Ive been going to Unails for 10+ years! They are Amazing to at the least! I have NEVER left unhappy with my nails or pedicure! Definitely check them out if you havent already!!!

From the time that I arrived, very un professional. Been going to them 20+ years. Not the same people since pandemic. Eyebrow wax was full of trash, lady used dirty towels to dry my feet. I questioned her and she began to talk in Vietnam. Rushed job, made my toenails bleed. I made her stop. I will make a complaint to state. Never ever going back!!

The Nail Tech was nice. I do not have any complaints but it wasnt anything extravagant. I got a manicure and a pedicure a Shellac Manicure.

My gf has been going here for many years and know some of the folks that work here.I would not trust any of the negative reviews about sanitation or infection because they sanitize everything.The reason those people get infections can vary from hygiene or cuts/damages to their cuticle after the fact from sports or activities or accidents or just people that intentionally pick at their cuticles similar to people that bite their nails.Also they get negative reviews from people who are refused service because they come here from their GP or podiatrist office asking for pedicures when they are diabetic or have fungus or sores that wont heal or any amount of diseases that their GP doctors dont want to deal with or they refuse to listen.Its a sad and malicious world we live in when people are so bent on damaging a business that is serving their community.

Yesterday was my first time here and it was amazing. I was greeted and didn’t have to wait long . The lady that did my feet was fast but she took here time as well . Prices are affordable I will be returning I found a new nail shop 😊

Just went here for the first time today. I felt like the ladies rushed and were completely unhappy and unwelcoming. I got a mani pedi and almost every cuticle was left bleeding. I had to reshape my own nails when I got home too. 0/5 would NOT recommend.

Dont waste your time or money. For the gel manicure I received, I should have done it myself. Tech made my cuticles bleed, did not cute nails even(had to reshape when got home), did not polish entire nail bed. What a waste.

Excellent experience. My second time there and the people are so friendly and polite. I had medi- pedi- hair cut and style for 80 bucks. Gwen is super smart and gives you a great relaxing experience..

It had been a while since my last visit. I remembered a relaxing experience. However, this time was different. The pedicure was less than 20 minutes. It felt rushed too. While the polish looks fine, the massage and pumice stone was too fast. I was also offered a bottle of water and never got it.

It was my first time going to unails, my typical nail salon was packed so I decided to give it a try,My biggest issue is the pedicure, the moment I told her I just wanted the regular pedicure and not one more expensive she stopped working on my feet dried them and painted my nails, I work on my feet at lot, so I get a lot of dead/dry skin under my feet, they are still so rough they weren’t clean properly it was a waste of my money, the nails weren’t half bad, a lot bulkier than I like but they look decent. Just my feet, I’m so upset it was q waste of my money

I do not care for when I go in to get my nails done that they all start speaking in a foreign language that I do not understand

I do believe this was the best hombre job on my nails I have ever had they paid very close attention to details and they made them not to at the ends

Yesterday I went there to do my nails (dip powder) and it was first time visiting them..I chose 2 colors one very glittery for one nail and the others little shiny. She put the little shiny in the wrong nail and when I asked her if she can fix it, she said cannot be fixed and decided to show me other colors to use for my other nails.I wasn’t sure whether it can be fixed or not as it was my first time but after I left I realized that yes it can be fixed. I guess it’s busy time of the year and she can’t be bothered.The other thing as well is that I felt so rushed from how quick she worked in my nails as if she wants to get rid of me! 😔I wished to have my nails (pinky off white rather than bright white!)Need the less to say that nails are not straight and some nails are longer than the others!

I was greeted by a lady yelling across the room. Asking me “What you want” i came in for a facial and haircut. The lady rushed through process the entire time. The facial left my face extremely dry and she completely ruined my hair. She left a huge bald spot on the forehead hair line. After the haircut she didn’t bother to remove the waste hair from my face. Was charged $55 for horrible service. Will not return or recommend this location.

