I love this place most of the workers are very nice and professional but a few will not wear masks.On Sept 22nd I had a worker coughing and didn’t cover her mouth or nose. I had one worker standing over me talking to the little sweet lady that does my nails, she didn’t wear a mask.This is getting bad, wear a mask or keep away from me.

I called to make an appointment and they were able to take me right away! Daisy did an amazing job, they’re exactly what I asked for. They’re a bit expensive but the quality is worth it ❤️

This shop is beautiful and clean. The staff moves quickly and there is never a long wait time. Lots of colors to choose from too.

I literally drive 3 hours just to get my nails done over here. They are my absolute favorite. They’re all super sweet, funny and professional. I’ve never been disappointed. Love this place!!

My daughter and I stopped in for manicures. We did not have appointments, but they were able to get us right in, and we were in and out in 30 minutes. It was a very fast manicure, but we both were very pleased with the services that were provided. We will be making appointments in the future, when we have more time.

Great service overall! There’s a lady who does an outstanding job, unfortunately I forgot her name… but for the most part, all of them work very good! Of course, I just get manicure for men which is not as time consuming as the ladies!

Very nice, clean, pleasant and professional nail salon. My nail tech, Ruby, is great! She is skilled, quick, very friendly, and does a great job! The layout of the salon offers a sense of privacy. Comfort and customer satisfaction is evident. They offer a full array of beverages, from water to wine. There are a wide variety of nail colors, styles and products to choose from. The pedicure chairs are solid, and offer a comfortable range of massages. I am very tall, and find that their chairs extend further backward than any other chairs Ive been in before, which is a plus. Prices are reasonable. Having relocated from New York to Texas, I hoped to find a salon like the one I left. Im happy to say, Im even happier with Sky Nail Salon! Thank you!

This is my second visit and I will return. I would have gave 5 stars if my pedicure tech would have walked me over to the nail dry area and turned it on. A little customer service goes a long way. Other than that Danny did a great job with my pedicure. The ambiance is beautiful, relaxing music, and no over powering acrylic nail smell. I noticed many customers enjoyed a glass of wine while getting their pedicures, so if that is your thing, enjoy!

So tomorrow is my Birthday YAY LEO!And I decided to treat myself to a pedi. I was highly referred to come here. I drove two hours. My first time visiting. I was not greeted by staff. The person they placed me with was very rough and kept rushing through my service. Yall, I was done within less than 30 minutes. I asked the lady do they accept tips and show her $10. She said Yes/Thank You!!! Needless to say she didnt get it. I gave ⭐⭐-she did offered my a bottle of water. And I did give a tip...

This was my last with this salon due to a nail tech named Tina. She was incredibly rude and highly unprofessional. She was clearly aggravated to have been interrupted casually sitting in the back near the sink when she was called to assist me. She not once spoke to me other than to grunt, roll her eyes & pick at her tools as if my nail polish was the issue. As she would clean the pieces out of her tool she continued making annoyed sighs and eye rolls. I should of ripped my hand away because she most did not deserve my business. Nasty attitude very disgusting representation of the salon. I hope the owner reads this and takes consideration.

I felt like my manicure with gel nails was done in a hurry this was done Sunday and its only Thursday. They are chipping!! I also got a pedi and I feel as if they were also done poorly. So disappointed. My sister in law comes here all the time so I thought Id get a better job.Update: its now Friday and another nail has chipped!!

I came here on a Monday and a week later the nails are popping off and rising. I asked for a refund and they refused to do so. They instead wanted me to pay more when I originally paid $100. Not only did I experience this but a few people I know have also said the same thing about sky nails.

Do not come here!!!! I made my appointment at 1 and waited 30min and got no help. When it was 20minutes of me waiting I asked how long and they said 5minutes.. I just don’t see the point in making appointments and them lying to customers about the wait. Nail quality is not the best and they lie to customers. I will not be coming back here and suggest y’all stay away if you like to plan out your day.

I had my nails refilled n im very displeased with them. The nail tech cut my nails down n didnt check to make sure they were all the same length. She shaped them wrong n left grit in the nail polish for the first time Im dissatisfied with my nails. Dont ask for Kate.

I absolutely miss getting my nails done by them! They treat my mom and I like we are royalty. Their nail work is very efficient and their service is the best! If you have a big event coming up and want quality work, go to this nail salon!

