I was so impressed with the quality of service I received. The ladies worked so hard and their efforts are definitely noticed. My home looks great and is so clean. This was my very first time booking a professional cleaning and I was not disappointed. MaidPro was amazing!!!!! I surely will use them again! Just AWESOME SERVICE!

Weve been very happy with MaidPro. On top of doing good work, the workers are also friendly, and everyone is very open to criticism and/or direction. If there is something that you think they can do better on, or something that youd like done differently that may be unique to you or your home, dont be afraid to communicate with them. Usually, cleaning crews impress you at first, and then start to slack off - but weve noticed MaidPro wants to get better and will ask you for criticism, and our cleans have been getting better and better.

I have been very pleased with the ladies who came to clean my house and the job they have done. I especially like the fact that of the team of two, one is always the same so she has learned quickly what things I want done and how I like things. I also like the checklist with a personal note that they leave each time and the fact that I can call if I am not satisfied and they will come back and make it right, but I have NEVER had to do that! Everyone who has been to my house has been very pleasant and friendly as well as efficient. I have had other cleaning services in the past and MaidPro far exceeds any I have used previously.

MAID PRO IS THE BEST!!! I have had several cleaning services and personal maids over the years. The cleaning is sub-par at best, never consistant, and I never feel good about the people in my house. I have been stolen from, appointments dropped, and things broken. BUT, Maidpro has blown me away at every turn. Not only are the prices good the people are even better. SETH!!! cleans my house and if you want your house clean and cleaned right you will ask if he is available at a time that works for you. I could go on and on about him and this company but I assure you that this is a well run company that employs good people. You will not be disappointed!!!! Thanks Seth!!

MaidPro is the first cleaning service I have used. I am the type of person to shop around and try different products and services, but MaidPro has been good enough that I havent felt the need to try any other cleaning services.The MaidPro cleaners have always done an excellent job cleaning the house. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats so the floors were the big problem area that drove us to find a cleaning service in the first place. The floors always look great when they are done.There was a short period of time where we discontinued service, and then started it up again. When the service started up again there were a few bumps in the road due to some miscommunications and/or misunderstandings of instructions. However, the quality of the cleanings remained great and MaidPros office staff quickly sorted out the administrative confusion.Overall I would rate the service as very good and recommend it.

I have used them twice this year and both times they have done an excellent job. My house sparkles and the price is what they quoted..

I read some the reviews and decided to use Madepro Spring division! Boy did I make the wrong decision!!!! I asked for two people for clean up and three arrived at my home an hour and 15 mins late!! However, I thought three people, Great! As I let the ladies in my home, I gave them a walk through! I asked the ladies to take a few minutes to look around to see what needs to be done and tell me if you are willing to complete the job! This prejob meeting took about 15 minutes! Only one lady responded to my questions regarding the work, she explained that she was the lead! I told her that in addition of me paying the company that I would give them a $100.00 bonus when the job was completed!!! I gave her my number and told her to please give me a call if something came up and I was leaving my 25 adult son in the and address him also if something should come up! My Son called Soon after I left to tell that all three of these ladies, sat down on the sofa and talked and laughed!! So what this lead worker and fellow workers did was, sat on my sofa for a hour and one half on my sofa called their supervisor to my home to look at the work, my son then called me to tell me a man was in my home, I told him to go and tell lead worker to please give me a call! She called me Five minutes later. I asked her if everything was OK! She replied, that everything was OK! I asked her who was the man in my house, she replied it was her boss bringing more supplies! Hung up with her! Got a call from Corp office telling me that job had to end, that workers couldnt do the work! And I would be paying the company for 2 hours! I said fine and headed home, I was only 15 mins away! I arrived home in 15 minutes, the workers were gone by then, and walked in and find 5 small bags filled and that was it!! OK, so it took 2 hours for 3 adults to fill 5 bags???What I think happened:: At the time these ladies walked in my home, they knew, or the lead knew she/they was not or could not do the job!! She/ they sat down on my sofa for an hour and one half and did nothing but wanna get paid for doing nothing!!!! I think this worker did this before!!! Butt not me!!Corp office staff, was excellent!!!!!!!

Let me start by saying that I am a teacher. I work REALLY hard, and my pay does not show it!! I am not quick to spend money on things for myself, especially cleaning service. This year, my job is extra hard and physically demanding. I found myself spending the only free time I had at home on the weekend writing lesson plans...and cleaning. Family time...whats that? I finally gave in and began the research process. (...cant help it...Im a teacher!!) I was looking for a bonded, insured, highly rated, REASONABLY priced company that did not require an annoying contract when I finally found Maidpro. (Note: my hubby is AGAINST hiring an individual to clean our home. Tried that, had issues...He is only comfortable with a legit company.)My awesome experience began on the phone with E.J. He was about the nicest, least pushy guy on the planet! He answered my questions...and I had plenty...never once making me feel pressured into some long term contract. (Unlike just about EVERY other company I called.) Thanks to him, I decided to give it a try. I started with bi-weekly service. Once I got a real taste of what it feels like to come home on a Thursday after a LONG day at school to a fresh smelling, perfectly clean home...I was hooked! (So hooked on getting a piece of my life back that I eventually switched to weekly service! ) Ive never loved Thursdays this much in my life!!! Katelyn is nothing short of an angel sent to give me the gift of time. She gets my vote for President...of the WORLD! She ALWAYS goes the extra mile, even leaving a congratulations note when she noticed my Teacher of the Year announcement posted on the fridge!! She wished us happy birthday when she noticed birthday remnants around the house...and even took it upon herself to clean up yucky blood spots from my dog who wagged her tail so hard that she split it open!!! I mean, who does that??? Katelyn does!! I am fairly certain that cleaning up after happy dog tail is not in her job description!! She even left a note about my poor beastie, wishing her a speedy recovery! Every week, she continues to exceed my expectations!In closing, I am NOT a review writer!! In fact, I am not even a comment leaver, aside from checking yes, I was satisfied. I catch myself leaving a positive comment almost weekly for Katelyn! (Maybe because I actually have some time now!!) If you are considering Maidpro...DO NOT HESITATE! They totally ROCK! Seriously.Ahh...Thursday...its the new Friday!
