NTB was awesome! I made an appointment for 8am and my car was in and out with a fixed tire within an hour. I can not be more pleased...I will definitely be back. (But hopefully not for another screw in my tire) Thank you guys, appreciate what you do for everyone!

Customer service is always great, all of the associates are very knowledgeable. Missing one star due to the fact that took almost 2 hours to get one tire put on. And that would be okay if they were crazy busy but they werent.

I had to purchase 1 tire. The 2 stars is for the wait area and salesman. My new tire was absolutely ugly and not clean. I thought it was used actually. They didnt even check my other tires pressure because one tire only had 15lbs pressure keeping low pressure alert on. They also didnt use nitrogen for mine which are for high performance tires. I also had greasy fingerprints on my interior.

I always have excellent service here. I made the mistake of going to the NTB in Mesquite and they did not even put enough oil in my truck. NTB Sachse checked out my truck and put fresh oil in there and made sure everything was perfect. I always take my cars here.

These Auto repair franchises are a joke. You are way better off going to a mom and pop mechanic shop. Which by the way, they will do whatever possible to push them out of business. The only way they can fix anything is if they up charge you the original price. Somehow a simple oil change becomes an endeavour for them. They only require the minimum certifications from their techs.

We made an appointment with the store at 10:30 and showed up 5 minutes prior. According to the website the place should have been open at 10 on a Sunday. There was no one there and we called multiple times and again no answer. Theres no sign on the door to indicate a problem with the hours or a shift of any kind. In fact there was a huge sign saying theyre open (obviously not) this is ridiculous to say the least.

Screwed up the original job I had them do. Then when I asked for a refund they screwed up the cash register transaction and instead of giving me my money back they charged me for it twice. Have been calling once a week to the corporate office and I still have yet to get my refund. This has gone on for 2 months now. Theres definite truth to almost 200 reviews and a 3 star average. There are so many other choices out there for tire replacement and repair. Take heed from all these reviews and save yourself a lot of wasted time and hassle.

Quick and simple tire pressure check. Didn’t even need to get out of my car! I appreciated that everyone was wearing masks for the safety of customers and employees. A previous “negative” review regarding mask requirements actually reassured me that this location is being responsible during the pandemic.

Do not go here, I was here for tires rotation and balanced. thay didn’t balance the tire. thay just did the rotation. I wait 1hr and 45 minutes with appointment just for rotation and balancing. not a good place to take for tire. I should have bought tire from discount tires. never come here again. not recommended to anyone.

I discovered that I desperately needed tires in the late afternoon on a Saturday. I was able to get my car right in without a wait. Add to that the fact that its the holidays, and who needs an extra expense like tires at Christmas? But the manager, Christina Rico, took great care to get the tires I needed at the best possible price! She was so helpful! Definitely earns a 5-star rating from me!

The Mask Mandate is a total violation of Human Rights. I got turned away from Sachse, TX store because I refuse to wear a mask for a virus that has a 99.99% recovery rate! It is amazing to me that a Corporate Mandate has more power than a Human Right! I will NEVER give NTB anymore of my business as I refuse to do any business with Corporations that violate Human Rights. NTB should be ashamed that they are violating Human Rights.

