Construction has been going on for 7 months at this point. I was starting to wonder why it took so long and then I saw how it took a group of guys 3 hours to install a new set of blinds in my living room window… I could’ve done it in 15 minutes and I’m far a construction worker lol.They also trashed my apartment while I was forced to sleep at a friends house when they walked into my place at 7:00am (without knocking and by using the key given to them by the office)I like the apartments but some of this is driving me crazy and for steadily increasing rent???

Kelly Greens Apartments is a fabulous place! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and very well kept. The pools are amazing, and perfect for the Missouri summer heat. You can’t beat the location. You are extremely close to Cox Health. And you can jump on James River freeway and that will take you just about anywhere. You can tell they really care about this property. It is really a great place! I highly recommend!

I work overnights and there has been construction every day from 8am-6:30pm for the last 5 MONTHS. they started in February before the big snow storm and here we still are. I actually haven’t slept a wink for months and have had to start sleeping at friends houses because I can’t at my own apartment during the day.I’m not really sure why this construction and renovation couldn’t be spaced out over the course of the year or even done next spring? Did we really need the roofs, gutters, windows and siding redone all at once? Not to mention the team of guys is like 15 strong with over 40 buildings to work on. No wonder it’s taken monthsTyping this as my building is shaking from the noise…. At least I know where the increased monthly rent is going

I have been very happy living at Kelly Greens for the past three years. The location is perfect and the staff has been great. I had everything I needed. They are always up to date with all construction projects going on and were always available when I needed to contact anyone. If i didnt need to find a bigger place for my two small children I probably wouldve stayed longer. I will really miss Kelly Greens!

I don’t normally write reviews of apartments but after seeing a bout of very negative reviews with the same claim (saying a particular manager was rude) I wanted to share my experience:I lived here about a year ago and it is still one of my favorite apartments when I think about it. I wouldn’t take much stock in the 1 star reviews.1. The apartment is not perfect, and after living in a few I know that this is extremely normal.2. The utilities were pretty high in the winter which was a little rough but I believe the cost of the rent reflects that (you pay a pretty fair price for the area the apartments are in and the quality of the apartments)Those are really my only complaints.Positive remarks:1. The staff was always extremely responsive and kind. I had to move out in the middle of my second lease (I renewed). I did have to pay to break it but I got my deposit back in full2. The grounds were kept well and maintenance was very quick (usually day of, if not then the next day the problem would be fixed)3. The area is great and in close proximity to shopping, local bars, parks, professional services, etc.4. Management dealt with issues promptly whether it was pet waste, or rule breaking5. The view of the golf course was nice to have6. Like I said, rent is fairly priced for the area7. I always thought the apartments were quiet but I think it really depends on the neighbors you have. I have definitely lived in less insulated placesOverall this is a great place for a young professional to live in and I would recommend it.

This area is awesome! The complex is very quiet during PM hours and even during the day I can get some sleep without worry. Just wish the internet connection was a little less spotty.

Just did a walk thru with their property manager Sally. The apartments we were showed were just updated and the cleanest apartment Ive seen while weve been looking. (Been to 6 so far). We loved it so much Sally stayed late to male sure we could sign a lease same day to make sure we got the apartment we wanted. Hoping it can only keep getting better from here, excited we are now apart of the Kelly Greens Community!!

I enjoyed my stay at Kelley Greens. I found the staff to be courteous and helpful. The maintenance staff was prompt and efficient. There were no bugs in the apartment. That checks all my boxes for a pleasant apartment.

Pros:- Competitive pricing- Friendly staff- Very fast maintenance- SafeCons:- Very thin walls. You hear everything above and beside you.- Workout room is a joke.- You can smell whatever the people around you are cooking because the airways are connected.

