Went here for the 1st time with my wife to get my 1st pedicure.We had a 1:00 appointment and was greeted promptly when arrived and seated at the chairs for a pedi service.We waited about 15 minutes at the chair before someone came and started running water to soak our feet, then another 25 minutes to soak our feet in the water.My wife booked with Tina which is here regular nail tech, but Hanna did my pedi.I was slightly disappointed in my service due to her not being really attentive and leaving me at the while she went to perform a refill service for 2 walk-in clients.I was watching Tina perform the services for my wife and Tina really did a great job and did not leave my wife to go perform services on another client.If I do decide to go back it would be definitely with Tina. My heel still had cracked skin that should’ve been scrubbed away.I ended up using my pedi-egg when I got home to finish up my heel, l. because I was annoyed that my heel still cracked after spending $35+ a tip that I should’ve really left.I was told to put some vaseline or oil on my feet with socks to heal it. She should’ve got the scrub tool and scrubbed it away.There was still some white sea salt left on my leg that wasn’t washed away.I’ll be going to Tina or someone else if I decide to go back. That definitely makes want the best 1st experience for my 1st pedi.That’s why I’m leaving 3 stars.

First time visiting but it will not be my last. Ann did my nails and Tina did a great pedicure. Great time relaxing and have beautiful hands and feet.

Once again at another paradise salon... this was one of the fastest mani and pedi ever!!! First off for my pedi. to start off the lady don’t do anything to my toe nails but take the polish off and shaped. This is the second most horrible pedicures so far. My mani was fast and the lady acted as if asking for 2 more coats of shellac was a lot for her to handle. Their is no waiting around (I see why!!) It seems to me the higher the price the less satisfied I am with these places..... giving one star for location and clean beautiful place. Hopefully they get better techs

My sister and I went here after reading quite a few reviews. We asked for Hanna because we had seen her name come up with positive reviews. I am glad we did that because she did a fabulous job on our manicures. I have gotten my manicure and pedicure done before a few times but I never go too often because of bad experiences. However, I can say this was an overall positive experience. The technicians who did our pedicures were also very nice and friendly. But I was especially pleased with Hanna because she took her time doing our manicures. Both of us got the dip powder for the first time and we loved it. I never felt like she was rushing even though we were there until closing. She was also nice enough to give me some helpful tips. My 4 year old niece also got her nails done. The technician who did her nails did her manicure free of charge. Would highly recommend!

Moved to this area so I decided to try them out because of ratings. I went last week to get a full set, eyebrows & pedicure. Next day a nail broke exactly where they place the fake nail. So I go get it fixed for free & 3 days later 2 more nails break the same exact way. I paid $130 cause of the design & you mean to me they cant last 1 week!! So very disappointed I wasted my money here!!

This was my first time at this salon. Love my nails. They are not chunky like some other places would do them. They are the exact length I asked for. Love the color. Vicky is amazing, I told her I wanted “natural looking nails” and that’s exactly what she gave me. She is great, the staff kept changing up on me to make sure that I didn’t need anything. Highly recommend and I will be returning.

I have now been coming here for about 2 yrs and I love the service and professionalism of all the ladies. They are very nice, respectful and do what you are requesting, place is also very clean and items are sanitized which is a plus. I have not went anywhere else and times on last minutes trips they have made several accommodations to remain open a little longer to get me right for my trip. So thanks to all the ladies they work very hard and professional to make sure you remain a client. Like I said been going for about 2 yrs never went nowhere else

Paradise Nails is not a Paradise, even though they charge like one. Poor professionalism and substandard service. Simple request such a completing a stiletto shape, adding a different color to different nail, and adding glitter could not be completed accurately. However, the technician made sure to charge $5 for every task....done incorrectly. Asked to speak to manager and the technician acted like she couldn’t understand my request. No issues paying for a service, but if you’re going to charge please do your job pleasantly, professionally and with a smile. Huffing and puffing when someone is paying for a service is unnecessary. I will go somewhere where clients are appreciated and paid request are honored and will not be back here . $80 wasted.

I am not a person who gets my nails done frequentlybut was very pleased with the pedicure I received at this location. Philip really did a good a job on my nails and area of concerns and always checked to ensure if I was satisfied with his service. Now that is excellent customer service. I will definitely be back!

