I was very pleased with this service. Its so easy to order. You can order online answering basic questions and youll get a price right away. It was accurate and easy. Then when they came out they did a wonderful job. It was such a blessing to come home from work to everything looking great. My husband even commented over and over, how happy he was with how everything looked. Ive used other services in the area but this is definitely my favorite.

BEST COMPANY! So I called More Hand’s on Wednesday afternoon to ask if they could possibly get me in for an appointment on Thursday. I was put on a waiting list, since that day is what would work best for me personally, and they were able to get me in the next day! You can tell they work their hardest to best accommodate their customers. This was my first time using their cleaning service and I could not be happier with the entire experience. The office staff was amazing and very informative. They always answered the phone for me if I had any questions. Now, on to the cleaning service. The two ladies who cleaned my home were super sweet and such hard workers. They really outdid themselves. I’m so happy with how our apartment turned out. It was shining by the time we got home and they were finishing up. They paid attention to the every single detail in our home. It was worth every penny, and I will hands down be using this company from now on!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! I will definitely trust them with my home from now on.

If I could give a one start to this cleaning company if I could I would. They are unprofessional, unethical, and rude especially in the office. Cleaning staff does not do a thorough cleaning job for the amount of money they charge. Be aware when you sign up for their services. If I had to give them zero starts I would.

I want to give a review of something other people may not touch on that I love about More Hands cleaning service... As someone who struggles with cleaning because of depression, the ladies are always extremely kind and understanding when I call them to help me clean after some time of neglect. They are judgement free and take their time on things I can’t always bring myself to do. They are thorough and they make my house feel like a home again. I couldn’t recommend them more, they earned my business ten fold.

More hands maids are very professional, they work quickly and I’ve never had any problem with the service. I’ve been using them for a couple years now and I can always count on them to come in and out quickly and clean everything without any direction from me. I have also been able to trust them to clean when I’m not home.

This is just the second time that I have had Morehands Maid Service at my house. I like that I receive a text when they are on the way to my house. They arrive on time and they are hard workers and complete everything quickly. My house is clean and smells great when they leave. I like that I can add things on to my basic cleaning (floor boards, blinds, refrigerator, oven etc) when I need them done. The women that they send are friendly and trustworthy. I love that they send a team and also check for quality from time to time. The ladies are always friendly and willing to help when you request them to focus on certain areas. Weve had Morehands Maid Service (The Woodlands) for at least a half a dozen times now and they consistently do a good job. I am especially impressed with the last time they came out and did a great job in our younger kids bedroom with not only cleaning but organizing which I was not expecting (it was a mess). I do not expect them to make everything spotless for the reasonable price they charge and for the mess they have to start out with (we still need to do our own cleaning), but they do a great job.

I have been a customer of Morehands Maid Service for more than four years and the management has been amazing up until now. Over the years, the team has done a great job cleaning, but from time to time things have been broken in my home during the cleaning process which happens from time to time. I have always sent a picture to management and it has always been addressed. However, Diana whos name is fairly new to me, pretty much accused me of lying about a light fixture being broken in my upstairs bathroom (which I never use as the master bedroom is on the first floor). Diana never attempted to resolve it even after I sent pictures and explained that I am the only one who lives in my home and that it had to have been Morehands or they should have reported it, if it wasnt them. Now I am not sure if people take advantage in this way, but I am an executive at one of the largest companies in Houston and I reside in The Woodlands which hopefully supports the fact that I do not need to lie about a broken light fixture. The maids tend to try to hide the fact that they broke something instead of proactively reporting it. The screws from the light fixture were hidden in the towel cabinet and the cover to the light was placed neatly on the sink countertop, the bulb was missing which means it was probably broken. I asked for resolution, I was ignored and then when I asked to cancel my services Diana responded quickly, accepted my cancellation with no problem, and still did not offer to repair what the Morehands Maids had broken. Im sad that Morehands is losing a longstanding customer because of one person who empowers themselves to provide less than acceptable customer service. Thank you Morehands Maids for four years of service, however word of advice . . . management matters and Dianas poor management of this situation is why I am moving on to another maid service. I hope I still receive my house keys, if not I have no problem changing the locks and the alarm code is being changed IMMEDIATELY, because of Diana, I no longer trust the actions of Morehands and that is so unfortunate.I hope this helps other consumers as they look for maid service in The Woodlands area.

I was charged $229 for the cleaning of the windows inside and the cleaning of the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and the bathroom . They werent cleaned. The window over the sink is still dirty. And to top it off, they were too stupid to open the combo box and I had to drop what I was doing to go open it for them. What a rip. I feel cheated.

They are crooks!! We had them come do a move in deep clean and I dont think they did a single thing. There was food on the walls and floor. The bathrooms had dead bugs on the floor and the sinks had dust and soap rings on them so I know they didnt scrub them. When we walked in after they were done you could barely even smell cleaner. We paid $600 for absolutely nothing.

I was extremely displeased with the service. The dusting was terrible, they broke my kitchen faucet, they broke the top part of my blinds, only 1 lightbulb works above my bathroom vanity, they went into a bedroom that was clearly marked on the outside of the door DO NOT CLEAN! It is my sons nursery and I did not want people in there. The vacuuming was not good. It seemed as if they were trying to just hurry up and be done with cleaning the house. The house didnt even smell clean. I have used this company several times before and have never had such bad service. Incredibly disappointed.

1 star cause I cant do a half.: Dont want to go on a rant so I will try and keep it short and sweet. Never doing business with MORE HANDS MAIDS of SPRING TX. They cleaned decently for the 7 HOURS they were there. We just moved out of an 1800 square foot home and it was COMPLETELY EMPTY and already pre cleaned by us before MORE HANDS MAIDS got there. They quoted 3.5 hours to clean and after 2 hours called and said their two maids just finished the kiichen and will need 4 more hours to clean the rest of the house. My kitchen is so small I can paint the walls and cabinets in 2 hours. So voiced out complaint and said we need it cleaned so that is fine.So 4 hours later they a re finished and call to say their maids broke a drawer in the refrigerator and the light on the ceiling fan. And had the audacity to say that we are lucky their maid was injured because the glass from the fan almost fell on her. So tried to spin it on us. Then said we looked up all the replacement parts and it should only cost $40 to replace, but we will give you $100. I looked it up and the cheapest parts I can order are $125 total! What about my time to order and replace these items. never again,. Use at your own risk. I can only imagine if I had furniture in the place, might have taken them the weekend to clean.

The two women who cleaned my home were courteous and professional. After completing the top floor they asked me to check it over carefully so they could reclean anything. Everything looked great. One woman cleaned my oven, it was an upcharge, but well worth it. I dont think my oven was this clean when we purchased it! I was amazed. When they were finished my house was dirt and dust free and there was no heavy chemical smell, it just smelled clean. No overpowering scents. Again the women asked me to look over the bottom floor when they were done so they could reclean anything if I wasnt satisfied. It was super clean and neat. I would hire this crew again and I would certainly recommend More Hands North Houston to neighbors and friends.

The owner will try to respond to this review but beware with Travis Rock. Instead of solving my issues, he sent an email to say that he deactivated my account and I am speculating that he has done this because he does not want to fix the damages correctly that his employees have done but rather give us substandard fixes (we now have a damaged oven glass door, broken moen shower head, and a broken vase) Google should allow negative stars for these situations and dishonest businesses.