I LOVE Kelly Greens! My husband and I moved here six months ago and have only had good experiences. We live in a 2 bed/ 1 bath place; the size is great- and the bathroom has double sinks which is so nice. Upon move-in the apartment was very clean. Anything that needed touching up we mentioned on our walk-through document, and maintenance fixed it within the first week or so. This is a very quiet, clean, nice complex. The complex is big enough for walks and just slightly removed from the busy National Ave. traffic- my only complaint would be the left turn onto National during high traffic times. Staff is very helpful and kind. Plenty of parking and wide spaces. Trash is emptied a few times a week, and the dumpsters are enclosed by fences making an overall prettier parking lot. Gym is small, but Ive never had a problem getting on an open treadmill. We feel very safe here. Also, I love that it is smoke-free- THANK YOU THANK YOU! Overall, a great place to live! (and they frequently have cookies in the office which is not a need but a nice perk when you go to pick up a package)* edit. A few things I would change: left turn onto National as mentioned, put a ceiling fan in all the bedrooms and in the living room (our living room does not have a main ceiling light)

Great Location with meticulous property and Staff with outstanding customer support. — If you want a place to live and you are the type of person that will settle for nothing but the best then Kelly Green apartments is it. The property is kept meticulous with flowers that make you enjoy the moment you drive onto the property. The staff is like family. Sally has a staff that will help you how ever they can. Just like a family you have to go by the rules. The maintenance staff rocks, its not a job to them its how they care for you as family. The apartments are nice and they work hard to keep it a great community. Long story short, If you are the type of person that is looking for a place to call home and you are mature and responsible and have your act together then this is the place for you

I love living in Kelly Greens the apartment is a good size and the staff is friendly and the maintenance team is fast responsive. The pool is perfect size and the hot tub is amazing. My only issue is the 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms master bedroom is too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter the AC doesn’t get there. Other than that everything is perfect. I love the neighborhood and the community.

My apartment is pretty dated on the inside, but I believe they are working through each unit with new flooring as people move out. The sound of neighbors above seems loud, but that could just be the folks above me. Could be amateur wrestling or a rambunctious 3 year old. The facilities crew are attentive and they use the residence portal app so you can issue maintenance requests on your phone as well as auto schedule rent payments. Overall, its a pretty decent place to live.

I highly recommend Kelly Greens. The space is nice, the property is well kept, and management follows through on what the contract says. Smoke free property. Quick maintenance response. Free spider/pest services. Fast internet. Most of all the staff is very flexible with our needs.

Great, safe place to live with helpful office employees, management, and maintenance staff. Sally has helped significantly with the application process and made things simple and easy to get settled in. They are pet friendly and take wonderful care of their property. There is new hardwood flooring in first level apartments that looks great and really adds to the value of the apartment. Highly satisfied with the property and staff and would recommend to anyone!

I lived here for a year and a half and was very pleased. The maintenance was very fast if I ever needed anything and the apartments are very nice and safe. Sally in the office is absolutely wonderful also!

Discourage you living in this community. The power bill is super high 5x high (Not sure of reasons) compared to other communities in Springfield and flooring is a joke where you can hear each and every step your top floor residents take. You can hear your adjacent neighbors from thin walls - so you need to speak like a secret agent in your own apartment and play music/ watch movies with super low volume so you don’t disturb other residents(This community has too many noise complaints) and too many bugs.No, thank you!

Ive really enjoyed living at Kelly Greens! The complex is nice and quiet, the staff is fantastic and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Im close to everything and the free TV and internet is pretty great, too. I really like that theyre pet friendly and love seeing all the doggos! :-)

Like any apartment, your neighbors are a big part of the overall experience, so keep that in mind.Pros1. There are far more good neighbors than bad here2. Walking distance to many amenities3. Friendly and well-staffed management4. Units are older, but have been well kept and have plenty of space5. Everything is online, so paying rent and signing things is a breeze6. Right next to a golf course, which Ive found is a gnarly view to come home to every night7. Sound proofing seems fantastic. I have respectful neighbors, but I literally hear nothing aside from some talking in the kitchen area, and water moving from showers.8. Free internet is actually usable for streaming and gaming, and the free cable has all locals and most channels you could wantCons1. Price might be a little high, but I think its worth it2. I occasionally do encounter spiders, but think its expected being right beside a golf course

These are best apartments I’ve ever lived at in Springfield for the price! The staff is super helpful and friendly, specifically the young gentleman in the office JJ. Anytime I have a question or concern they respond back immediately. The community here is diverse and friendly! I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Springfield!

