Fantastic experience! Professional, friendly, and caring staff. Every person we encountered was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy every step of the way. My 5-year-old daughter was thrilled at her sparkly nails and the lollipops they gave her while she waited for mom and grandma to be done. I haven’t had my nails done much recently, but I think I will more often now after finding this business...I was that impressed!

💅They do an EXCEPTIONAL job... That being said their prices are on the higher end however you get what you pay for and I consider myself to be EXTREMELY picky!The staff are VERY KIND & seem to really try & make their customers feel welcome!!!☺️

Very family friendly and clean. Duke made us feel very welcome on our first visit and was more than kind. We had a great time and will definitely go again. Price is pretty consistent with others but they treat you better here.

Today was my first experience at this location. I went with my friend and it was absolutely the best nail experience I ever had. Right when you walk in they make you feel comfortable and they make sure you leave feeling good and happy with your nails. The workers were really nice and funny. I have tried multiple other salons as Maxx is far away from my house, but none of them compare to Maxx. Maxx excels at customer service and all their staff are extremely friendly. Worth the 30 minute drive for me and I will go nowhere else!!!

Back in September, I made an appointment for a pretty large bridal party to get manis and pedis. From the first phone call to the second up until we left the salon, the experience was beyond impressive. They went above and beyond with spoiling the bride and making her feel special and celebrated and the whole party received exceptional service. It was a pretty large group of girls and all of the employees and especially the owner handled it with grace, professionalism, and a wonderful attitude. The owner in particular was so friendly and so helpful and even took the time to remember all of our names. I live in a different state which is a bummer because this would definitely be my go-to place to get my nails done if I lived in the area. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

The welcoming owner was amazingly sweet, from advice about colors, to suggesting great Italian restaurants in the area. The two technicians (the owners wife, Did my pedicure (the ultimate pedicure option!) and a very friendly gentleman did my moms, and it was amazing, they look their time, offered beverages, and always asked about our comfort. We’re very pleased, our toes look beautiful and we will definitely go back!

I called the morning of the day I wanted to get in to make a reservation for my daughter for a birthday pedicure. (Wasn’t sure if they would be able to make it work, but thought I’d try) They accommodated both myself and my daughter with another momma and her kiddos too! The minute we walked in the door they made my daughter feel so special. We sat down and they came around the corner with an adorable little cake (in the box from hyvee) and stuck a candle to the top and everyone in the spa sang happy birthday to my daughter. She is 6 and just loved this!! Pedi’s were nice too:) Will definitely be back!

Maxx Spa is a great place. I have been going there since they opened for pedicures. The place is clean and everyone is nice and accommodating. I went yesterday for a pedi and they brought me out a birthday cupcake and sang to me. Thanks. It made my day.

Duke is super sweet and kind! Along with other employees at the salon! They often ask you if you want coffee, tea, or water. They wont push you if you arent willing to do anything extra. This location is very clean! All staff was super polite! Id recommend this place. I came here with a friend. We both got pedicures done, which was amazing! Again, they arent pushy with services, so that was refreshing.

Phu I believe was my technician she was extremely kind, took her time giving me a Luxury Pedicure (gel) and Gel manicure which looked absolutely beautiful. The owner was friendly, professional, and accommodating. I got the me day package and facial which was very relaxing. But the only complaint I had was that the masseuse was acting like she was afraid to touch my feet during the reflexology part like I had some kind of disease. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience. I will likely return and recommend.

The same guy did my nails two times and both times they were lumpy bumpy. I felt both times this guy just didnt care. My daughter had a full set previously and went in for a fill with me except my daughter and I were seated separately so I didnt know that the women my daughter was with decided to remove and replace a full set in which I was charged for and the incorrect size of nail was used. My daughter was embarrassed to have her nails because they were too big for her natural nails and fingers so she removed her entire set of nails (at home). My other daughter has not been back (with myself and her sister) because the design she received was so bad she didnt want to be seen with her nails in high school.

Loved, loved, loved!!!!! The last time I got my toe nails done at a different place, I vowed never to go back. They have changed how I viewed that and I will go back when I get the chance. They have a good verity of colors and was totally worth what I paid for.

The workers are beyond kind, apologizing for the wait. They accept walk- ins and were able to squeeze my mom and I in, we even got the ultimate pedicure and they took time and didntdrush even we the other clients showed up for their appointments. The owners husband was super kind and checked in often making sure we were well attended to and would frequently start conversations with us. Overall it was a great experience and worth the drive. The nail salon is clean and everything was sterile and fresh.

The entire staff helped with suggestions and made my day absolutely wonderful and relaxing! The owner even brought me a piece of cake with a candle! A little gem of a store in Shakopee. A must try!