Lovely experience, very pretty inside. I got the Organic pedicure I think it was, no nail polish. Only complaint would be my toes still had dirt under the nail, and the person I got was probably still training it seamed like, but other than that they’re super lovely. Just be sure to ask for someone w more experience, it’s no big deal we all know practice makes perfect so 🤷🏽‍♀️. Would definitely come again🤗😌

This Salon use to be amazing, disappointed in service last 5 times I’ve been there. Front desk back up ladies have no idea what customer service is.

Never going here again. The customer service was good. They nail techs that assisted me were really nice.. but their work was well below average. My nails were left wonky and uneven. They look as if they were trimmed or shaped by means of biting them. The nail tech that did my hands cut me around all of my finger in his intent to remove the cuticle. He literally just cut pieces of my regular skin off, as you can see by the pictures. The skin around my fingernails are swollen because of it and it burns to even wash my hands or shampoo my hair. The paint goes over the cuticle which bleeds onto the skin. There is still actual dead cell cuticle around the nail and you can see it on the edge of the nail where he didn’t rip skin off. They changed me $90 for that. Never the hell again. Do not spend your money here.

The place is so nice and relaxing. They do long massages and do a great job at pedicures and fake nails theyre a little more expensive but well worth it I recommend sky nails to anybody

Update: I have continued to use mimi regularly for several months now and she is great, I am always pleased when I leave. Sadly they have gone up on their prices with all the remodels so thats unfortunate but they still are price comparable to other high end salons.I extremely picky about my nail salons I have been trying to find a place that I am happy with since last summer when my regular place closed down. Today was my first time at Sky everyone was very pleasant they got me in right away they color matched my polish to my gel perfectly. Mimi did one of the best pedicures Ive had in my life I would say top 3. I will definitely be coming back to see Mimi for more pedicures. The girl that did my nails was decent but I might try somebody else next time she also did my eyebrows also decent but definitely want to try somebody else next time she went a little crazy with the wax. If I get a full 2 weeks out of my mani pedi then I think they have a new regular.

I went there as my first time being at a nail salon since my move to Houston. I asked for powder full set. The lady rushed in clipping. Immediately started with the tool. I noticed the other nail techs doing full prep on the other women in the room. Lots of us were getting the same powder applied to our nails which was the burgundy color. Did little prep beforehand on my nails which was weird to me. As she is putting the powder on my nails, it is not neat. Some of the color was on the undersides of my nails which she left there. The only thing I liked was the color. I didnt want design. They couldve been way neater.

Do NOT go here... while getting my pedicure the nail tech was cleaning my cuticle and poked me the tool; two days later it was infected. I went back to ask if they could help or recommend something. All they said was that I had an ingrown nail, which was NOT the case at all.

Love my nails

They caused an injury/infection causing me to go on antibiotics. No compassion and refuse to give me there liability insurance information. They lie and give false numbers. I had to go on high dose antibiotics due to what could have been prevented. See my Yelp review. They replied on my yelp review and lied and lied. I never told their insurance guy I fell. Lol what a joke this place is. Looks like it may be moving on to your for my medical bill.

Took my sister to get her nails done for her 15th birthday and Tiffany did a wonderful job. She was kind and made sure we were happy every step of the way.

Really nice place and they do good nails. First time there I think I waited around 1-2 hours because I didn’t have an appointment and everyone else kept getting helped. Second time I made an appointment and I only waited 5 minutes.

The pedicure and the eyebrows were well enough . All of the staff was nice enough. They were attentive. I got a full set and that was a disaster. I described that I like mine filed thin. We clarified that thats risky that theyll break but this is how I always do it so I understood. They are far too wide for my nail beds. They are all different lengths. They are wavy where they were not filed down evenly. And 8 out of my ten fingers were cut in the process. Nice enough Salon I might go back in a pinch. Ive been there once before with my sister but I will stick to my regular place going forward. They did make an attempt to fix but with that many discrepancies theres really not a solution except to take off and start over. Which I probably will be doing at my regular place tomorrow.

I had my eyebrows threaded for the first time and I also got a full set w/ Shellac. I love my nails so much as well as my eyebrows. I love the cleanliness of the shop and that its roomy. My nail tech was Jimmy who made me feel pretty and he made sure I was happy with his work before I left. Will be going back and I do recommend them. :)

I would not recommend Sky Nails, their customer service is horrible. I made an Appt for a pedicure days before my appointment. The day of my appointment, I called to confirm and let them know I no longer needed the appointment for a pedi but stop to have my nails cut and shaped. The staff stated it was no problem. When I arrived at 5:30, the receptionist turned me away and told me they will not cut my nails down Bc of the shape. However, I stated I just wanted them shorter and do not mind the shape being altered into a square shape. She still refused and later told me that there wasn’t anyone yo available to cut my nails down. I was very confused on how me having a confirmed Appt turned into no one was able to cut my nails. She refused service which made a great inconvenience for me especially during this pandemic.

