I called for information and no one called me back. So, I called again and was told the center Director was busy. I was quoted $350 a month for 2-3 hours of tutoring a week and was told they would not accommodate my daughters medical exemption. Also, this was all through the person answering the phones. I never actually spoke to the busy director. I will take my business elsewhere.

Mathnasium of south Tampa needs to have a better trigonometry tutor ..I wasnt satisfied with Darios performance with my children. everyone else was professional, nice and efficient.

My 3rd grade daughter had a great experience. Loved the teachers and gained more confidence in her math abilities. She especially loved the incentives to do worksheets and win prizes.

My daughter has been attending Mathnasium of South Tampa for over a year now. Initially she was behind in her math work and we decided to continue so that she can stay ahead (math never goes away in school). She has gained SO much confidence in her math skills. She no longer dreads math homework because she knows how to get help, a valuable lesson for kids in elementary school to learn, when to ask for help. As a former secondary school educator, I cannot count the number of students who simply fell behind because they were too scared to ask for help when they were struggling with a concept. Equipping our children with confidence in saying “I don’t understand this can you help me?” Will be a skill that many of her peers will lack because of lack of confidence. Mathnasium has given my daughter multiple opportunities to practice this confidence that will transcend across all her classes. She will continue attending as long as she needs math help, and we are grateful for the support we get at Mathnasium

Excellent tutoring center for math. Online scheduling is easy and at home tutoring option is wonderful. The facility is very clean, everyone is spaced out, and they take very good COVID-19 precautions.

The Mathnasium staff and Shannon the owner have been a life saver in helping my child with Math each week and preparing her for her tests, helping with homework and helping her work on growing her math skills at the same time. They truly care about helping your child and building their confidence and building them up.

Both my kids (10 and 15) love this Math tutorial place. I have seen a huge progress in my kid’s math skills, critical thinking, cognitive and obviously school grades since they started going here 3 years back. Because of the abundant number of tutors inside the center that the owner invests in, most of the time, my kids end up getting a one-on-one experience, which is very rewarding. My kids love the prizes that they put up when they get the punches. Let me tell you, those prizes are expensive and good quality...Shannon, the owner, personally meets all the parents to explain the kids’ progress and helps the kids even with math skills, often, as needed. Best of all, she is definitely not after money, as her passion is to see the kids get better in Math and overall become a better citizen. That’s probably the main reason that this place has been growing so rapidly.Thank you Shannon for everything you do for the kids!!!

This place is a godsend. I cannot say enough about this place. The staff is so effective, caring, kind... Where do they find these employees?!!! The owner has gone above and beyond for my familys situation and did everything in her power to help my children.My kids love this place. My daughter had a confidence issue and the reward system has made this much better. My son is flying ahead with his skills. Both have improved by leaps and bounds in a very short time. Its amazing.Parents can drop off kids or wait in a very comfortable waiting room suitable for siblings. It is worth every penny. Im so glad we found this place.

Not only have we seen a vast improvement in our daughters scores, weve also noticed a 180 degree swing her opinion about math, definitely trending upward. Her scores have improved, her attitude has improved, she absolutely enjoys your learning environment, which has now lead to math being one of her favorite subjects.This is an easy recommendation for us, A+...110% (provided extra credits are permitted). :) God Bless.

My son, David, improved his grades in a short amount of time. The owner, Shannon, is GREAT! She truly cares about the kids and the families.

I was skeptical of the efficacy of this program but after being there a little over a month Im now a supporter of the program. My son who doesnt have dyscalcula but is behind in his math. He is enjoying every session and wants to go. Staff is very nice and the waiting area has games and wifi to get some stuff done if you want to wait while your child is there if you have to. Im actually writing my review from their location.

Mathnasium does a great job of making math fun. My son really enjoys his time there and I really appreciate that they keep him ahead of of his grade level so he’ll never fall behind. The staff is very friendly and their location is really nice appointed.

The tutors and managers at Mathnasium were extremely patient with my daughter who tends to be timid when it comes to math. They really helped with her confidence and often worked one-on-one to review her incorrect test questions and get to the bottom of her challenges. We no longer have the math homework battles at home on a nightly basis! I love the central location, walk-in policy and the center is always cheerful and welcoming. Mathnasium of South Tampa has been a huge support to our family for at least 3 years now, maybe more! They take out math struggles with their math program and homework help. When exams roll around, my child can go there for the help they need. It relieves me of the parent-child homework struggle. The owner and staff are always more than willing to help in whatever way they can. At Mathnasium, they know the standardized tests that are coming and prepare the kids in advance. They have all of the school text books on site, so they can help as needed. My kids have loved the rewards for completing work. Mathnasium is a well oiled machine and I would recommend them to all students. Whether your child needs help or want to stay sharp in Math, this is the place. We love Mathnasium.

My 9 year old daughter has responded so well to the program and the tutors. She struggles with OCD and tourettes, so she really enjoys the social environment at mathnasium because everyone is so positive. And the tutors are real professionals. Not only are they proficient in math, they are so good with kids. Many props to the South Tampa Mathnasium. Youve given my daughter her math confidence back, and now she is performing above level!

I knew our daughter had gaps here and there with her math, but I never really knew where those gaps were or how to help her catch up. We started Mathnasium four months ago. In that short amount of time I have seen a huge improvement - not only in her math skills, but in her confidence. The communication with the parents is wonderful - I always know what she is working on each month. Our daughter loves the way Mathnasium teaches math. She says, everything is easier when they show me how to do it. They really do make it fun! My only regret was not starting sooner.

We had a wonderful experience with Mathnasium. We thought our daughter needed help with her current math class, but really she was struggling because of holes in her previous math education! We love everything about Mathnasium. Weve been coming for the past 3 months and I seen a big improvement the very first month. My daughter who is in 7th grade really really enjoys coming here. She thinks all the staff members are smart, friendly and very helpful.. We used to spend hours on math homework every night with me googling how to help, and failing miserably but not anymore,:) Her test grades have also improved tremendously. Mathnasium helped get her confidence back and now she is enjoying Math again instead of dreading going to class.

We have been going to Mathnasium (South Tampa) for 3 years now. The quality of instruction and materials is top-notch. We have watched our student go from struggling in different areas to getting straight As. The different assessments help to determine which areas the student should concentrate on. My daughter has had tremendous success with Mathnasium. She enjoys going which makes the experience great for both of us. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and relatable for Alex. We get periodic reports outlining her progress and what she is currently working toward. The hours are great and they are very adaptable to our schedule. And the best part is that her grades in math have gone up and stayed there. We have been loyal to Mathnasium for 4 or 5 years now and love it.

We joined Mathnesium In January...my sons progress has been great within 1 month. He has gained so much knowledge and confidence since working at Mathnesium south Tampa. Both Shannon and Molly are wonderful and give these kids so much support. My son came in and wanted to leave right away his 1st day, now he walks in grabs his work and gets to work! They make them so comfortable. The tutors are great working with the kids. This is the best decision we have made. I am planning to...once my son is where he needs to be bring my daughter in as well.

My son didnt like math, since he has been receiving math tutoring he has gained confidence and he likes math.

My daughter has learned so much and has gained tremendous confidence. She loves the instructors and not only is learning but is having fun.

My son is learning and he is happy. Math is a daily practice for him now, he asks us to give him problems, he gives himself problems. We are very pleased.

My daughter raised her SAT math by 80 to get over the 600 mark with a condensed tutoring schedule. Very much worth it to us.