Have gone here for a few yrs, and even though they Have always been unkind, unpleasant and never smile, except to offer you more services, I liked that it is close to my house and I did not have to wait and they usually did a good job. Recently it has not been the case....burnt both of my eyebrows when waxing and nails looked good for 1 week, 2 fell off without doing anything! Pedicure was horrible and done rushing as if they just want to get you out of the way! They make you feel as if you are being paid for being there, and not the other way around. Will not come back!

I have been a customer for over four years. I mainly get pedicures (occasional manicure) and have always had great experiences. I havent been in a year due to Covid. My last visit (Feb 2020) I left really disappointed in quality of service. I just returned for the first time and was really excited to have a pedicure....I am leaving disappointed again! The pedicure was rushed and some steps were completely skipped. Normally a gentleman is at the front processing payments. Today, was a woman and she was not friendly or inviting at all! Sad to say but I think I will be finding a new nail salon.

Went in early Thursday morning. Seemed rushed for not many people in... ordered a full set manicure and luxury pedicure. I was never offered a drink. And my nails are bubbled and crooked. First time customer will not be coming back.

Stopped in to meet up with my mother, aunt and grandmother before lunch and they seem to really enjoy themselves here. The entire staff was very friendly and courteous. They do quality work for a reasonable price and are very fast in serving you. For a man sitting back lounging on the couch watching TV until they were done I have to say I enjoyed it laugh out loud. I was very impressed with the structure and decor. Definitely a facility five star Worthy.

Everytime I go it seems like something is messed up when I leave. Thankful they fixed them this time but I shouldnt have to go back after the first time.

I came in 20 minutes before they were about to close and the lady still did my nails, she stayed a hour after they had closed just to do my nails! I wish I got her name because she was such a sweetheart! She just such a good job! And she was so helpful! I couldnt pick a color so she picked one for me and it ended up beautiful!

I come here every two weeks for shellac mani and and regular pedi, and Mimi and Tina treat me like a QUEEN!!! These ladies know what they are doing, give THE BEST massages (ask Tina for extra long!), and their polish job is always flawless! Love this place!

I got my nails done and they turned out really good, the lady who did my nails was really nice and made sure I liked everything that she was doing and it was pretty in expensive and it only took about an hour which is pretty good for dioped nails

UNails made my nails look amazing for my wedding day! I been to them before but never did powder nails before with my Pinterest inspiration for wedding nails. The staff was professional and got me right in.The got a 4 star because their prices are a little higher than most but they stay open later than others and shop is clean

Didn’t hate it but I also didn’t like it. Paid $55 for shellac on my hands and pedicure. Lady cut my toe nails wayyy to short and she didn’t take away any dead skin on my feet she literally just applied like two lotions and the stone massage was about 30 second per foot.... wax was boiling when she put my feet in the wax bags. I don’t have any complaints about my shellac on my hands

Incredibly sore after having acrylics put on. Former salon had ground my nails to tissue but they explained it all here. Told me to expect the soreness so Im getting through it. The things we endure for little bits of beauty in our lives...

Sun (Son or whatever his name is).... is EXTREMELY RUDE! He threw my receipt and the pen to me. I just went into get an emergency eyebrow waxing and the lady messed up my brows. This is place needs a better host. Don’t waste your time going here. I wouldn’t spend another dollar here.

Very clean been going there for little over 2 years now I have always left with what I wanted never has there been time where I was disappointed. They need more artists employees because there is only one and that is Katy and she can do ever design that u ask for she is amazing.

Well I liked this place at first. They did a good job on my pedicure, but a fungus showed up on my toes. I havent been back because they obviously don’t sanitize their equipment.

Doors locked that took me anyway for a mani/pedi, no complaints. Technicians friendly and personable even at end of the day. Great job!! Will most definitely be back!