The atmosphere is welcoming and professional. I had two ladies work on my pedicure and manicure simultaneously so I finished rather timely and my dip powder manicure came out nicely. However, my pedicure was rushed and not on par with my manicure and I was not notified I would be charged to remove the polish on my toes. I shared this information with the receptionist, who offered no consideration and told her it should be policy to let first time customers aware and not have them assume. The polish on my toes was not cleaned up well and my toe nails were burned by the nail file twice. My manicurist apparently translated to the pedicurist about my discomfort in her process, however nothing changed. I would return just for the manicurist, whom I chose to tip (Job well done deserves a tip) and possibly try another pedicurist. Overall, I would recommend with caution that as the customer you should be very verbal and specific about the services you desire and are receiving and clear on the expectations.

I had my gel nails filled and shellac put on top ($35), plus a spa pedicure ($25). They did an amazing job. Im very picky and new to town and I was very nervous, but they were great. Amy did my nails and was very thorough. Tammy did my pedicure and really took care of me - it was very luxurious for a $25 pedicure. The place is very nice and clean and the management was friendly. I get this done every two weeks and already have an appointment for next time. I sent my brothers fiance to them as well and she was very happy. Fair prices and youre treated well.

I loved it here! I went with my best friend and we were seated right away with colors to choose from. They asked us if we would like anything to drink (including wine :) ) they were efficient and the nail techs did an awesome job and my nails and toes! Theyre also very welcoming and friendly from the front desk to the techs. I will be back!

I havent gone since it opened many years back. Its been remodeled. My service was quick. The tech was friendly and regularly checked in with me to make sure I was OK.

They were pleasant and to be fair I had to rush because I was on my lunch break. Plus they’re a really good price. However I was disappointed because usually my shellac lasts longer than a week and this time it only lasted a few days before it started peeling.

New to Houston & This place is AMAZING. Wish I could give more then 5 stars. The customer service is great & their patient with you . Highly Recommend !

I am impressed. Everything about the experience was first class! I was greeted as soon as I walked it. Helped right away without a wait. They served me fruit and an adult drink!! It was truly a step up in class. Another cool thing was the employees were all engaged with their clients verses talking to each other! I will be going back! And I will be telling others! Picked this place because it was the closest one to work to go to during my lunch breaks. When we walked in we werent greeted, the girl at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming at all. Polish selections were not impressive and to make matters worse I didnt enjoy the manicure at all. The woman doing the service did EVERYTHING SO FAST it was so difficult to enjoy and RELAX. No one offered a drink, I had to ask and when it arrived, I regretted requesting for wine. It was disgusting. The only positive was the sweet lady doing my pedicure- she was sweet. They charged me $7 extra for God knows what. I didnt get a design or anything special (just a mani pedi). I was running late back to work so didnt try to question and prolong my visit. Overall, I will not return for service.

I love this place! I just moved to Spring and have tried multiple salons, and this is my favorite. Never going to another. The staff takes their time and makes sure you are comfortable and happy with the service. Its a little pricey, but worth it for the quality.

I had been looking for salon home for a while and I decided to try here because of the good reviews. After being disappointed with other nail salons I figured I couldnt go wrong. My 3 year old comes with me every time and they treat her so well. The owner always sits and talk with her and gives her a snack. They make my experience so relaxing. The always remember you and greet you the same each time you go. Im very pleased with this salon and I wont go anywhere else!

The best nail salon in Spring, Texas hands down. I cant ever remember going to a nail that was super organized, super clean and super friendly. Steve the owner is amazing and offers up the best nail services around. Oh and the hand and foot massage is absolutely amazing!!! I drive from Rhodes and 2920 to them because its sooo worth the extra drive. Wish I could rate them way more stars. This salon is still new but sure to be a hit with whoever gives them a try!

Be careful with this place!! My daughter and I we used to visit this place for pedicure and manicure, but las time my daughter got fungus in 3 of her nails, now 2 of this nails are falling because of the fungus. 😥 Also one of my friends got fungus there too. We know was there because there was the only place we used to visited.