Couldnt seem to understand why the leasing manager Sally was behaving so rude for simple questions I was asking - Zero kindness for future renters. I think the current residents might not be too happy with her behavior.I am not renting and recommend very strongly to stay away.

Rude Management - Especially Manager Sally who was extremely rude when approached. Poor quality overpriced apartments with weak flooring - The quality of construction is extremely bad - Water flowing into apartments when it rains, zero privacy with thin walls and lower quality doors/windows for the rent you pay. Location is good and hence the one star rating.

Not at all happy with the Stay here. Below are the reasons.1. Leasing office employees are not polite. Very bad attitude towards residents.2. Apartments have thermostat and heating/cooling issues --- ALWAYS3. Leakage of water in the apartment through windows and doors when it rains/snows/ice present. Most apartments have this issue.4. People do not clean up after the pets and management does nothing.5. Very pricey for the quality of stay. Other communities in Springfield area have better pricing for the same amenities.Kindly stay away from the property if possible.

I faced racial bias when I lived here and I did not feel comfortable extending my lease. Manager sally was extremely rude, was not helpful and the maintenance won’t knock and will just walk in the middle of night(happened to me). Also, maintenance will take forever if you need help. The list just goes on........Especially on the racial bias, I do not want to live in such a community where hatred is propagated. If you cannot respect diversity, I cannot respect you! Sad that I have to talk about this(bias) in 2020.

Kelly Greens has been great for me for the two years Ive lived here. Friendly neighbors, friendly staff, well kept buildings, and two really nice pools, each with their own hot tub. Anytime Ive had issues, the front office and maintenance have been quick to step and help fix the issues. I have had some bad experiences at other apartment complexes Ive lived in, so I very much appreciate how easy it is for me to get in touch with management here and have issues resolved quickly.In addition, theres great access to the city from the apartment, and great parking available all the time. I highly recommend Kelly Greens for anyone looking to rent in the Springfield area.

I recently moved out of these apartments as I bought a house. My husband & I lived here for almost 2 years. We lived on the 2nd floor in a 2 bed - 2 bath.Overall, the management is very proactive & easy/pleasant to work with. I liked that Kelly Greens was completely non-smoking. Other proactive measures they take: “PooPrints” (a way to hold people accountable if they don’t pick up their dog poop in order to keep the premises clean) & quiet hour beginning at 10:00pm with a very responsive security person on-call from 10:00pm through the early morning.The grounds are well-maintained, the pools are both a great size & I loved the hot tubs, there’s a small gym, they offer a few different laundry options (bring your own hookup, rent from them, or use their laundry room at the office), the maintenance team responds to tickets quickly, & you can easily pay your bill online.We never had an issue with any bugs (ants, flies, etc) except spiders but it wasn’t bad. There weren’t a ton (no infestation) & we never got bitten. I never saw an ant in our apartment the whole time we lived there and flies were very minimal and only during summer.Appliances are updated. My favorite thing would probably be how much storage there was for an apartment (pantry, coat closet, linen closet, 2 walk-in closets, huge outdoor patio closet).This location is very convenient with the highway less than a mile away & many shops, grocery stores, & restaurants nearby (some in short walking distance).My biggest complaint would be noisy neighbors & Kelly Greens not interfering enough in this area. If people don’t respond to warnings, more serious action needs to be taken & people need to be held accountable & made to be respectful to their neighbors. Kelly Greens has quiet hours and other rules in place which is better than many apartments but they need to be enforced better. It should be noted most of our neighbors were pleasant & not noisy but we did have some issues mostly with younger people getting drunk & being loud with their friends - often times late at night.Overall our experience was good & we recommend Kelly Greens.

