I got a manicure and shellac nails, on March 21st and today March 22nd three of my nails are already chipped.... They are supposed to last up to 2 weeks...

I visit here regularly for pedicures and manicures. Staff is friendly and always accommodating. I get ombré pink/white and always love how it turns out.

I will never and I mean I will never come back here. They started off nice. All I asked for was a simple nail take off they nik me more than once used a toenail clipper to take my nails off I finally had to tell her just to stop. They charged me for a full take ofter niking me multiple time. I have pic to prove it 😡

I came in for a broken nail/refill of the work you did almost 2 weeks ago Shannon. Had me waiting for 20 Minutes for you to tell me you have an appointment, you basically wasted my time. Bad customer service. You basically refused me as a customer. I try to support businesses within mycommunity. This is why I drive to Houston for services.

Dont bother, low quality. My gel is see through and all over the edges of nails. You can see streaks in the polish strokes. Save your money.

Tina is my favorite pedicure person.My hint... I usually ask for them to choose a color. Somehow she just knows, and she picks a great color and good quality polish.

I was very pleased with my nails and Shannon was the best person that has ever done my nails. The price was more than any place Ive ever been. But I will only go there from now own, maybe not as frequently as I would like but never the less its the best nail salon Ive ever used.

I’ve been going to this place for years and the staff is really personable and friendly. They always make sure customers are taken care of as quickly as possible. Linda is the owner and she has become a personal friend over the years, good hard working people who know how to do good nails! Walk-ins are always welcome. I recommend going during the week when they are less busy - but they will make time to do your nails either way!

Shannon is the best my nail shop

I live in the neighborhood and decided to give this shop a try. I have been here before for services they were great! Came in two weeks ago to get a price check, I was told $20 bucks for a plain ayclic fill in thats all I need. Rendered the services today, no polish just plain. When I went to pay for my services I was told $23🤷‍♀️ this has to stop. I tired of going into these shop and they do not honor there prices. Ask before you render that is my new model. Now the women that quoted the prices to me in reference to the conversation immediately told me that she didnt tell me that and began to get loud. The nail tech that did my nails quiet her down and took the $20. I never have a problem with paying for my services I have a problem with fickle prices. Now I have to be my own nail tech. Oh yeah they love having conversations in their native tongue when there is a discrepancy with their pricing in front of customers which is unprofessional. I dont understand what youre talking about shaking my head. I think she tried to sneak in her own $3 tip because for some strange reason they didnt ask for one like they normally would you like to leave a tip. I beg your pardon, waiters dont ask, barbers dont ask, hairdressers dont ask, mechanics dont but for some strange reason you ask for tips. 🤷‍♀️🤪😳 Cheap polish and the nail tech told me she put crystal power on my nails...I requested by plain ayclic.

I have been here over 50 times in the past 6 years and everytime I visit I ask for Katie because ALL the other ladies are lazy and cut my cuticles and always miss a spot when I get acrylics. Ignore the old lady at the front desk she will try to make you spend ALOT of unnecessary money. I won’t be going here unless I get Katie. Trust me she’s the best and I love that she can communicate with me. Such a great lady with a beautiful daughter

On the outside it looks like a regular old nail salon. But I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done today. Its clean and well decorated, and the service was the best I have ever gotten! I had Katie and Cindy do my refill and pedicure today. They were so sweet and both went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. And Katie is the only one in seven years that has done my nails how I like them! These ladies are amazing! I will never go to another salon, if I could if give 10 stars their service was that amazing!

I had my nails done there last Sunday. I was the only person in the whole salon and they still did not do a clean job of painting my nail. Shellac all on my cuticles which caused them to already start to peel off. Trying to find a salon since I just moved here But I surely will not be returning here.

Their nails last and dont chip like other places. Most of the staff are friendly and the place is always clean. The prices are very reasonable. Try the mood powder!

I’ve went to this salon three times. I will not go back. Yesterday day was my last time. The lady “Terri” cut off my index and ring finger cuticles on my left hand. I went back today b c I asked for shellac and got regular dollar store polish. I went today today show them my cuticles and polish. Oh, they offered 50% off to redo!!!!!THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!I’d rather give zero stars but I had to review one star to post my dissatisfaction.I have a picture of my hand but it wouldn’t post!!! Dont go.****since management response they removed my answer****No misunderstanding! How can you misunderstand I don’t want my cuticles cut and bleeding? No misunderstanding that you use CHEAP PRODUCTS. No misunderstanding that the manager Linda is a bully!!!If this is removed then I know y’all are hiding your inexperienced staff and problems.Oh! They removed the picture of my bleeding cuticles!

Great nail salon but the prices change everytime I go. My nails were unevenly filed and not trimmed.

I got solar nails done here. I loved them. They looked really good. Lasted a long time. They just try and get you to spend more money. They asked me atleast 6 times if i wanted my eyebrows waxed. But i will continue to come back to get my nails done here. Ask for katie. Shes awesome!

I recently moved to The Woodlands and I’ve been here since, Shannon always takes good care of me!

Bad, worst nail place ever. People please dont go here!!! Bad customer service, whole service was bad. They didnt apply the color that I wanted because it was too light then one of the ladies said that it was because nail polish was old. I ended up choosing another color which the application of it was horrible. Too expensive!!! I paid $75 for both pedi/mani shellac, when I usually pay $45-50 at the place I usually go to. The manicure did not feel like one, I usually receive a hand massage at the other place, not here!!!! And last but not least, cross contamination was pretty obvious.

I have been going here for about eight months or so and I have had no issues. They are reasonably priced especially the pedicure you get more done than at other places for the same price.

When to use a gift card that I had received for my birthday and it expired. I dont think gift card should expire if you paid money for it otherwise a person should get their money back. Will not use them so I left.

Im a regular. I see the same girl each time. I dont feel pressured to buy anything else. She knows what I get do service is always really good.

I always went to this place for up to a week I went to get my manicure and I told the regular lady and she did not understand me and then when she charged me she said it was 40 dollars I had to pay it because she does not understand much English I said I am going to leave so I came back today and I went for my pedicure and I treated badly my baby who was with me and I did not like that because he said that my baby was making very ugly noise so I will not go back there
