Ive taken my two year old here a few times now and they always do a good job and each stylist has been patient and careful with him. They do much better than the kids places in San Antonio. We will definitely keep coming back here. Love his new cut.

I wish I could give this place no stars. Most of the ladies there always have an attitude and are rude to customers. I took my son to get his haircut and the ladies didnt even acknowledge we walked in the door. As I was waiting for my son to get his haircut, I saw one of the stylist be so mean to a little boy because when she asked if he liked his cut he said he wanted it shorter. She went back and forth with him about how much shorter and was using a tone that you could tell was making the little boy uncomfortable. She obviously didnt like that she was having to do more to his hair. I dont normally take time to write reviews but this place needs to have management fix these girls attitudes and the way they treat customers. I will not go back there and if your not a regular and these girls like you then your more than likely going to go here to get bad attitude and maybe a decent cut depending in the stylist. I wouldnt recommend going here for anything!

Even with being shorthanded and long wait times the stylists kept a friendly professional demeaner. Hint, use the app, book ahead and get there about 30 min early. If someone doesnt show up you move up quick since each cut runs about 20 min.

I wish I could give it less then 5 stars, I really sweet girl was helping my son (guessing she was new) and a older woman comes up and starts ridiculing her right in front of us.. the staff members are always like this just rude and unprofessional grabbing my 4 year old really rough and demanding in horrible tones for him to sit still. You have lost my business and I will make sure none of my associates come here

We took our two children to get hair cuts at this location. The only reason giving 2 stars instead of one is because they did an ok job cutting our boys hair. However, neither stylist was professional, friendly, or welcoming. They made it seem like we were imposing upon them by asking them to provide their service. If you work in the service industry, it is kind of your job to be polite, welcoming, and friendly.

Very efficient with getting clients through. Also, my 3 year old son had his first haircut ever on the day we went in. Your team treated him and all of us that got haircuts that day so very well. I will gladly return to get mine and my boys haircuts with you.

Alex was the associate who cut my hair, and it was one of the best haircuts I have ever received. She knew exactly how to handle my red hair, which is often a challenge for other barbers. She was professional and very friendly, plus since it was my first time, I got a complimentary shampoo and shoulder massage! I highly recommend Alex if you have not visited this location before.

StAff was friendly, online check in worked flawlessly and it was a great first experience there.

Probably worst haircut Ive ever had and I have a crew-cut, not a hard style at all. Sideburns were uneven, had to go back then noticed my hair was uneven all over the place. Terrible. Ill never go back.

Lara is the BEST hairstylist. She cuts hair the way I request it. You know your hair is cut well when it grows out a little and still looks great.

A new lady that just started gave my boys their haircuts.. Not to impressed wanted a hard crease didnt get one. Take what u can get at last minute..

I really liked my Mohawk fade. Had some H-Town flare. My stylist Amy was professional, upbeat and made me feel comfortable. The facility is incredible and her service top notch. I recommend Sport Clips and give Amy a shout out.

Worst haircut Ive ever had at a sport clips. Specifically asked if she could blend and the answer was yes. NO SHE CANT. I look like she put a bowl on my head and cut around it. Went somewhere else to TRY and fix it.
