I had the absolute best experience at this salon. The techs are sweet and are very personable. I had Tina and she is very talented and hardworking. I plan to make this my permanent salon! :)

Late review, but wanted to share my experience. When I first walked in, no one really greeted me, which is okay, I was a just a bit unsure on who to address for a pedicure. Was waiting a bit, which is also okay. Just had to uncomfortably walk up to one of techs. It was my first time there. The lady who did my pedicure was nice but the whole experience definitely felt rushed. However, she did have time to upsale with manicure and and brow wax which I did get. All of it was very fast, not sure if she really knew what I wanted as she had on headphones, occasionally talking, it was my first manicure. I got clear polish. Definitely not the relaxing experience I was hoping for, I was a little sad when I left but left a nice tip regardless.

I am livid. This was the most horrible experience ever. I got my nails done at DJ nails spa on New Year Eve. I asked the nail tech to turn down the drill. She ignored me. She burned and cut me several times. After I was burned she switched to a different drill but was still very ruff. She later went back to the original drill. I asked for a slightly curved shape to avoid lifting. She ignored my request again. I don’t even know what shape this is. I had to repeatedly ask her to remove the tiny pieces of hair that was on my nails. She tried to cover the debris with the acrylic instead of removing it. The polish job is very messy. She then kept filing, I’m assuming trying to fix the shape but once the polish dried you could see how lumpy and uneven the acrylic was. I am completely lost for words. It’s the next day and my fingers are so sore from the drilling and the cuts. I will not be returning. My 6 year old saw my nails when I got home and asked me if I did them myself. That’s how bad they are!

Recently stopped in for a mani / pedi on a Sunday afternoon. They were fairly busy, but got me in quickly. Techs were friendly and did a great job.

Happened here by chance and got a full set with Tina. She did a great job. The shop is clean, people are friendly, and everyone seemed happy to be there.

Went there on September 11th, 2020 to get my nails done. I did a acrylic refill and a pedicure. Everything was going well and it look like everything was going fine. I wanted a matte look on my acrylic nail but when the tech was finished with my nails i wasn’t pleased with the out come. My nails look like if it’s still not finished not the smooth matte look that I wanted. My toes look amazing though.

Amazing nail salon. Been going here to see Justin for 4 years religiously. I will never go to another place. The pedicures are amazing as well :) my nails are always perfectly shaped and last 3 weeks or more in between refills.

Don’t recommend this place. It was supposed to be a relaxing experience for my daughter and I but it was the opposite. The techs act like they are in a rush and we were treated like that. Not even once we were asked if we were comfortable or if we needed anything at all. Nail polish chipped and came off the same day.

Hannah did my gel pedicure and eyebrow wax. She was very professional and paid attention to detail. Was focused on the services I asked for. Will definitely return to this salon.

My fingers are in so much pain after yesterday’s full set. Cuts on almost every finger, the powder is not laying smooth and the polish I got in my pedicure is clumpy and looks horrible! So chunky that she should’ve thrown out the bottle and told me to find a new color. First time going there and last.

Bad bad experience my daughter went to this place she got cut a few times, nail polish everywhere after the job was done they also mess up with color shape. We ask for a refund, but the say they do not offer refunds they give her a maximum 3 days for salon credit or she will lose her money. Lady at the front tried to removed the nail polish by scraping my daughter’s skin.

Tina is AWESOME! They did not have the color that I wanted but she went out of her way and mixed two colors to make it, also she didn’t have the decor for my nails and she cut something in pieces to accommodate with what I wanted. She was super friendly and also, super fast! She did great.

Justin is the very best! Theres nothing he cant do. No design is impossible. He is very talented and creative, an artist, really. If you are unsure of what you want, ask for his suggestion. You will never be disappointed. The entire staff is prompt and courteous. The salon is beautiful. I dont live nearby at all but have been a loyal customer for over 8 years . There is no other nail salon for me.

Best nail salon Ive been to!!! Tried them when I moved about 3 minutes away. I dont have high hopes anymore, as a lot of salons really only care about taking your money. Not them! Theyre amazing & always do great work. They make sure you are happy before you leave and that your nails are how you want them. Never make excuses or brush you off. Recommend them 100%!! Oh, I get the acrylic nails & also pedicures :)

Did a great job!!! I had shellac and daughter had acrylics (powder) and her eyebrows done. Benh did a great job after my massage on hands and shoulders. I found a spot on one nail and he took care of it right away. Loved his mannerisms in the way he carefully cleaned and checked my nails after he finished each one!!! I will be back.

Overpriced & Nails don’t last more than 1 week! I already had 2 sets done and they don’t last. I asked for a refund and according to the manager i can’t get one because my nail bed is small. This time the nails i got were short length they should of lasted more than a WEEK! My old nail tech left to Vietnam so i had to look for a new one. I used to have my nails EXTRA Extra long with a short nail bed & my nails lasted 2 months. Worst $80 i have ever paid for. Very disappointed.