We enjoy living at Kelly Green Apartments and plan to renew for a second lease. The apartments are in good repair and the recent exterior remodeling made drastic changes to the overall appearance of the community. We have had great responses from staff on any questions we have, and maintenance is quick to address anything that needs done (less than one day turn around). We are extremely please that this is where we chose to live!

When I came here in Springfield, my first criteria is to have a safe and friendly neighborhood, and Kelly Greens apartment have it all. I really like its location, being near to all major stores, restaurant, Hospital and Church help a lot being new in this area. The facility also offers space to walk around and/or jog. It has two big pools and spas that is always kept clean. The 24/7 gym is a big addition, as we dont need to go elsewhere for workout. The apartment itself is well lighted and open. Office personnel, maintenance and grounds keeper work together for cleanliness of the facility, they can be easily reach out and they maintained communication through email, call or text. Unit owners are always informed of what is going on within the neighborhood. Office staff also make a time to have social gatherings in the office to stablish rapport and familiarization within the community. Living here is a really great experience.

Think twice before you move in. Property Manager too rude in the way she interacts. Felt like she doesn’t care much about the issues/people who live there. Also, Bugs and Insects present and maintenance does nothing. Incompetent and improper management for the high price you pay - Pet waste all over, maintenance issues with apartments which last longer even after repairs. Stay away!!

They asked me to leave a review here is the review! My bedroom window has been taped off for over 2 months now. There is a bees that are living under need on the second floor I’m extremely allergic. They have known now for over two weeks about the bees and no action. Not recommended this living place.

I want to let you know that Kelly Greens Apartments are the real deal. They are excellent apartments (Ive been living here since the beginning of the year) and Im very grateful to God for leading me here! Such a great space with great amenities, and then some! The staff here are so great to work with and I see them often. Its a pleasure to go to their office and chat while I pick up packages dropped off for me there. There are even delicious cookies in the clubhouse that I enjoy chowing down on while Im there (weight watchers beware!). The level of service is stellar from all the staff, both those in office (such as Ruth) and those in non-office positions. For example, I put in a maintenance request once and that day, I had it repaired! Amazing! Another time, I had a bunch of trash to carry and a nice man on staff insisted on taking my dirty trash for me to the dumpster himself in his golf cart! Wow! And all the great service in the office is so helpful! Just as one example out of many, I once had to complete some paperwork needed and was running behind on it right to the deadline for that day. I was away, not far from Kelly Greens but not there in time either, heading back as fast as possible. I knew I wasnt going to make it in time so I called the office and the gentleman working there stayed past his shift to accommodate me and showed me kindness and forgiveness for my mistake, accepting my apologies and showing me kindness while helping me. He didnt have to do that but chose the high road and I want you to know about it.

Highly recommend to run away as far as possible.The insanity and bullying of leasing office should be taken into account before you rent.

The maintenance people are very friendly and responds quickly to any maintenance related problems. Accessible to my workplace and safe for my family😍 we have been recommending this apartment to anyone we know.

Been living here for 3 years and everyone around is very nice and considerate. Construction has been interesting at times, but the final product is worth it. The staff is always there to help out on maintenance and gets things taken care of promptly. My daughters going to miss the place next year, I dont blame her. Thanks KG!I also want sled rentals during the winter seasons. That is all otherwise 🔥🔥

This is the best place we have ever lived! Its quiet, feels safe even at night, they have little community get togethers so you get to know all your neighbors, and they have a pool and hot tub! The rent is very reasonable, the management is very professional and courteous, and the maintenance is quick to respond. We love it here!