UPDATE: The actual manager was on vacation at the time the negative incident occurred. The other manager was a fill in. When the actual store manager came in, she gave me a call and corrected the problem. Thank you Kristina for your help in resolving problem and delivering on promises and agreement.----------------------------My problem is not with Mark, It is with the management.It is customary to apply the diagnostics cost into the cost of the repairs if you choose to allow the diagnosing shop to repair whatever is broken. Mark quoted me this understanding prior to the diagnostics. He said I could also get a copy of the diagnostics report that I was to pay $129.99 for. When the diagnostics was done, Mark called to tell me what the problem was and then I told them to do the repairs. Later, Mark called again to tell me that management said that they must recoup that diagnostics cost in full along with the labor cost. So not the repair cost is almost doubled instantly.Then somehow, I discovered that they charged me 100% more than the listing price charged by the dealership for the part, and more than 100% of what they actually paid for the part. Called them on it, and they reduced to the listed cost.Lastly, a manager closed out the repair, but would not give me a copy of the diagnostic report that I paid $129.99 for. (Makes me wonder they are hiding from me.) Thus another broken promise via the manager. Too many things went wrong during the transaction of this repair to make me feel good about the honesty of the manager at this store. When i asked for the manager, he told me the manager was on vacation. Then later, he told me managed several of the stores in the area. Which meant that he was the one who overrode Marks quote to me. (Another lie).I wanted to give them more stars, but I have this nagging feeling that the manager duped me. Honesty, and keeping your word are important to me when dealing with an area outside of my expertise. So stick to tires with this store. And leave the engine repairs to the repair shops. If you allow this store to repair your car, they will mark up the cost of the parts at a rate of more than 100%. And once you are into the repair, you will have to be concerned about them going back on a promise that will impact your cost significantly.PS - Im glad that I thought to cancel the up sale prior to them working on it. This up sale had nothing to do with what I came into the shop for.

My son and I came in with both our vehicles to get tires rotated, rebalanced and front end alignment. The new manager has this place headed in right direction. Today was my first time purchasing a tire from this location. I had a nail in my tire so I wanted to purchase a tire to replace the punctured one. The salesman who checked me in and took my keys told me that since it was a front tire that was being replaced it should go on the back since it was a different brand/type. The back tires should go on the front. Okay no problem. The sales man said since I had an appointment it should be no more than 30 or 45 minutes. Well after a hour I come back and I pay.Well AFTER I pay he comes over and tells me It slipped his mind to tell the guys to rotate the tires so if it causes problems come back. He didnt apologize. He didnt offer to make it right and do it then. Just come back. No sir! I told him he needed to do it now as he said he would. I wouldnt have paid if I had known everything wasnt completed as I was promised it would be. Why would I wait until their mistake causes a problem with my cars performance while driving? Makes no sense! They took my car back about fifteen minutes ago. No apology. No estimated time of how long it would take. Terrible custimer service. I should have listened to the other Google reviews.

This is my first time there and I found this NTB shop and the employees there very friendly and knowledgeable. One of the associates Mr.Mark Bailey who was attending to my service was very courteous and helpful in explaining the work needed and gave me options with a ready quote. I am sure to go back there for my future needs and would happily recommend this experience to others.

This location is very organized and clean, I appreciated the customer service representatives and managers attempts to make sure everyone is assisted in a timely manner. Customers who are waiting for their vehicle to be diagnosed or repaired were kept informed on the status without delay. Showed up close to closing after a blowout on the way home from work. They were more than eager to help me and had the tire replaced and out the door in no time. I must say better service than I’ve had at competitors and I will definitely be back!

NTB seems to have a similar business model as most of these garages. You go in for one thing and they look for anything else that they can sell you that is difficult to prove otherwise. I went in for a nail in my tire because discount tire looked crowded. I assumed it would be relatively inexpensive and quick since there werent many people there when I stopped. An hour and a half later they charged me $22 to plug a tire. They also took the liberty of checking my alignment by putting it on the machine that does this. I’m assuming this is part of the reason this took so long. Of course they wanted to perform an alignment which they sale in “subscriptions” for crazy prices. By the way, the buy 2tires, get 2 free also requires you to buy a year worth of alignments up front. Talking to other customers in the waiting room also confirmed that they always find something wrong. To be fair, every quick lube place will try and sell you light bulbs, air cleaners or something else at high prices. The oil change just gets you in the door. Discount tire offers free flat repair but will always try and sell you new tires or a rotate and balance.

He worked with me to set up an appointment and seemed genuinely concerned about my needs. The tire service on the appointment day was outstanding. Had the battery changed in my Audi Q7 it was a difficult process I understand. Taking bolts from the driver seat and putting the driver seat back to install a battery. Not very old-school like. However when I pointed out my auto seat reset does not work they said bring it back in? Still my auto seat resetdoes not work.

I went in for a wheel alignment! Didn’t realize I needed some part to keep the alignment right! Mark baily pointed out the things I needed to get replaced before I got the alignment done to make sure it got properly done the first time !

