I have been using this nail salon for over a year now and will never go anywhere else again. Lisa is the ONLY person in the woodlands that I will allow to touch my nails, and trust me when I say I’ve tried just about every nail salon around including the very expensive ones. Lisa always makes sure she can get me in even if it means staying late, she’s truly one of a kind! A very friendly, honest, and kind lady! Everyone here is wonderful and also the only place I’ll ever let my touch my eyebrows as well!!!!

Big fat nope! Never going to this place again! I asked for one thing and got a terrible version of it then when i kindly asked her to fix she did the exact same thing as before. I finally gave up and accepted it. Getting my nails done is a rare treat for me and Im honestly depressed with the service and results i got.

I would give them 0 stars. Charged my fiancés grandmother FOUR times the same charge and refused to credit her back. When we went into their salon to discuss with the manager, she refused to even look at the charges. She dismissed us completely the moment she came up to talk with us over the situation. Asked for a paper statement and would not even look at the digital statement from the BANK OF AMERICA Website. They ran her BoA card twice, another credit card once, then asked for a check because they said repeatedly her card wasn’t working. When it in fact was. They had the audacity to tell her they need a picture of her credit card (front and back) in the case that it didn’t go through. Oh it went through alright. I’m sure they checked to make sure it did - yet never cared to correct charging her FOUR times! Everything will be disputed at the bank and we will absolutely make it known on social media to beware of them overcharging their customers -especially an elderly person!