This has felt like home since the day we viewed our apartment! The staff went beyond my expectations to make sure we chose the right unit for my family. The grounds are ALWAYS well kept and clean. They are making beautiful renovations and always keep us informed when they will be in our building. The noise is minimal for an apartment complex. Most importantly I feel safe. Our whole complex feels like a family. This is a great community and would recommend to anyone!

I am living in Kelly Greens Apartment for the last 2 years. This is one of the best apartment I have lived before. Maintenance is super fast, and it is taken care in less than one business day (Sometimes in next 2 hrs, :)). Community is very calm and enjoyed living here. Internet Connection is free. I love the pools/Jacuzzi and it is maintained properly and kept clean. Apartment is full of trees and landscape with grass, maintained.

Just moved back in for what will be my second multiple year stay at Kelly Greens. Have had zero issues that were not resolved almost immediately by the staff. I recommend this apt complex to anyone I know looking for a quality place to live. 10/10 in all aspects.

I would love to say something negative... but the only negative is the premium price. The pool is fantastic. Parking is very close. Ive even let my cats outside by themselves for a few hours a night every night at one point and they didnt get hurt or reported. Also they tell you that they will tow your car without a parking sticker and if the tags are expired, but nothing happened to my fiances car, and nobody ever cared that my apartment smells like weed all the time and that I play piano and music loudly every night (the walls cancel the noise well). I think good amenities and location make neighbors friendlier. Really nice place.

Work out room always has something down or nonfunctioning. Dont count on it.If you want to have a sense privacy. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Maintenance will walk in at any time, even if they have no permission to enter on your maintenance order. Unclothed, indecent. It doesnt matter what you are in the middle of. If you dont answer the door they are coming in. For non emergency scenarios!!!!!!! Incredibly unprofessional.The internet company partnered with this complex is beyond terrible. Can barely load even standard internet access without buffering terribly. During some parts of the day it will just disconnect entirely.The internet company has scheduled wrong dates with us and shown up at the wrong times. Leaving us without internet for a week+.Expect to hear your neighbors.Just overall. Its a simply mediocre overpriced apartment complex. Please do yourself a favor. And do not live here 🙏🙏

Please be checking pool passes regularly! This is annoying to the residents to have people who do not live there using them! I see security check for them and then let non-residents and THEIR friends use the hot tub and the pool. Specifically the one farthest from the office. Please start managing the pools better this summer. Ive already seen one girl who admitted she was a non resident, invite her friends to come to our pool. Thats 5+ people who are not paying and not living there, using our amenities. Also, check on the weekends too! Im extremely annoyed.

Very friendly office staff. Anytime I had any maintenance issues they came and fixed it either the same day or the next morning. The community is quiet and all of my neighbors were great. The pools and grounds in general are well-maintained and in top shape all year.

Lived here for 3 months then paid to get out of lease. Terrible experience. We lived on first floor (first and last time ever living on 1st floor). Had 2 (or more) college aged guys above us that must have slept in the day because they lifted weights most of the whole night. Went with management to speak with them about it and when she looked into the living room they only had 3 exercise machines and weights. No other furniture. Office lady said there was nothing she could do. Tjis place sucks.

The manager, sally, is extremely rude, fake, and completely wasted my time. no wonder there are so many bad reviews for this place, especially bad reviews involving the managers attitude.

