My first visit to this nails salon. I wanted to ensure they sterilize their nail equipments and they do. I was looking for pedicure spa so Hannah introduced Annie to me. Annie did an excellent work. She was very patient and detail with my feet scrub and nails cleaning. I didn’t feel pitched or discomfort on my feet while she was doing both my feet. The fruit juice which Hannah offered was delicious. Kevin, the owner was very friendly as well. I will be their returning customer.

Asked for coffin received almond shaped. I had a picture and my nails look horrible and uneven. He didnt clean underneath. He didnt oil my nails. Couldnt do a designs so Im walking out with nude nails glittered pinkies with single crooked lines on ring fingers... Smh wont be back as this is embarrassing. Im now having to go buy a filer to try and fix my shape and some acetone for the stuff on nails and cuticles.

This place is amazing, the staff is so sweet and actually work with you to achieve what you want !

Thank god there is a good place for you to get your nails done where they are not charging you an arm and a leg. This place is clean, bright, and they do a great job! I always get the shape I want and sometimes I accidentally mess it up and they will fix it with no charge the next day. I also get my eyelash extensions here and they come out perfect. I am a forever customer!

I have been going here for 2 years ever since I moved to Texas. I have been through two previous owners and now the new owners who are super nice and they do a great job. You can tell they put their heart and soul to doing your nails so it is perfect. The store has been remodeled which is thank god because before the yellow wall color (mustard colored) was gross and everything was old. Now the store is bright and they have television and music on so you can relax and not hear silences. I have been to most salon around now the spring area looking for my nail salon and have found it and I am so blessed it is near my house so I don’t have to drive far.

I love NTV nails .Finally I have found a salon that does my nails perfectly . I have been very disappointed with the nail salons in this area . I got to the point that I just hated getting my nails done . Finally now I’m very pleased and my nails look good and feel good . The salon is very clean and neat. Squeezed my mother-in-law and I in at closing time before the Christmas weekend! Both manicurists were incredibly thorough and steady-handed; beautiful job. Turns out theyre under new management so everything was new and clean; well definitely be back!

I have been coming here since they opened and this review under mines is OBVIOUSLY a mix up with another nail shop. This is a young couple, they DO NOT live at the shop and I have NEVER been here with loud music. Hannah can do any design, and shape and has all the latest techniques down. I drive from south Houston to come here, they have squeezed me in on busy days and ALWAYS give me excellent service. They give complimentary drinks and spoil my kids with snacks even when I beg them not too, very sweet people. By far the best down to earth upscale shop in Spring. Both of my sisters left their shop after 7 years to come here after Hannah did their nails. The BEST NTV Nails!!!

WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!! DO NOT COME HEREThe ladies don’t speak English, I showed them a photo of what type of nails I want, they said they could do itInstead of getting stiletto nails, the shape that I wantThey gave me short squared nails and told me not to complain about it.It smells horrible there full of alcoholNTV nails is ridiculous, the workers there practically live there, they are doing their laundry in the background and playing loud music while you get your nails done.I REPEAT, DO NOT COME HERE.

Great place, did a amazing job on my nails. Have gone there several times since they opened and they are now my new nail salon.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon. There were two ladies working, waited for 45 minutes before I was seen. Asked them not to use a drill, drill was used anyway. The older lady was flat out rude to an older gentleman that was being serviced, as she was to me. The Polish job was HORRIBLE! Then a guy, Im guessing the owner, came in, he proceeded to drill my nail to the point where it burned to the skin and I kept asking him to stop. He said a little bit, just a little. Will never step foot in here again.

Paid almost $100 and came in 3 days later to adjust diamonds which i did not want in first place and repair one nail, gave me grief and had to leave very disappointed and with one nail undone is a sad nail day for mefind another place for better service
