Weve used OCD for close to a year. We like the fact its family owned. The cleaners are very nice and willing to whatever we ask.Sometimes well ask for our second floor to be touched up and the price is always very reasonable.Advance notice of appointments is by text and any changes by us are always quickly responded to.Would certainly recommend them.

OCD has provided uninterrupted, consistent and thorough cleaning of our house since 2015. COVID protocols are in place to this day. The owner is responsive to any requests. And responds immediately.Accommodates any schedule changes. Text messages are sent prior to service date advising of approximate time of service.

OCD has always done a great job for me. They have been cleaning my home for more than 5 years. They always arrive on time and are willing to do any tasks that I ask. They are thorough and efficient, and they always make sure that they do everything the way that I want it done.

We have been using OCD for cleaning our home for about a year bi-weekly. I admit there were times when they did a great job but it has never been consistent. There are many ways to determine if things are being cleaned each time and most times there was multiple things left undone. On two occasions they sprayed cleaner all over surfaces and I guess left the area and forgot to come back and wipe it clean which left a sticky residue all over everything. We supply our own plant derived cleaners and on this second occasion they sprayed the master bath countertops and shower and did not wipe it off. The acidic acid in the cleaner left in the master shower all day removed the tile sealer and left it discolored.The owner simply apologized for any inconvenience. Its sad when employees do not take seriously their care of others property but for an owner of this type of business to be so indifferent is beyond me.

Its such a nice feeling after a long day at work to come home and find your place cleaner than it was when you left! Weve had a deep cleaning and one weekly cleaning and were very happy with the service! They are accommodating to special requests and the pricing is reasonable and fair.

Theres nothing OCD about this service! Ive had the same lady clean for me twice now, and both times when Ive asked for her to clean something not out of the ordinary (such as straighten bottles in bathroom), I get push back in the form of, Were not supposed to... When discussing with the owner after 1st experience, I discovered the woman who cleaned my 800 sf apt. is being paid $20 per hour, and that the most time they spend on the job for this is 3 hours. This second time around, the same cleaner arrived an hour early. If I had been delayed at store, dont know what would have happened. Also, instead of 3 hours, the time was narrowed to 2-2.5 hours (for $80),. Only after confronting the Mgr by phone, was it upped to 3 hrs. This time, I asked that the toilet seat (special seat as Im disabled) be cleaned underneath (wasnt done last time), and the lady said she did this, but I ended up cleaning the actual bowl again myself, as up near the top, it was still filthy under the rim. And, instead of actually dusting my spice rack, she literally slapped at it with her rag a couple of times, and moved on. She did that same dusting slap last time to a flower arrangement I have, and if Id not stopped her, she would have broken the stems. If you have a smaller place, and unless you have the money to put out weekly, find some other service. They obviously dont want smaller, monthly jobs, and Im not going to fight about it, or constantly feel as if Im in a watcher position. I wont be calling this one again.
