and double check the fire alarms. You get migraines dont bother living there. youll hear your neighbors alarms going off day and night if not your own. Renter BEWARE. I waited to write a review, the entire time I lived there I was asked over and over to write a review. I chose to wait so I could write the truth without worrying about backlash from the office folk. There are a few good ones there but over all not worth it. Again make sure you do your research on the place. The apartment across from mine in two years had like 4 renters. 4!!!! there is a reason people leave constantly.Update in response:Primary resident should get the deposit back not secondaries. Two for anyone reading that shady response I already knew I would get charged for the items left. I told them about it and GOT CHARGED SEPARATELY FOR those items than the CLEANING FEE. $200 was charged for that. So saying that was part of the CLEANING fee is a bold face lie. This is what youre dealing with with this company. Also as for the parking, the fact that we OFFERED to pay to have an assigned spot like everyone else you still refused. We had one car between all of us in our apartment. You told my roommate to use DMV parking, thats a FINE!!! Shady!!!! BEWARE!!!
Going into my 3rd. year, my experiences have been positive. Issues that have cropped up such as replacement of the bulb in the faux fireplace to replacing a blind, were handled quickly and maintenance has a great approach. Its apartment living so some of the expected nuisances are there, but all in all, a nice place with attentive mgmt.Well, its been another 4 years since my previous review...things have changed. Under new ownership, rents have skyrocketed. When asked why, the reply was that the property was undervalued and had to be brought in-line with the rest of Springfield. Exactly, not Portland...Springfield. Seems to be less renters (wonder why?) and there isnt a nightly guard keeping the homeless away. At this point, would not recommend unless a college student and can split the rent.
ROBBERS! We make $140k household income. We rented here for a few months in between selling and buying a house. We didnt do any damage except minimal carpet wear. Only 50% is carpeted with budget brown carpet. When we moved they nickel and dimed us for MORE than the $1600 deposit! CROOKS. $1200 was carpet!? We were there a few months and to get home depot to put brand new carpet would have cost less than half that for 2 bedrooms and a tiny living room. $100 in paint? Absolutely nothing was wrong with the paint versus when we first moved it. Misc other cleaning charges??? The worst part was when we told them we were moving in 2 months they said we had to have THREE inspections! ONCE immediately when they were notified, second before we moved and last after we moved. That was extremely invasive and untrusting. We bought a $550,000 house and thank God we are out because my wife and my 2 year old daughter and I were treated like low life scum and taken advantage of. Beware, new owners, new rules. Bad buisness! Ask neighbors first before choosing Brentwood estates. They will tell you how bad the new management is...
Maintenance team is quick to respond for repairs. Great neighborhood within the complex.
I used to live there. I loved the stairs. But some of the neighbors were obnoxious
Nice apartments, but the community is toxic, children can scarcely go outside without being bullied by both adults and fellow children.
We moved out September 2nd. We received our inspection statement around September 10th. Everything looked fine with the move out inspection. We waited patiently for our refund. After the 31 days they are allowed by Oregon law to return our money we had received nothing. We called and were told it wasn’t mailed because we didn’t leave a forwarding address. Strange since they mailed out our inspection report to our new address. We were told they would look in to it. We had to call them back. We were then told that they had dropped the ball because their manager had quit. We waited and had to call them again. They then told us they had mailed the check September 8th. We never received it. Now they are saying they messed up and our refund was less than stated. Now they are saying we have to wait until their accountant gets back to them but can’t tell us when that could be. What a joke. Nothing but running in circles.
Im very disappointed in the new management. Their treatment of us despite a record of nearly five years of being good tennants that havent caused any problems was deplorable. The lady who performed our inspection after the change over was so unbelievably rude to my roommate. The ridiculous increase in rent on current tennants is also incredibly unfair. As soon as our lease is up were leaving. I suggest anyone who is also getting the price hike at their lease renewal do the same, otherwise theyre going to gouge you for everything you have.Edit: Also having your kids play in the office is super unprofessional, even if they are well behaved.
I have to say that, overall, its a pretty good place to live. Its close to I-5, the gym is 24 hours (last I checked), Wal-Mart is within walking distance, theres a basketball court, the walking path is great for taking your dog on walks (and there are a LOT of dogs here), there are plenty of shops and restaurants near by! Its also pretty nice to be so close to the DMV and a Goodwill. The apartments are comfortable and cozy (though if you have a shrieking child next door, dont expect to get ANY sleep...), the fireplace is really nice even if it is fake and is just a fancy heater. I am so, so, so happy to have a back yard no matter how small it is! The new management has started up a community newsletter which gives us details on whats going on. Its also a comfort to know that theyre taking care of the feral cat problem humanely.Though, on the down side...The children here rove about in their little gangs being loud and shouting at you as you walk or drive by, not to mention that they dont stay out of the road and, no, they dont move even when they see you driving up.The parking is ridiculous and no one seems to use their garage. I have only seen one neighbor use their garage for parking over the entire three years Ive been here. The others all crowd up the alley ways and make it generally difficult to drive through or even pull out of your own parking spot or garage. Ive been blocked in multiple times.Ever since weve got new management its been so very difficult to get a hold of anybody for anything. Concerns? Maintenance? No one answers calls or returns them, emails go seemingly ignored. Responses usually come a few weeks late...A change for the property has been that it is now a non smoking property. Which is so, so great! Yay!! Except that we still find cigarette butts outside our backyard fence, frequently smell cigarette smoke, and the telltale skunky scent of weed. So, all in all: nice place, the apartments are good for small families (if you can pay the rent, which has raising without notification?), and there are some nice locations near by, and great amenities. On the down side: rude children, horrific parking, absent management, smoking on the property even though its no longer allowed.
Has violated landlord tenant act and has kicked out several animals after raising their pet rent fees, which violates temamts lease agreements.Management is very poor. Property owner greedy and should be in jail for fraud, animal cruelty, and violation of federal Disability Acts
Decent sized apartments, parking is a little full but not horribly bad. Staff is friendly, and they accept dog breeds most wouldnt.
Since the Avenue5 took over there has been a number of improvements and resident events that make it more of a community then before and a better place to live.
I lived here for 6 years with my best friend. If the neighbors on one side were loud we could hear them, but never heard the other side unless he was playing his music in the garage on the weekends. Pretty quiet place to live, w/d hookups, great maintenance guy (had to replace our fridge on a sunday, and saved most of our food!). Was lucky enough to lIve in the very back so I wasnt looking into other apartments off my balcony. Parking was tight, but I always found a place to park. The apartment itself was beautiful, the bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen is nicely sized, but could use a little more storage. It was close to several places for groceries, and a nice corner market around the corner (35th St. Market, nicest folks!) All in all I wouldnt have moved, but wanted a real yard for my daughter.
These are nice places.
Best dumpsters to flail
Mangy daughter lives there
Nice place to live...
Managements lazy parking is hell they overpriced for the quality you get dont expect anything to ever get fixed mailing system is trash your packages will get stolen from the office and a bunch of hoodlums going around messing up your cars only thing they offer is a basketball court and to Jim save your money find a better apartment complex
False advertisement on specials this time it’s No rent December and half off move in...People in the office say they’ll check with the manager and never call back.
Love the dog walk
Person said 5 vehicles were burglarized
Nice units very expensive
Nice apartments
Jay you get what you pay for
NO PARKING!!!
White ghetto
WOW