So, you can buy road hazard coverage on your tires. and supposedly that covers you for 12 months. But they will charge you for installation, mount and balance because its a new tire. If you are outside that year, you get a pro rated discount on a new tire. My tires, 13 months ago were $97 each. I got a screw in the sidewall, and wow, it cost me $94 to get a new tire. My savings were eaten up by the BS charges to mount, install and balance my new tire. Now, had they been able to patch my tire, it would have been free, but to do that, the have to unmount, uninstall the tire, patch it, then mount, balance and install the tire again. Its actually more work to patch the tire as it requires the actual patching, whereas the new tire is simple mount, balance and install. This is a racket and you lost my business, and my 6 cars. The managers basically have a Tough $h!t attitude toward you pointing this out. The customer service attitude is garbage.

Little longer than I would have liked but they were very busy on a Saturday, my tire was separating had to buy a new one, surprisingly affordable and they even gave me a key for my locking lugnuts that I didnt have. Great service from the front to the back.

Fast and friendly. When I called for a quote the assistant was up front and let us know that buying 4 tires without the bells and whistles was cheaper than. The buy 2 get 2 free offer.

Enterprise car rental down the road gave me a car with a tire leak. For four day straight they keep telling me they dont have another car for me to switch out and told me to take it to Firestone or NTB. Took it to this NTB, they got the car on the jack right away, cool. Waited 2 freaking hours for them to fix a leak!!! There is only one other customer. Will never take my car here again.

This has to be the worst NTB I have ever been too. I walked in at 3:30 to get two tires put on and the guy says Im sorry we are closing at 5 and there are a couple cars ahead of you so I dont think we will be able to get to you today, I told him that was an hour and a half away and for just two tires. I walked into discount tire at 5:45 pm in mckinney and got four new tires put on my Explorer and they closed at 6 and they were happy to make the sale. Ive always used NTB because they are close and have always done a great job but after this experience I believe I will just stick with discount tire from now on.

My husband dropped my car off a little after 7am. They called him at 11 about the tires taking a little longer to arrive from another store and said they needed another hour. My husband and I walked in around 12:30. The car was still not ready & they said they needed another 45 minutes. I understand things happen but 7 hours for tire installation & a wheel alignment is beyond ridiculous. Also, none of the workers seemed to care that it took so long.

Ive been going to this location for almost ten years, and have consistently received good service. Today I needed a new tire, so I expected to be there awhile. They finished in under an hour. I will continue to go here for my tire needs.

I can understand why this location only gets 2 stars. I had an oil change in January from NTB and just found out that my oil pan was ruined because they stripped the screw hole. My trusted mechanic asked me who did my last oil change. I tried to rectify the situation with the manager but they only offered $50 credit on tires and a free oil change. My oil pan replacement was about $400. I showed the receipts and the actual pan, but they said that if I took it to them in the first place they would have looked at it. I am not driving from a mechanic to NTB with a leaky oil pan. I dont trust this place to work on my cars and it is why I posted this review and ignored their lame offer.

Dont believe what Billy has said. I was there, everyone was nice and helpful. I will be returning back to that store. I highly recommend it.

I called before showing up and stated that i had a 2011 BMW 328i with a tpms light on, asked if they would be able to scan it and fix it for me, i was told yes. I showed up to find one employee working at the counter, and many techs joking around in the garage area. After waiting for over 30 minutes at the front counter i was told they were unable to scan BMWs. Thanks for wasting my time. 2 More customers came in after me, why nobody was helping the one employee is beyond me. This place was poorly ran.

This place is amazing! Went there to get my tires done and brakes replaced. The service was outstanding and the employees are super nice. The people down below saying so many negative things are only because theyre negative people. I was very satisfied with everything.

