Ok Auto Systems is one of the best places in Twin Falls,ID to get your vehicle serviced or fixed. They are polite, honest, reliable and friendly. I have taken our vehicles there to fix flat tires, to get new tires, belts changed, new battery, alternator changed and other things fixed on our cars . They have always done such a good job and I know I can trust them with my vehicle. They go out of there way to help people even if they are super busy. As of this min, Im not a happy camper. I went yesterday to OK, to get my studs removed from my tires and asked them to check my spare tire too. I was told 2 different prices for the stud removal. It wasnt extremely expensive, but it wasnt dirt cheap either. I go to leave this morning and have a flat tire on my driver side. Im stranded on the freeway and had to get assistance from another driver. I asked if the driver could change my tire since I physically cant. Well, he changes the tire goes to grab my spare and tells me, its off the rim. Im angry!! I had to go get my tires fixed by a competitor and pay for them corking the hole in my tire and putting my spare back on the rim. If you want repeat service, actually do what the customer asks. Dont just glance at the task, say you did something, and assume the customer wont find out.

My only place I go for tires n brakes. Anti les swabber I am.

Quick and easy. I came in, told them what I needed. Dave Stewart Said we will get you back on the road here shortly. I turned around and car was gone and in the shop already. I highly recommend them. You did an excellent job on oil change! However 3 weeks ago I had some brake work done. Said all was in rear brakes. They fixed them, BUT, I hear a grinding sound still . They said front brakes were good. I don’t think so!!!!!

Our company and family have been going to OK tire for years with no problems. My wife needed a CV axle replaced and OK Tire quoted us about $200 less than Rob Green so it was a no-brainer.Got us in at a reasonable time and only took a couple hours to finish. Happy to be Safely on the road again.

I needed a tire and I found this place on Google maps. It wasnt too far off the hwy. They didnt have a used tire for me. I got a new tire for reasonable price. Someone was at my car as soon as I pulled in. They change my tire fast and also checked my other tires. They let me know which was next tire to need replacement. Overall I had good experience. I just wish they had good used tire for me. I would go back to these guys in the future.