I lived at Kelly Greens for over 10 years and in all three types of their apartments available. All of the apartments had windows that were not sealed properly and when it rained, it would leak heavily inside around the windows. They also have always had horrible large spiders that pest control could never get rid of. I’d wake up to some on my bed or me as well. They also have had a horrible problem with flying ants since 2003 that would come in through the windows and fly towards and all over inside lights and TVs. I paid on time every month for over ten years and when I got very sick and my income reduced, they changed the locks on my apartment after being late by maybe a week. My friends came with me to help me move the last of my things, and the maintenance men were carrying out my things and loading them in their vehicles. When I contacted the apartment manager about my things a Time was set when I could get them from the front office. One of the maintenance men asked if he could have certain things of mine as well as my boxes once I was finished moving. In one of the apartments, I came home to it raining in my bathroom and then dining room. They only painted over the leaks rather than making sure there wouldn’t be mold. They also wouldn’t replace or repair my things or my work things bc I telecommuted from home. They offered me another apartment. I had to pack up all my things and pay movers. The old woman (I believe is named Ruth) has been there since at least 2003 and has always been horribly rude. They also don’t always give notice about when water is going to be shut off or when maintenance would be entering apartments. I once was asleep in bed and woke up to a maintenance man in my bedroom when he opened up his ladder and he didn’t even apologize for entering my apartment without even knocking or for waking me in my room when I was in bed and not dressed for anyone to be in my apartment. Another maintenance man saved my number in his phone when I needed something repaired after office hours and then called and asked me out. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Today while we were moving my daughter out, the apartment manager entered the home with her own key at 9:52 am. We were downstairs loading the car while she told the roommate that she had 8 minutes to get out because she had a paint crew waiting. She also stated that according to the lease agreement they must be out by 10am. Note that today is the last day of the month which was the date provided on the vacate notice, rent is paid through the 1st, and the manager entered (without permission) BEFORE the time she herself quoted of 10am. Additionally, she verbally harassed these girls, laughed at them, and told them they would have to immediately put their belongings in the breezeway to allow the paint crew access. Also, she claimed she had made multiple attempts to reach my daughter by phone and claimed her mailbox was full. I printed my cell log - last call was 6/5 (asking for maintenance access to repair a water leak in the apartment downstairs from them). When i confronted this manager by phone, she was unprofessional, she lied twice, and she said she would hand deliver a copy of the lease to me at the apartment. Instead of coming to discuss this management issue in person, she sent a new employee that had been with them only 3 weeks. Unprofessional, once again. Anyhow, he brought the vacate notice signed by the roommate that said NOTHING about the 10 a.m. time she quoted. The other papers appeared to be the standard 20 page lease agreement with a highlighted section showing the lease end date of 6/30 at 10am. Regardless, the manager was completely inappropriate, rude, lied, and was WRONG to enter the apartment without permission and harass these girls. Not to mention her cowardess of not talking to me about the problem face to face like a manager. There is no reason to ever treat a tenant/client the way i witnessed these girls be treated today. Ridiculous.

We lived at the Kelly Greens Apartments for 5 years and were quite happy: office and maintenance took care of normal wear and tear of apartment issues, answered questions quickly--the office staff were always kind and helpful. We will truly miss the apartment complex!

They keep raising the price of rent every year. If you’re okay with the price now, make sure you’re okay with a $20 raise next year, and another $20 a month more the year after. I guess they think since it’s so much effort to move out your stuff that you’ll stay. Wrong. I’m out. I don’t recommend this place! Smell of cigarette smoke comes through the thin walls, internet is terrible.. like 2mbps download, construction is ongoing and keeps you from being able to sleep after 7am.

To say that I feel minimized by this apartment complex as a resident, is an understatement.We currently have construction going on around the apartment complex to update our buildings. During this process, we have not been notified or given any forewarning of when construction would take place on our building, let alone our apartment. Regardless of technicalities of when city workers are allowed to work, it has been a struggle dealing with the noise that these workers have been creating not only with their equipment, but with their mouths. Im a shift worker at the hospital, and I work from 7A to 7P. Waking up on my day off, at 6:30 a.m., to obnoxious workers knocking paint off my walls to expose nail heads, is not ideal.Today I woke up to two semi-expensive decorations knocked off the wall, tools all over my deck, and my front doormat thrown aside all the way to a neighboring stairway.I called the apartment complex to ask them if they would replace my decoration, or provide a comprising remedy, because of the negligence of their workers. And all I received in response to that, was disregarding attitude and condescension from the older woman in the office. (Which by the way, has not been the first time shes spoken to me and my partner that way in a situation before.)Never one time were we given an apology for the huge inconvenience theyve made for us. From simply getting in and out of our apartment, exposed nails/tools being left on the ground overnight, creating an almost uninhabitable living environment, to now damaging personal items that I work very hard for to cultivate my living environment.Even after calling our insurance company by making a renters insurance inquiry, they apologized and were surprised that the apartment complex didnt take responsibility for the situation.Ive read in a lot of these comments that management encourages residents to call the office in regards to their review. And as you can see, calling the office only results in blaming the victim for their situation and taking zero accountability for the results of their workers behavior.Completely disappointed in your unsympathetic staff and your willingness to use technicalities to avoid accountability as a complex.