I bought a set of tires that were supposed to last 65K miles. At 20K my tires were trashed. I went back to this location and they asked if I rotated the tires. I said that Cadillac rotates them every oil change (5k). They said Cadillac didnt rotate the tires and then I pointed out that one of the tires had a plug and it was on the front drivers and was now on the passengers back. Anyway I asked them to get me a quote for new tires and check the warranty one the old tires. All said and done they would only give $25 per back tire and nothing for the front. Needless to say I went down the road to Discount tires and got my new ones. The warranty should have paid more considering I didnt even get a third of the life of the tire that I should have.

I came in on a Sunday to get a tire replaced. Everyone was professional and courteous. They were very busy but still squeezed me in. Highly recommend

I was given a quote at NTB about 2-3 weeks ago for a set price on new tires. I was specifically told that the price quote would not expire if I brought the print out back to the store. I went in today and they tried to charge me about $100 more than the quote. They don’t understand the concept of a price quote. Don’t trust them with your time or money, horrible business practice. I took the NTB quote over to Discount Tire and they matched it.

Avoid this place, they try to pocket your money and refuse service if you disagree with their fraudulent diagnosis. Luis Vargas, the manager is a fraud that will sweet talk you into stealing your money. Go somewhere else for your own good!

I set an appointment to have a tire replaced. The appointment time was for 4:30 pm. I didnt leave the store until almost 7 pm. I was told when I got there that it should take less than an hour, but it took the tech over 30 minutes to even take my truck back to the shop. After that, I sat and waited until almost 7 to pay, sign the paperwork, and to leave. The service times for this location have always been way off the estimate I am given when I come in. Usually, if I set up an appointment, I would think that would put me in a certain time slot to get my service done. But nope. They took in 3 other people and took their vehicles back before they even took mine back. If it werent for this location being the only one with the tire I needed, I would have asked for my keys back and left after having watched my vehicle get passed over three times.

My car overheated due to this crazy Texas heat and literally pulled into their parking lot with smoking engine. They immediately went into action to help me. They assessed the problem and had my car running next day. I have never been to a NTB but I definitely will again. Thank you to Mark and the entire team.

Have used this shop off and on for a while. Service has always been sub-par. Recommend the Richardson store over this one. During my last experience, I sat waiting in the lobby for more than an hour after my car was ready. They never bothered to tell me.

Great service. Fixed a flat tire on July 4th. Very professional and courteous.

I will never come here again. I requested only the ac evacuated and recharged. They tried to Upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need of course. They charged me $200 to evacuate and recharge the A/c. I brought my car in at 9:00 and left at 12:00 when they said the job would take 45 min. They had a whole bunch of stuff taken off my engine bay when all you need to access is the high and low pressure ports on the a/c lines which are right out in the open (no need to disassemble ANYTHING to recharge A/c).

Great service, and low prices on oil change, no more waiting in line like in those big stores, they will also rotate your tires for free, even if you didnt buy it there. All the associates are very professionals and friendly.

I have been to sachse on saturday last week, i am regular customer to ntb. I asked to check on alignment and coolant top off. they finished alignment work and they said they took care of coolant top off too. i asked service representative to check once again i am not sure, he went back and confirmed me back saying they took care of it. And today i got coolant light still on. Not sure even after mentioning at ticket request to check it and further followup still not sure why they havent topped off. I wish they save my trips to ntb.