Ive been to just about every nail salon in the area! Most are over priced or so low on staff that getting a refill would take 2 hours. This was my first time in DJ nails. Kelly did a fantastic job and Justins nail art is beautiful! In and out in 40 minutes! Will definitely be back!

Made an appointment for a specific time and continued to have to wait with no communication from any of the workers. This is not the first time this has happened so I don’t advise going if you have no time to wait.

I have been going to JK Nails and DJ Nails for 6 years . Justin and Kelly have handpicked a fantastic group of people to work in their salons. The quality of work is amazing and their design ideas have no limits. They can do anything you ask. The staff is professional and very timely. I get compliments on my nails everywhere I go. I highly recommend these salons if you want quality nails done.

The polish on my nails would not dry, they tried to fix it, but even after 1 hour of letting dry I had 2 nails just completely smudge ... they need to have fans for use during polishing and allows coats to dry in between each one and then have polish dryer spray as well

Everyone is always very nice and the environment is clean. Ms Kelly is the sweetest and so fast! She made sure my bridal party were all taken care of and on time. Ive been going here for over 3 years and wont go anywhere else!

While the nail tech was friendly and fast, and my nails look nice, I wish she would had slowed down a bit. I was afraid a nail was going to be broken and it hurt a couple times when the file was hot or hit my skin when removing the old color. Getting dip powder shouldnt hurt. I dont like the color I picked on my nails versus the sample, I would have changed my pick if I was asked. Also cut the nail length before asking if it was right. Not sure if Ill be back.

I had a great experience! Pretty busy around 6 when everyone’s getting off work—at on yesterday. I went to a place right down the road and it took the lady about 10 min to do my “manicure” and dip. No exaggeration. I was not satisfied at all. Not cool. DJ Nails and Spa is by far the best!!! There was very limited times where they spoke in their language and you could tell it was only about business. People don’t want to deal with that when going to a place to try and relax. They def know business and customer service and strive to be the best! I definitely will be going back.

I loved the ultimate pedicure I got here! My favorite part was the complimentary neck massage I got at the end while I was letting my polish dry. Highly recommend!

I have looked for someone to do my nails that is good, and fast! Justin is all of that and more. Very effluent and my nails last a long time. Im not one to go every two or three weeks. I go every four to five weeks and they last ! Love this place!

I have been a client of Justin’s for going on 12 years now. So friendly and professional that I followed him to various different stores until he finally opened his own. He hires quality staff and cares very much about his clients’ satisfaction.

Very bad customer service, first time coming here and last !!! Lady that was attending me didn’t even let me pick out my own color. She didn’t let me get out my seat and would get mad if I moved just a bit. She rushed me to attend another customer and after I told one of them if they can fix one of my toes they just ignored me and told me to move by the fan. All of them were very rude and didn’t speak back after I would talk to them. They even told my friend (after asking if they took card) to make sure she tips.

Exceptional in every way from customer service to the services provided. Tina is my favorite, but others that have done my nails have been great, too. No complaints whatsoever!

I used to go there every month for years because honestly they’re the only good nail salon in spring but i stopped going because they stopped caring and rushed me the last couple of times i went there! i like to have long nails and i asked for powder one day because shellac chips and they didn’t want to use powder on my nails because my nails are too “long” EVEN THOUGH I WAS WILLING TO PAY EXTRA!!! I at least spend over 100$ every time i get my nails done But kelly didn’t want too? Justin does a really good job especially with designs but he hurts you when you get your nails done by him because he’s always rushing.

Place was nicely decorated. People were not very welcoming, guy doing my nails kept answering his phone which he did my nails all wrong. Uneven, some thick, others wider at tips then others. Then began rushing because they were closing early. I couldnt even complain because he kept messing up more

I took my girlfriend for her first time and they were so rude, they didn’t hear her out nor did they pay attention to detail. Really bad customer service never going back.

As I was happy about going to this nail shop for the first time yesterday, I did not enjoy my experience. My nails were done by a guy who sits at front entrance Justin I believe. Not sure. My nail process felt like a big RUSH. I felt I was rushed looking at powder colors so he insisted on doing the shellac so I just picked a color to get it over with since the nails were already glued on. During process I overheard the debit card machine is down, which he could have told me before I sat down, so I stated I would leave my ID and go to Chase ATM across the lot. He laughed and said No you would have to leave your phone. We have been gotten to many times like that. Thats how my manger would want it to done. I didnt trust leaving my phone just as he didnt trust me. He can tell I was upset so he threw in a free design. I couldve made a big scene but I just did it only because it was in the same lot. As soon as I come back with cash the machine is now working ! Because of the way I felt profiled, Ill never go back. Maybe if my skin color was different I couldve left my ID.

