What a lovely team! I am paying more for this crown than I have any other in my life, but those were years ago. I sincerely appreciated the play by play commentary, so I knew the plan going in and as my treatment progressed. I also liked that the estimate was a little high and I ended up paying less than I planned on =).I understand that you have to pay for the goods and services you consume (gas, groceries, hair cuts; dental, chiropractor, and medical visits). I appreciate having insurance to help me with some of these expenses AND the grace to call back and pay the next day!

I have had my dental work done by Dr. Ochsner for several years. He does a great job of informing me what he is doing and why he is doing it. His staff is quite skillful in cleaning my teeth and performing x-rays.

Dr. Rj was great. I have bad dental anxiety and he made both my girls and I feel safe and secure and all the other girls were great except the lady at the front desk. Very Rude. I called to cancel our appointments since Dr. Rj is no longer there and she was rude, my girls have had credits on their accounts since summer she told me she was going to return, hasnt returned to the insurance companies just holding onto it for their benefit. I have a credit asked her to straighten out account still has not done it nor have I heard a word on the credits. Seems a little fishy to me can take money but cant return it.

Worst place ever. My appointment was at 11 I had to be there at 1045. They take me in the room and I wait for 45 minutes for the dentist. At 12 they send me back to the waiting room. I was supposed to have them cleaned also. After sitting there for 15 minutes I realized no one is back there. So I asked how much longer. I was told they went to LUNCH it would be another 15 minutes. I have already been there for 1 half hours. I walked out. 2 months later they send me a bill. I got it on 2/4 it was due on 2/3. WHEN DO YOU GO TO LUNCH AND LEAVE A CUSTOMER WAITING. GO SOME PLACE ELSE.UPDATE Its been 2 weeks. Still waiting for someone to reach out to me.

I was terrified to get my root canal. I did it anyway. I had no pain, no discomfort at all. I would highly recommend Neighborhood Smiles! ( Not to mention I got a wine glass tattoo on my crown at no charge!)🍷

Dr Gianelli is an amazing dentist and incredibly funny, quirky, and friendly person. She and the rest of the staff put my family at ease at dental visits. So amazing, I travel an hour to see her!

Great service and friendly staff. However, the billing for services and examination is very poor. I received an additional bill about a month and a half after my services were completed in additional fees that were not picked up by my insurance. Albeit, perhaps it wasnt the best insurance option, but Ive never gone to a place where they basically guesstimate how much youll owe and still charge you anyway after youve already paid what they told you what youll owe.

They really care about you as a patient and will make you as comfortable as possible during your procedure.

My kids, husband, and I all love Neighborhood Smiles in Onalaska! Dr. RJ and the entire team are professional, caring and very friendly. We dont dread going to the dentist anymore!

As someone who hates going to the dentist, like most, I find it inconvenient to have to chase down an appointment that I’m already dreading. The website says call or complete an online submission to make an appointment. I called, no one answered. I submit the online form and I’m told to call again. No thanks, I’ll look elsewhere.

I love this office! The team is so inviting and genuine, and Dr.RJ is dedicated to his role in making your dental health a priority!!Highly recommended!!!

Dr. O and his team are kind, fun to work with, and gentle with sensitive mouths/teeth. Ive had some horrible experiences in dental chairs, but none of those have been at Neighborhood Smiles in Onalaska.

Very unprofessional and sloppy financially. Overcharged me for my dental work and made me pay a full price before the work was dona although I had a dental insurance. A few months later when my insurance paid they refused to give my money back and yelled at me! I would never recommend this practice to anybody! Stay away from these cons!