This Review is to Praise The Manager(Mark Escuin) and his staff of this store NTB #766 please read the full account and why Ill Always will be coming back. I went to this NTB store #766, in to speak to the Manager(Mark Escuin) to ask for his Professional Opinion in regards to some work that had JUST BEEN DONE by Another NTB store #461 just couple of miles down the road in Wylie, Texas. From which I Had just come from and Having a Very BAD Experience . I had taken my diesel truck in to have (2) batteries put in. When my truck was done and was brought out. I got in and started it and immediately noticed the dash warning lights on that stated Check Gages. I then noticed that my alternator gage was registering about 10 amps. Which when I dropped it off it was at 14 even with (2) bad batteries, and now its has (2) New Batteries and having problems. So then opened my hood to examine the battery cables connection and found they were hooked up correctly but, one of my Positive cables was Not Cleaned and Not Secured, and loose because they didnt replace the bad bolt or cable head( then videoed the work they had performed), I went into the store and advised the service desk girl and showed her the issue at hand. She apparently advised the So Called Service Manager to speak to me. He approached me in a Very Unprofessional attitude and stated so whats your problem? I then stated to him the reading of my gauge and that from a reliable mechanic that I might have a burnt alternator due to their negligence. I would like for it to be replaced. He stated Im not giving you an alternator probably like that when you brought it in. I then showed him the cable in question and asked if this was their type of Quality workmanship they produced. He stated as he stood with his hands on his hips so whats wrong with it? I stated Whats wrong with it is the cable is loose and the bolt is not secure and dirty with acid and was just thrown on there. His response, Yeah and ...what did you want us to do about it, if we would have tighten the bolt in would have broken off. I stated So you knew about the bolt and allowed it to come out of your shop this way? Why didnt you come tell me that the bolt and cable needed to be replaced and allow me to make a decision to fix it? so do you want me to fix it? I stated is this the quality of work that you as a service manager approves to leave your bay? What would Greg Alvizo think about this coming out of his store, do you think he would approve? he stated I dont know what Greg would like. It was obviously that this individual didnt care about customer service or quality. I ended the conversation with I will speak to Greg about this Monday, his comment yeah you do that talk to Greg Monday. Now this leads us to Mark Escuin at the Sachse store after showing him the work that was preformed I asked him for his opinion if something like this would be allowed to come out. He promptly stated No sir, this would never of happened here, we would have advised you of the situation and would recommend to change and clean out bolt, something like this could cause you some electrical problems in no time. He then stated, Let me get my mechanic to get on this right away, Im sorry you had this happen but we wouldnt want you to drive off with it like that. His mechanic fixed it and I offered to pay for the work which Mark Escuin would not accept my money stated it was his pleasure. I told him that I use to come to his store and Always had Top Quality and Professionalism employees that I spoke to when needing service then only reason I hadnt was because the other store was closer. I promised him I Would be back to his store and drive the Extra Miles just to get and be assured that I was getting Quality work done on All My Vehicles. NTB sore #766 is # 1 on my list. Thank you again Mark Escuin and your Crew for being such Professionals and Reputable employees of NTB looking out for their Customers. I wish I could put zero stars because my car a bmw 2 days after i got a oil change from them. It started leaking oil from the oil filter housing they over tightend it and messed up the housing. I went back to them they said its not our fault its a factory defect. So i went to the bmw dealership to see if they can fix the problem they took a look at the car and said they didnt put the right oil filter on. And over tightend the drain plug and stripped the oil plug and didnt notify me that they messed it up so now i have to pay $500 to fix the problem which they caused. so do not go here they try to make the problem seem like they didnt do it

I went to purchase 4 tires in late July of 2011 and asked for the best price. They stated I needed a tire alignment, which a mechanic told me was not needed. Charged me for the premium tire installation, stating it allowed me to get the fourth tire free. They stated the check tire light would clear when they had completed the repairs, it never did. Came back Nov. 1st because the brakes where making noise and they stated the rotors where bad, doesnt even appear they even turned them back in July according to the car shop I use for most repairs. The only thing they said they would do is give me new pads for free and no labor. On top of all this they stated the 2 front struts needed to be replaced because the front left was leaking and the left front motor mount was bad. I took it to my regular mechanic and they said the struts where fine and the only thing NTB got right was the motor mount was bad. I will never use NTB again for any car needs and advise anyone to have a second opinion for any work they recommend!

Waited and waited in an empty waiting area. My car didnt move from the spot where I parked for over an hour. I will not be visiting this location again. Poorly run and managed. Only got another star because I did finally get the tire I came for.

What the others say is true. Not a single greeting, no smile, nothing.After sitting over an hour, the manager made up bullshit about an appointment is just for the next availableWhat the hell is the point then? You get next available by walking in off the street.While I was there, a gentleman returned with tires that he had been charged mounting, stems etc. They were neither Ballenger nor had new stems. He was ripped off. The manager had to give him a refund. I would gave left at that point, but mine was already in the air.The vehicle finally got its 2 tires when I told the manager that I would be contacting corperate.
