Very detail oriented... cleaned in places I wasn’t expecting like under beds. House was perfect! Definitely recommend and will use again

When I requested an estimate, they told me that it should not take more than 3 hours for our house. We were requesting a make ready clean, as the previous owners had not cleaned the house after moving their things out.This should have been an easy clean, as the house was 100% empty. We specifically requested that they clean the baseboards, and wipe down food residue stuck in the cabinets.They ended up staying for 6 hours, doubling the cost of what they had estimated, and they did a terrible job. The baseboards were still dusty and dirty, and the cabinets had the same residue. Further, when we cleaned it ourselves, the residue came up with a simple wipe of a wet rag.Attached are some of the pictures of things they missed, along with a couple of before/after photos of a wipe down with ONLY a wet paper towel.

This Company Have Yet To Disappoint Me And I Believe I’m On My Tenth Cleaning With Them! The Ladies That Comes Out, Speaks Little Or No English But The Office Personnel I’ve Always Been A Phone Call Away So I Could Explain What I Would Like Done!!! They’re Always On Time And Sometimes Running Early! Definitely Recommend To Anyone Looking For This Type Of Service!

Was dissatisfied. Service arrived 2 hrs late and when they came i got a rush service and they did not clean the entire 2 hrs. Did not take out kitchen trash nor wash dishes in sink. Bathroom sink and tub look to have been just washed w wet rag.

After having tried several different services in the several years since I moved here from Dallas, I bless my luck at having finally found someone I want back in my house again! In fact, I have them whenever I can, and am never disappointed. They are without exception on time, hard-working, pleasant, and I have had exactly zero problems at all. I have no hesitation recommending these ladies on all counts. Based on my experience with them, I feel confident that if you were, against all odds, to have some problem, they would turn themselves inside-out to make it right. They obviously take pride in their work, and thats aces with me.

The ladies do a good job cleaning and are alway friendly. They’re flexible in scheduling and accommodate any requests. It’s much better for me when three ladies are able to come so it doesn’t take as long to finish.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Charged my account without authorization from me first. Sent me a invoice stating I owed them $0.00 because they took the money out prior to my approval whixh they stated they wouldnt do. Two women came to clean my home and left my tub and tile just as dirty as it was before. I had to scrub my own tub as they were in my home cleaning. My Base boards were still dirty. They worked for almost 4 hours just to milk the money after the owner stated it would be a 2-3 hour job. I called the owner and she wanted to just give me $20 off. Total rip off. This is my first time ever hiring a Home cleaning service and it put an extremely bad taste in my mouth. I do not recommend!

Horrible service went to my house and did bad job not recommend this ladies you could hear them screaming to each other and laughing instead of behaving and working and one of the ladies went outside my backyard to smoke a cigarette and came back stinking my house really upset me

This was a terrible service. They are over priced and missed a lot of areas. They missed trim boards, window ledges, dusting on top of entertainment center. They put wet rags on my carpet instead of the tile floor. Plus a few others. It took the 3 hrs and charged me 211 dollars with a 33 dollars discount because they had to come back.Plus the cleaners did interact with me other than to say hello and good bye. They never asked me if there cleaning was ok. So I would not recommend this service at all.