There is just so much to dislike. The internet is always down and no one works on the weekends so good luck getting your packages if you work 8-5 Monday through Friday. A small part of the year there is some one there for a couple of hours on Saturday but if the internet goes down after they leave then you are boned for the rest of the weekend. I am serious do not move here if you can’t afford massive phone bills. Plus the reception is pretty awful if you are on AT&T. The only nice things I can say is that in the rare occasion I can get into the office with someone there they friendly and they have redone some of the exterior of stuff (stairs and lights). Another not great thing is that Brown recluse spiders will be your roommates whether you want them or not. I’ve seen them several times and then I saw in the reviews that other people have had them here.TL/DR brown recluse spiders, internet always down, and good luck getting your packages.I work in IT with a poor soul who still lives there. Their internet is currently down and has been since Sunday. And there have been several outages since your overhaul so yeah I dont know what to tell you.

The apartments are nice and well maintained in an area if town with lots of access to ameneties.

I would give it a 0 if that was an option. I have never met someone who is so inconsiderate of their residents. We arent allowed to enter or leave our house because of construction. They arent compensating their residents for anything, when things have broken in peoples home, they do construction from 6 am - 6 pm. Residents have children and lives that Kelly greens does not care. The older office lady is the most inconsiderate woman. I have called and discuss with her my concerns about the breaking of one of our mirrors and she said that it wasnt a big deal.

Typically dont provide negative reviews, but the 2 months that I have lived here have not been ideal. My cable was out for over a week last month, which was apparently the same for my entire unit l, however, we were never communicated this from the front office. The internet has been out almost half of the time that Ive been here and when I confront the front office, they own ZERO of the responsibility and will only provide you with an 800 number that never returns falls. Theres no compensation on rent, no communication on any progress, and really no concern regarding the issue by the front office at all. I have lived in multiple Apartment complexes in the past, mainly with TLC Properties and have never had so many issues like Im having here. If youre considering moving in, I would recommend reading through all of the reviews. I failed to take them seriously and now Im paying for it, as theyre all very accurate. Glad to pay FULL rent month to month with internet and cable included-- that only works half of the time.

Overpriced apartments with super bad front/ leasing office.

I would never recommend living in these apartments to anyone. The management is completely unprofessional and rude. Any issue i had brought to them they laughed at me and made no effort to fix it. I also had a horrible problem with giant spiders getting into my apartment. I showed the maintenance crew mold growing above my shower and they told me it wasn’t a big deal and not to worry about it. On top of that our air conditioning stopped working mulitple times.

We lived here for one year and it is an pretty good enough apartment to live in. The management is good, the office is responsive, the neighborhood is friendly, and the apartment is great!

Would not recommend these apartments. They appear nice or like luxury apartment homes, but are not worth how much they charge a month. The apartments are old and you can easily tell once you move in. There are cracks in the walls and were nail holes, splotchy paint, and spider webs in all the corners when I moved in. The plumbing is also awful. Had problems with my toilet since day one and when I called about it, all the maintence people said was to get a plunger because they clog all the time. Bathtub does not drain well. And in the first two weeks, I killed 2 brown recluse spiders. Have lived in TLC apartments before these and I highly recommend them. Their office staff is much more organized and enjoyable to work with than the staff at Kelly Greens.

