Customer service is great! I rented one of their vehicles and they were pretty straight forward with me and also friendly. I loved the ladies that worked there and they worked with me. It wasnt as expensive as I thought it would be and very easy to rent a vehicle. They even allowed me to leave my car there so it would be easier to bring the car back and pick my car up at the same place. They were pretty easy to work with. I definitely recommend them.

Well, I must admit I dont normally submit reviews, however, I cannot help but let anyone and everyone know how pleased we are with Webster Motors in Vidalia, GA. We have purchased a car (2005 Ford Taurus), a truck (2004 Dodge Ram), and most recently, a van (2017 Dodge Caravan) from them over the past 13 plus years. They literally service what they sell and have the best customer service I know of. We also use them for any/all of our car rental needs and no one compares to them when it comes to providing the best in customer service and family atmosphere, balanced with such professionalism! Drove to Vidalia in a Semi truck. Was looking to relocate to the area and needed to rent a car. A person at my work suggested Webster Motor Co. Im glad they did! They were so kind and helpful.I had mentioned I used to be an auto technician so they showed me the repair shop. I was impressed! Clean and modern.The rental rate was excellent and the car was clean and in good condition. No smells.I would not hesitate to do business with them again. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Wow Webster’s Motors experience was amazing.The people here showed they really care and showed me a lot of love .....Long story short I was struggling to get help thru all the other rental company’s and when I found these amazing people they helped change my life..... I was stuck with my truck broke down and couldn’t get home to Mississippi to see my wife and 3 kids. Webster’s Motors cared so much they rented me a beautiful car with even an amazing rate.... I cried with joy and they comforted me through all my struggles. Webster’s Motors and the employees are the best. I sincerely thank y’all soooooooo much.

I could not say enough great things about this place. I was on my way home from Statesboro to Atlanta when my car overheated. It was honestly one of the worst days ever as I had just packed 4 years of college into my car and then this happened just 30 minutes into my trip home. After being towed to another car shop, I was turned down since they did not work on foreign cars. They referred me to Webster where I have never felt more taken care of. Yes, it was an unfortunate situation, but the people who work at Webster comforted me in a way my own family would. They made me feel so much better and helped calm me down. If I werent 3 hours away, Id use Webster for absolutely everything! Thank you so much for being so kind and taking care of me. I am grateful for yalls help and expertise!