I dont normally leave reviews, especially not bad ones. But please dont go to this salon. They were unfriendly and did a bad job on my nails in the first place, they dont look good. But on top of that they were kind of rough and I think the tools were dirty, as I have an infected cuticle now. The reason I blame it on unsanitary tools is because when doing my wax she re-dipped the wooden stick in the wax, using the same stick the whole time! The wax pot was covered in old wax and looked kind of gross.. wax was uncomfortably hot, but also apparently dirty because now I have a rash with bumps on my face in the places where she waxed me! I didnt want to say anything so I just paid and left, but I was pretty upset. I didnt even think of leaving a review until the painful infected cuticle and rashy bumps on my face showed up. People deserve to know this place is unsanitary, its a health hazard. Please dont go here.

This place was aweful they tried to charged me $38 for a full set but really what they mean is cut all the nail tip and just put powder over the natural nail. I went to tell them this isnt what I asked for and all that was said is I didnt hear right. The man at the front was very rude and made me feel like I was the one at fault never even offered to compensate for the mistake that happened. I even asked a fellow Customer about the issue and she agreed, yet the man still continued to argued and say that I was at fault. Dont go here I felt very disrespected.

Ive been getting my nails done here for the past 2yrs and Ive had both good and bad experiences. But I decided to post a review because its critical information that consumers should know about. I just received a nail infection in my index finger. At first I kept telling myself no this cant be, but after reading a review posted 12mo ago from a lady who got a nail infection also, & 9mo ago another posted about unsanitary tools, and a month ago about a lady taking her mom here who also got a nail infection, I cannot just turn a blind eye to this. They have several nail technicians who have no idea how to do solar or shellac. Ive had situations where my shellac peeled after one day. But I just always requested another technician and tried to stick with it. So this time I just was fed up and switched to Solar 3mo ago. I stuck with one technician but she was off this time so I was desperate and went with another technician for a full set solar powder. This lady removed my nails very rough with a tool that was painful and made my nail bleed. All of my fake nails begin to lift at the base within 1 week. I went back to get them off and my technician did them this time, but the tools mixed with the damage done prior caused this infection. Sorry to say, I will not be back. This is such a sad thing but Ive NEVER in 8yrs had a nail infection ever, so I must move on. Please be advised and read your reviews. Wish I had done the same.

My go to nail shop! They make sure to get you in and out and still provide quality work.

Most of the time they do a good job here. They offer a lot of services from shilac Mani/pedi to haircuts. They always do a good job on brows. The only down side is that sometimes they rush when theyre really busy and they get kind of sloppy with painting. My favorite in the area though.

You tell them what you want, The Tech came and said Hello then she just took off walking and so fast, I wasnt sure if I was suppose to follow her, I finally got to the Pedicure bowl and she put up the chair arm and walked away again, She came back with her supply bucket and started my Pedicure, She did an Okay job on the Pedicure not really attention to detail as Im use to, but the French Manicure polished was great

I have a favorite nail tech ., she does a great job. I only go because of her . I went in earlier this year in March to have my hair colored and had a terrible experience with on of the hairdressers., she was nice at first and then when I went back to have her fix something that she did wrong.,, she refused and was rude and the mangers wouldnt speak to me regarding this incident ???? I only go for pedi and eyebrow waxing because I see the same tech who is kind and takes good care of my needs.

Had a pedicure and eyebrow wax yesterday. It was my first time at this place. It was awful. The person who gave me the pedicure had an attitude of disregard that was tough to take. Customer quality has gone down the tubes. They rush through so fast, Told them I only needed my own nails polished that I was not purchasing false ones. The lady put so many coats on my nails that they are paper thin now. Polish did not even last 5 days. Did not get to enjoy the chair, as soon as I sat down and turned on the chair a lady came and turned off the chair not even 3 minutes later. The lady doing my toes did not even put a finishing coat over them. Therefore, the silver design I paid extra for started coming off before I even got ready for the evening party I was going to 4 hours after leaving salon. Was over charged

Its the absolute worst salon ever the only thing good they have are nail colors. Im currently here where Ive been nothing but nice and polite like a normal human being. While Kate a very young girl is rude, dismissive, and pretty rough. I just had surgery shes yanking me to get up pushing me to move. Ive never in my life experienced such horrible service in my life at a nail salon. Dont waste your time there are plenty of other nail salons why did I go to this one Ill never know. I only regret it.