Terrible place to live if you need the internet. The internet is terrible. It’s completely down HALF of the time and that’s not an exaggeration. Then when it is up 2 Mbs per second is not high speed. Then when you call the internet provider even with a simple question they don’t have anyone on hand to answer and they won’t get back to you... ever. I have called them 6 times while living here and they have not one time called me back after saying they would and three of those calls were within the first week and a half. Go ahead and live there if you are looking for a cheap place to live and you don’t care about internet oh and it’s 2018 so there should be multiple Ethernet ports in an apartment so if you want a wired connection you have to run cables everywhere. The people that actually work here are pretty great though.

Sadly the manager is the downer on the score here, as she doesnt mind benefitting when an employee lies. She may get rid of them but no commitment to customer service to compensate the client. Read everything regardless of what you are told. Would have given a 1 but most of the other employees are very nice, just poor management skills at top.

I was trying to find a few good things to say about this living facility and found very few. First off all the staff is very arrogant. They treat people like they are better than them. The apartments appear to be nice but after living there one year I found the opposite. When I first moved in the lock on my door literally fell off. I called the on-call maintenance guy and all I got was attitude. Next my bath tub drain was ineffective and clogged up. I moved in in the middle of winter and let me tell you the insolation inside the apartment is terrible. I had cold air leaking through every crack causing my furnance to run constantly. Once I got the maintenance guy to fix meaning he taped the windows closed, my furnance still ran all the time increasing my utilities cost by $100. Then they make you purchase their renters insurance which is okay but the company raised their prices twice while I was with them. Kelly greens also offers free internet and cable... PFFt the internet is free but you need to buy your own router and the cable consist of 2 HD channels and like 15 standard definition channels. Lastly, which I am probably missing some other complaints that I have encountered is that they will not work with you if you are only planning to live there temporarily. I paid my rent on time every month and wanted to push my lease back on month into May. They told me that too many people are moving out in May and Id have to move out in June. I decided to not give this company any of my money and move out in April like originally planned. The only nice thing that I have to say about this place is the pool. The pool area is very nice and probably the reason they have most their residents. The location is also okay although you have to wait 15 minutes to pull out of the complex because traffic is so bad. Overall I do not recommend this apartment to anyone especially those looking for a short term living arrangements.Sorry for the poorly written review... I was in a hurry.

This place promises a lot, but either falls short or fails completely to meet some of its promises. When I was touring the apartment complex I was told that they would repaint the wall in between each resident. However, when I moved in, the walls still bore the nails holes of the previous occupant, a clear sign that they didnt bother to repaint the walls. Also the linoleum in the kitchen had a decent sized chunk missing and there was spiderwebs in the corners of the ceiling. Furthermore, internet access was suppose to be included in the rent but it is ran by an incompetent internet provider called Premium Computers. I have had my internet disconnect inadvertently multiple times by them and sometimes it takes an entire week before they bother to send someone out to reconnect the internet. Aside from the frequent disconnects, I am also unable to connect all of my electrical devices to the internet due to the way Premium Computers has set up the internet. I have brought by complaints about the sorry state of the internet to the manager of Kelly Greens, but they refuse to provide the complete internet access that was suppose to be included in the rent. In short, if you plan on moving to Kelly Greens, inspect your apartment a week beforehand so that you can ensure the apartment is ready for you to move in, and I highly suggest you factor in the cost of getting your own internet for your apartment, because the internet access that is included in the rent will likely not be enough.

The ladies in the office are zero help if any problems come up. Maintenance is 10/10 but your also living in a construction zero.

Staff is arrogant. Walls are thin, so you can hear the neighbors. When you have a problem, the staff doesnt do anything.

I came to Kelly Green for rent but its price was expensive and its price was over $ 700 and the apartment was small and its place further I wish a price license to $ 550

Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional.
