Although they do good nails the professional is horrible, I will never go back to the nail place not only did he refuse to do a simple design but he made something that happened between him and another formal client dictate his professionalism with me as a client. I can see that you have it bad going back and forth with client but this is my review based solely on my experience and I know how important reviews can be to people so I will not be going back and forth with anyone on my experience. I will say it again, this place will never get my business.

Consistency and exceptional customer service is what makes this place special. Tom, Lee and crew have taken great care of us each and every time we have come in. Would highly recommend!

I had a dip powder full set done by Taylor Woohoo. She was very pleasant at my first service. However, when I noticed that my shape was very uneven as well as the dip powder. She did not want to fix it at all. When I walked in the business, I was never greeted and no one ever approached me or asked what I needed or “How can I help you?”. For the price, the quality of service does not match at all.

Overall the service was impecable. The staff are so nice and kind. I also like that their suggested form of payment is venmo, cash app or zelle. From what I can tell they dont accept cards but do take cash and have an atm. I really liked my nails but upon further inspection wished the color went all the way down the nails.

Staff was amazing. Nick is so good at his job and super personable. The other staff members were also great. They wouldn’t let me put on my own shoes without helping me before I left. Super sweet and they went above and beyond. My nails look amazing. No cuticles were polished and they did a great job on the square shape as well. Nick fixed my nail I messed up immediately as I came back in the salon.

Ive been a happy repeat customer of this salon for 3 months. Their technique is efficient and well done as well as superbly creative.

In the last 2 years, this has become my go to spot for pedicures. They recently renovated the inside and upgraded massage chairs, which really fits with their customer-oriented service. Tom, Nick, and Lee have done incredible jobs.

Don was great. Its really hard to find the “perfect” nail shop, but I think I may have found it now . My nails are PERFECTION . Clean, sharp, shiny. Just how I like . Will definitely be back ! 😊

Came in with my daughter who was very excited to get her nails done. I’ve been here twice before. Waited 5 minutes before someone came to ask me what I needed, I asked if they were still taking people and she replied with a yes, I told her we needed manicures and pedicures and she spoke to a man who works there in another language . She then turned to me and said “sorry we can’t “ so I asked” you can’t do any of it” and she said “no sorry” and walked away. My daughter didn’t understand why she was so rude and I didn’t understand why she said yes then changed her mind. I see a lot of 5 stars on here and realized it’s only because you get a discount if you give them a five star review . Never will I go into that salon again.

I found this nail place whenever I moved to the area and it’s been over a year and I’ve never gone anywhere else! My roommate and I love this place so much! The nails are consistently beautiful and they are very precise with the shape of you nails so they always look perfect. They’re super welcoming and always make sure you’re comfortable. Olivia always does my nails, she’s a god at what she does! #TeamOlivia! and if she’s not available don is also amazing at what he does especially with designs and diamonds!I love all of their pedicure options as well! They are definitely worth the price.

My technician was Olivia. And let me tell you, her attitude was great. I enjoyed getting my nails done from her and the way they turned out so Symmetrical and soooo pretty. Definitely my go to nail place!

I saw Olivia today for my refill for the first time and she did an amazing job and got my shape exactly how I wanted it! Great nail salon. Gentle on your nails. Switched to this salon when previous salon was destroying my nails with the way they removed my gel polish. Olivia and Kim take their time and gently remove gel polish without removing layers of your nails.

I came to this nail salon because of all the positive reviews. Overall I had an average experience, even when I came back because of a broken nail. However what I didnt appreciate is the fact that their prices arent displayed. I was basically charged $60 for full tips with powder dip and just regular polish on my toes (not a pedi). But paid $57 because I paid with Zelle. Thats overpricing and how could I argue with the amount if its not posted. Also, theres a sign that said something about price depends on customers attitude. Thats definitely some form of prejudice and stereotyping customers.Not good business practice so I wont be returning. Im sure I will have a better experience paying for services that I know everyone else is paying for too.

I didn’t mind waiting 30 minutes for a full set and pedicure as a walk-in. I wanted to soak off my old set while I waited. I wait then a gentleman asked me to have a set. He then proceeded to tell me the price of every service... weird but okay he then stated a soak off would be 15$. I replied what?!? I Declined and left!

I scheduled an appointment with Cuong M Phan@Don_woohoo on IG & paid a deposit.I was less than a mile away from the nail salon when a car ran a red light and hit me causing significant damage. Thankfully I was ok but just unable to drive. While I waited on law enforcement I contacted @Don_woohoo & let him know what was going on and that I would need to reschedule. This was 15 mins before my scheduled appointment. He responded several hours later with new appointment dates. I told him which date I wanted & he asked for me to pay another deposit. I requested that my deposit be transferred due to the accident that he could literally see from outside the shop that’s how close I was. He told me that “Time is money” and I should understand that. This is my 6th time coming to him, I always show up & tip and treat him very nicely even when I have to wait for him to finish up although I have an appointment. I just think that this is not ok & he has no respect for human life. He never even asked me was I ok or anything. Things happen all the time and my deposit should have been transferred but just know that if you almost die he doesn’t care AT ALL because “Time is money”. He has very nice work but in order for me to spend my money I have to be valued. Be careful and 100% that you can make it (which is impossible) or you will forfeit your money (accidents, death, traffic, etc) “TIME IS MONEY”- Cuong M Phan
