The ladies here are very unpressional. 3 ladies working only 1 busy. They started doing my nails and another customer arrived and told me to wait. Then told me I needed to wait they don’t know for how long and left my nails incomplete.

If I could give half a star I would. Called in asked for pricing and if they could tint my eyebrows like I wanted and they said they could. Once I arrived asked them once again if they could do what I wanted even showed a picture of what I desired. Again they said yes. Everything was fine once they started during my eyebrows. Upon finishing I look in the mirror and see that my eyebrows are way thinner than what I asked and also not tinted at all. I do have a darker complexion but they said they could do the job. Looks like my eyebrows were just waxed. I voiced my concerns she said she couldn’t fix it and then tried to still charge me way more than what was discussed. I told her that wasn’t the price discussed and she starts getting an attitude and yelling at me. I will never go to this establishment again for any services and I advice anyone who wants their eyebrows tinted to not go here either. Very disappointed in the end result.

Too expensive..

Had to come back the next day because i waited for a while on my first visit. Other than the wait, i had no issues. Satisfied with their service as it was good but not the best Ive had.

I could not be happier going to Fancy Nails. Jennifer and the gang always make you feel at home. I typically get a regular manicure/ pedicure and continually walk away happy.

Love this place. The staff is very friendly. Ive been going for at least five years. Quality work, fashionable looks and reasonable prices.

Fancy nails is my regular salon. I continued to go here because of their reasonable prices and friendliness. I regret to say, I will no longer be going back. My last visit, I had a new woman do my nails. This visit was horrifying as she cut my cubicles too deep on almost every nail, one finger took 20 minutes to stop the bleeding. She also filed too deep into my nail bed and into the skin underneath. After this experience, I feel it is not worth it to continue my service here.

I really liked going to this place with Jennifer. I love how she does pedicure and nails. What I dont like is some of the co workers she had there. They do a very crappy job cant even nail polish correctly. I think I can nail polish way better with no license. She needs other workers.

Ive been there mid 2017 (recently) as well as earlier this year. Everyone is great and very professional. I had mani pedi and they turned out great. I love how relaxed and even how funny and personable they are as well as professional. My nails always look great.

This was literally the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. My 9 year old daughter can paint nails better than the lady that did mine. She rushed through and didn’t paint the edges of my nails at all! This is something so basic to do! Didn’t ask for anything crazy. Just a simple manicure. Will NEVER come back here again.

I use to use this salon a long while ago. I decided to get my nails done so I went here. NEVER AGAIN. I requested my toenails be painte the same color as my nails. I had black nails and I got red toesd . I Had acrilic nails put on. Sloppy job tons of product on my nails. They looked horrible bumpy nad misshaped. The guy burnt my nail bed and egde of my nail.

I went first time there for my nails but bad very bad experience with the rude and mean lady she was trying to hurting my fingers and her behavior was so rude she was speaking Chinese with her employees and she was saying something bad and after when she was making shape my nails she cut my finger and start bleeding and its still hurting and was looking me so rude she is unprofessional. They should have to cancle her license.I happened the same as one of the clients that was

Bad experience ! Horrible why would u put a lady at a table to do acrylic nails and she doesnt have a clue what shes doing. She made me bleed and kept sawing my nails done to the pink .