DISAPOINTMENT. SAD, SUB PAR SERVICEDecided to treat my daughter to a girls day, first stop, U nails. Asked for upgraded pedi, got downgraded treatment. It was rushed, tooK less than 30 minutes. The technician was so distracted, she actually passed up a toe while buffing. Massage was subpar, the detail promised in upgrade, was NOT DELIVERED. I was finished way before my daughter, and was asked to go an sit in another area. Worst experience Ever. Did not let it ruin our day, but still cant believe how uncaring they were, and how far off of the mark they were as to the details of what this pedi service outlined.

Not a reg nail person, only go when I have special events or my bday. I was taken care of right away on a Sat at 1pm, no appt. Thats pretty good for me. No pressure to upgrade or get other services. Loved my toes, unhappy with dipped nails, the acrylic was soooo thick on my nails. Also, the lady who was doing my nails had an appt come in and she was still working on my nails, I felt like she started rushing with me. All and all an ok experience.

The owner or whoever he is, Sean, an older man was extremely rude as well as 3 nail techs I’ve dealt with at this nail shop. Like RUDE RUDE. The nail lady glared at me the entire time she did my nails and didn’t smile one time I was there. I spent $55 over the weekend there getting a full set with shellac color on top. The lady sped thru my nails and when she was done I knew I didn’t like them, but I left the salon anyways. I tried to like them for 4 days, but I just couldn’t. The color was no good, and there were a few nails where there was gobs of the gel powder just bulky and hanging off the tips where she didn’t file down. The color was already chipping off the tips and it had only been 4 days. This was my 2nd time coming here. I went back on day 4 and the lady who did them was not working. I told Sean I just didn’t really like the color and it was already coming off and wanted to change it, he cut me off and said, “$20”. I was like, well I was just here 4 days ago and spent $55 for these and I’m just not really satisfied there are some areas that aren’t done well. He look at me and said, “you want to change color, $20”. All I could do was smile and say ok. All was said and done, new nail tech who did them STILL messed them up and did a poor job, and I STILL tipped her and paid $20!!!! $75 on a full set!!! They are some jokesters at this shop. They speed thru the job, and don’t care if you like them or not. Will blatantly mess them up and not care if you notice it or not. Not to mention there was no sound at all in the shop. No music, the tv was on mute. Extremely awkward and quiet and I will NEVER go back me or my two daughters who love to get their nails done. Completely crazy to think that’s how you can do business with someone.

Ive been coming to this nail salon for the past 9-10 years and Ive always used the same nail tech, his name is Co. Ive never had an issue with getting nail infections or the cleanliness of the facility/tools. Some of the women are rude or may seem rude but its only the ones that have no idea what youre saying because they dont speak English. Every time Ive had a nail break (I play softball) I go in and they fix it for free! Im honestly surprised at some of the bad reviews on here, take it from a LONG time happy customer....give this place a shot. Ask for co for an awesome set of nails!

Walked in today and asked for a pink fill and pedicure on my lunch hour. Was greeted by female owner and she asked me to pick out color for my nails. After picking color she directed me to pedicure chair. Both pedi and fill girls were extremely rough and rude. They pedi girl has no idea how to do a pedicure or paint toe nails had paint all above my natural toe nails. When taking off my polish she was rubbing the polish rover all over my toes instead of off my toe nails. When the nail girl went to remove my polish she used electric file and filed off all the white from my pink and white set and started filling the white I stopped her and explained I only wanted pink fill. She got upset and said not her problem then started speaking in a different language. She was sitting to the left of me and when she went to fill my right hand she put a soiled pillow on my lap to rest my hand on. How disgusting. When she finally started pink fill she put globs of pink fill on and left huge lumps all over my nails. When she went to paint again she put way to much polish on including all over my fingers. This is a horrible salon with extremely rude staff. After going there for a year I will never return. The owners obviously have no sense of customer service any more. Very sad.