Don’t waste your $$ or your time. Poor job on my GF the 1st time on a new set of nails. The tech Hanna rushed so fast it took her 33 minutes from start to finish. One day later they began to peel and lift. After going back to have 6 repairs done within a week due to the 1st poor job, we were told we had to pay for a new set. Kelly, the owner re-did them but insisted on charging. During the re-do she was rude and snippy to both me and my GF. Not a good business or people. Go somewhere else they only care about $$ / tips and nothing else.

Went in today and got very very poor service told me and my little girl they could get us in and never got to us. We had issues With the water in our pedicure buckets And they acted like it was our fault The owner and managers are very rude Don’t waste your time and money they need to close down and they also use illegal Scrapers To do your feet

I went in a week and half ago and the lady that did my nails was terrible and they broke and when one broke I took it off and noticed I had fungus on my ring finger and also on my pinky finger! I took all of my nails off and will never return! That’s disgusting!

Been going here for 2 years. Great service. Usually in/out in 1.5 hrs for mani/pedi shellac if done at same time. The custom designs are really pretty too.

I saw somebody else complaining about them running their card twice; well that just happened to me as well this weekend!They told me their card reader could not read my new debit card so we should try with another card... I’d been charged on both cards and now I’m struggling to have one of those transactions stopped.

Nail technician didnt realize I was black, so when the black customer at the station next to her left the shop, my nail technician went on to speak very unprofessionally to me and the other technicians, regarding the womans weight, clothes even the way she spoke. I did inform the manager about the comments which were very offensive not only to me as a Black Latina, but to any respectable human being.

Justin does a great job. I like the sides to be tapered where it doesnt look like a fake nail, & he does this very well. He can do about any design as well.

This is the best clean nailshop, Ive been coming here for years. Wouldnt trade it for anyone else. Best service always.

The past 3 times I went there I had a very bad experience. Not only do you wait a long time, they also take customers with groups over others so they don’t loose them and make more money. Even if you got there first! When they’re busy they don’t really take care of you and do a bad job. Overall I gave them a lot of chances, I just got disappointed every time. I’m done with them.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I am HIGHLY upset with the way I’ve been treated here. Everytime i go here i spend nothing less than $120 This used to be my regular salon but one day I go in for my APPOINTMENT with a friend. We sit down as Ben starts on my feet but my friend sits there for at least 30 minutes or so still waiting for someone to come help her. It wasn’t crazy busy and we had previously explained to them that we made an appointment so we could get our nails and toes done together. Everyone in the place just gave us a negative vibe like they had attitudes I have no idea why. So after almost being half way through my pedi my friend gets upset and wants to leave. I explain that I’m so sorry but she wants to leave because at this point it’s been 45 min or so. I also offered to still pay for my services but they tried to get us to stay. I was extremely apologetic but they were just downright rude! Which is ok and understandable. NOW I call today to try to get an appointment with TINA. Coincidentally she was the one to answer the phone when I call and I ask can I come see her at 12 she says no she can’t. So I ask what time she would be available and she said “no I don’t wanna do for you” I asked why bc I didn’t do anything to her? She wasn’t even on my nails that day. She proceeds to tell me that no one there wants to do my nails and that they didn’t like they way I left last time. MIND YOU they were the ones who took 45 min to start on an APPOINTMENT. Very disappointed that I was refused service by a salon I’ve been going to for over 2 years. The service was never really that friendly to begin with and they aren’t very helpful when asking questions they just seem to get irritated and brush you off to the side. Definitely wouldn’t go back even if they would take me. Super super disappointed. DONT GO HERE.**updateThey called me after leaving an FB review NOT to apologize but to try to justify what they had done and then tried to get me to set an appointment after I was told that NO ONE wanted to take care of me. Only reason they called is to attempt to make things better so I would take the reviews down. NOPE. I will not go back to this salon EVER.

Total overall service was below average. I had a mani and pedi. The older lady that did my pedi was very sweet but the lady that did my sister in laws pedi was a little odd. I felt judged - if that makes any sense. But what really made my rating low was the lady that did my mani. She was pregnant and maybe thats her excuse but she wasnt very frendly and when it was time for the massage part of the mani, it was like she was purposely trying to hurt me. I politely mentioned how hard she was squezing my hand mainly between my thumb and 2nd finger and she ignored me and felt like she intentionally tried to squeeze harder while speaking in their foreign language to the other lady.

Went in and got shellac on a Sunday, and although mine usually lasts 10-14 days, I had to return Saturday because so many of my nails were peeling or chipped. The man re-did my manicure at no cost; however, my second shellac manicure only lasted 6 days again. I won’t be returning.

First time here. Loved it.