My 1st time here was 2 weeks ago. I walked in and asked for an acrylic overlay. My technician was so nice, and really took special care to make my nails the perfect length, since I wear contacts. The inside is gorgeous! Everything is clean, inviting, with warm colors and has an upscale feel. They even have have pink butterfly themed chairs for girls getting a pedicure with their moms! She did a beautiful job on my nails - they look amazing! I appreciated the softer lights and quiet music and atmosphere, too. They were all so friendly and made me feel really pampered. I always try to psych myself into going to another shop but this is my #1 place! Tammy takes not only good care of me but my mom and dad! And Ms. Ann is also a very nice lady! Everyone in the shop it friendly and best of all everything is super sanitary which is a 100% must. The prices are reasonable and service exceptional!

I normally receive very good service but noticed something VERY distributing today! The manager was rushing the techs because people were coming in. Everyone is spending the SAME type of money!! My manicure looks horrible and just overall mood bothering. Polish on the skin, uneven polish, just tacky

The services were good, but the customer service wasnt. I went in at 10:30 and Hannah started on my pedicure. At 10:45 her 10:30 appointment came in and she shoved me off to someone else. She should have let someone else just do my pedicure and refill from the beginning. That would have been better. I think this could have been handled much better.

Today was my first visit to the salon. They were very welcoming and nice. After trying other salons for months being new to the area I finally found the perfect place ! My nail tech Tammy was great and did my nails exactly how I asked natural looking! My little girls nails also turned out adorable! Thank you and I look forward to returning !!

This nail salon is great.They are very friendly there. I was greeted upon walking walking in and I didnt have to wait at all. Hannah was my nail tech, and she did an amazing job. My nails are neat and exactly how I wanted it. She exceeded my expectations and I will continue to give them my business.

Its kinda expensive but and one of the ladies who did my kids nails didnt listen and made her cry. But my lady was wonderful.

This place was my go to for years went to a different one since it was closer to home but ended up returning because I loved it and never had a complaint.Nail tech on chair 6 I believe is Wendy is AMAZING! Her nail work is great and she’s so detailed oriented.Yesterday 3.8 I went with my 3 sisters in law as I raved about the place. We arrived at 3:50 they close at 530pm on Sundays. Our services were as followed, a manicure, a pedicure a full set and a cut and Color change and a file to an already full set. They promptly sat 2 of 4, while the other 2 of us waited for about 30-35 min. Which is understandable. 2 ladies walked in and asked for 2 pedis and 2 manicures and were serviced right away.Finally we got to be sitted and the tech who is usually at the register only was doing nails as tech #6 who I usually go to was off. Well she proceed to ask what I was getting and I said “full set powder” she then proceeded to ask CAN YOU COME BACK TOMORROW? Like absolutely NOT I waited 35+ min for you to tell me to come back tomorrow? Oh NO! When I answered her no she rudely started doing my nails and rushed through the first part. My nails came out ok but not as good as I usually get.Then my sister in law went to get serviced and after about 10 min she gets up as the tech with the short hair and glasses told her that she needed to wait an hour more because this guy who DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT came in to get a manicure and was going to bring his wife which the wife never arrived!! The we pay and we walk out and one of the techs came out and said one of us didn’t pay which was my sister in law who only got her nails cut down and was told that she didn’t have to pay. She knew this and still came out to embarrass us, in the parking lot. This was by far the worst experiences I have had. Wendy does amazing and I hope she goes to another salon because clearly this place needs management!

This nail shop is very friendly and welcoming (including men).They take extra care to ask questions and listen to what I would like.The ambiance is superb.This is definitely a must visit nail shop.

Been here 3 times now and every time had a different tech. My nails always come out looking great and I love that they’re super sanitary. They use liners in the pedi bowls and open new packages to use new tools on you. Also my nails have lasted a long time each time I go here. I once got shellac and it never once lifted! So far haven’t had a negative experience here. 100% recommend.

I live this place! Have been a customer aixne they first opened their doors. Very clean and sanitary. They also offer you refreshments and the staff is very nice. Definitely recommend this place. I also dont mind making the 15 drive to come here.

I havent been here in a while. I was really disappointed today in the lack of care. I recieved a pedicure that I basically couldve given myself at home. And I dont think the lady had much experience in pedicures. My eyebrows are too thin... I just asked for a clean up and Ive waited so long growing my eyebrows to be thick for upcoming wedding. Oh! And as soon as I got in my vechile my dry pedicure smudged. So now I have to sit another 20-30 minutes to reapply and dry.

The nail specialist actually talk to us. Yes they still spoke their language to each other but they asked us how was our day and actually kept conversation. I liked that alot.The hot wax was amazing and they did a relatively good job.