Made an appointment and after 50 minutes after my appointment should have started, was I finally spoken to. Several walk ins were seen before me and I was never updated of when I would be seen. Don’t bother with an appointment when it doesn’t matter to the staff anyways. I decided that they wasted my time and didn’t care so I left and will not return.

Shoddy work, rude, unsanitary-STAY AWAY! After I got a Pedi here, i developed plantar warts on my feet. My acrylic nails would fall off a week and half later. When i addressed the issue to the staff they told me it was my fault bc of my work.... I work in an office and type all day.... Went to a new place, 3 weeks later my nails are not coming off at all.

Anybody in Spring area, please DO NOT use this place!I walked in told the lady i was getting my nails done for my wedding, she said okay! Told her i wanted white tip, she got mad because i didnt want white powder and pink powder! Then she proceeds to be very rough with my nails, after shes done i look at my nails there is little black specks in my nails that make my nails look dirty! **hint: white tips do not have black specks in them** she proceeds to tell me because i chose a low grade nail, i would get low quality! I am highly upset at this point and just want her to let me pay and go home but no she then clips all of the nails off and tells me to go somewhere else she doesnt have time for me! I asked if she would soak the additional off and she walks away and ignores me! Having to return home to my fiance who was paying for my nails, he becomes irrate and we end up back at the salon with both of my children, i sat my boys in a chair after they agreed to soak them off! The chair was barely rolling back and forth and the receptionist yelled at ny kids telling them do not move my chairs!!! I ask please do not get on to my children i will be the one to decide if they are doing wrong! Totally wishing i could give 0 stars! Worst place ever.....after 5 hours my nail beds are still burning and swollen!!!!!

In short.. awful. I came in for a pedi and refill for French dip mani. the pedi tech, Giang was extremely rough with my toes and nearly drew blood on two different toes. instead of using a power file, she used a normal one and thats why caused me to almost bleed. the shellac she did was alright.. but she added a color underneath when all I wanted was glitter.. but whatever, its fine. my nails on the other hand.. awful. the lady had no clue how to do a French dip mani.. the pink is cloudy on several nails and she left all sorts of stuff around my cuticles. I think it was a combination of the brand/quality of the dip powder they use and the lady had no idea what she was doing.. if I spend almost $80, I expect to walk out looking like it... today I did not. I will never go there again and I urge you to do the same.

Its always the nail thats crooked when its not! So tired of nail shops saying its ur nail not even being even when its not! Isnt that why when u go to nail salons they fix ur nail the way u want it? Like its called art for a reason. The nail shop next to this place is way better it might be a lil pricey but u rather get ur money worth then not get nothing at all. Never will I come back to unails!

Ive been going here pretty consistently for a little over a year now, but this past month my mom returned home after getting her nails done, and every single one of her nails under her set began cracking... It appears definitely that she had some type of infection, and she had to take her set off, some of them ripping her nail off underneath. I figured it may be a problem with her nails, but not in general with the facility. I returned to get a refill, and low and behold, one day later and my nails are starting to look like hers did... Like the false nail is peeling off. Im going to leave it alone and see what happens, but the irony is that when I show my mom and ask her if thats how hers looked in the beginning, after some questioning, we come to the conclusion that theres a big chance we had the same person do our nails. And as someone whos been getting sets for years, I know for a fact that theres some steps this lady missed - like, oh, I dont know, washing your hands before the final layer of finishing gel is applied? Im wondering how important that tiny step was, and if there are bacterial problems that may arise if you dont do it...

I went to this salon on January 15 & within a week 3 of my nails have popped off and they are already growing out. The guy who did was my nails did a rush job and I felt he was inexperienced. I called and they told me they would charge me instead of fixing my nails for free. I will not be back.
