I interviewed multiple pool companies over several years while considering a pool. I’m thrilled I waited until I met Gary and David at the Pool Whisperer. They delivered a beautiful design, professional project management, and great pricing. They were literally a joy to work with and my visitors gasp in amazement when they see the incredible finished project. The true test is that we had a few minor items that needed to be addressed after the final payment and there was no drop off whatsoever in the level of responsiveness. They even identified a warranty recall on their own and proactively replaced the equipment. I’m a very detail oriented person and David identified items to tweak that even I missed. I could not have been in better hands. If you’re searching for a great pool designer and builder, look no further.

David, Gary and their team at the Pool Whisperer were excellent. From start to finish we had a great experience. We were able to design the pool and outdoor kitchen of our dreams for our family. David was present at the site from start to finish, addressing all our concerns, no matter how trivial. The workmanship and finished product were phenomenal. The whole team was knowledgeable and did a fantastic job! They were done ahead of schedule!

The pool whisperer and his entire team where amazing. This is not consider good customer service but Excellent customer service. The attention and detail David and his team provide me and my family was amazing. David or Tio and Joaquin where almost present during the entire construction process. And one thing that stuck with me during this journey is how Mr. David always asked me if I was satisfied with the crew and material also how the work is being done. If something was off they made sure it was repaired and corrected. I want to thank The Pool Whisperer and his entire team for making this dream come true.

I’ve called this company several times. The lady at the front desk is super nice and always says that I should get a call back by the end of day but never do. I even stopped at the store and left my information and I still have not received a callback. I am trying to give this company my money but business must be real good for because I have yet to hear back. If they don’t have the professional courtesy to call me back just to set up an appointment...why would I use them for any kind of service they offer. Sorry pool whisperer, but get your stuff together.

We had The Pool Whisperer resurface our pool recently and they did a fantastic job! It looks so much better now - original we had plaster, but had them resurface with stonescape. Not only did they do a great job, the owner David is very professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend pool whisperer the process has been headache free and smooth. They handled all city permits and HOA approval.Out of all the bids I received pool whisperer was the most transparent with their bill of materials . Every detail is listed from pool equipment manufacturers to detail of sqft of patio pavers . Most pool companies will just list pool and spa with no detail of manufacturer or size of equipment. There may be cheaper builders out there but you don’t get the sense of comfort of what you’re getting .You can even see the detail in their work once construction start oversized piping for plumbing, trenches are wide and underground conduit/piping is even laid out perfectly. No shortcuts were seen during the construction process.The sales team/owner is honest and strait forward and don’t try to sell you every bell and whistles. They even say some technology is not even worth it but there was no pressure either direction I wanted to go. The construction team is also very professional and prompt and have been on schedule and shows up to finish work without me even having to think of giving them a call to ask.Wish I had more upcoming projects cause these guys were a pleasure to deal with .Only open item since feb is waiting on gas (not sure if city is dragging their feet) so haven’t started up any of the fire features yet . Broke ground in November 2020

My husband and I have been wanting to get a pool for awhile. We called 3 companies and decided to go with The Pool Whisperer. David the owner was very professional. He responded quickly with a quote and design. He was very friendly and willing to make us happy. He kept a smile and great attitude with any changes my husband and I would come up with. Pool Whisperer did a great job from start to finished. Gary planned out the design and delivered a great price as promised.David the owner watched over the project everyday and communicated throughout it. Pool was completely finished in 4 weeks way ahead of schedule.I would highly recommend them as the premier pool builder around Houston, the woodlands, magnolia, Conroe, and Amy other surrounding area.
