I have been going here for going on 2 1/2 years and they have always been amazing. Anytime a nail chips or breaks, they fix it for free or a very small charge. I never recommend any other place, this place is the best in Spearfish, hands down.

Got these adorable gel frog in a pond nails here! Handiwork and details were amazing, super durable, and the staff was so accommodating to me an my younger sister! A super clean place, again, the staff was super friendly, and there have a wide variety of colors to choose from. 10/10 highly recommend!

I will be staying at Pretty Nails for sure. They are clean and professional and have a great quality of service. I always feel relaxed and satisfied when I leave Pretty Nails. A few years ago, I went here out of desperation and I got a fill and a nail fix...I knew the reputation so I wasnt shocked when I got a bad nail infection and it was very clearly on the area where the fill was placed. Never went again.Fast forward to a couple weeks ago, my sister was desperate and this was the only place she could get in last minute. I warned her. For a reason. Her nail infection has since become so bad, a chunk of nail deteriorated under her acrylic! She is in alot of pain. Not worth it. The cheap pricing and availability is for a reason.

I got a great pedicure at a very reasonable price. My walking appointment was attended quickly with a smile. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The pedicure I received was wonderful; however, I was really disappointed with my manicure. I have always received a hand massage with manicures but due to complaints about polish not lasting with lotion application, they do not include a massage.

Great customer service, super friendly and professional staff, very clean. When I brought my daughter in to get her nails done they were especially friendly to her and the technician made nice small talk with her as she worked. I love my nails when I go there, and the remodel they did looks amazing! 10/10 would recommend

I have been to this location 2 times and both times my nails were made way to thin. This last time one of my nails already broke not even 2 days after getting them done. Acrylic wasnt finished properly either.

Best pedicure I’ve ever had. I’ve always been able to make an appointment day of, & never have to wait. They go above and beyond for the basic pedicure. Awesome foot massage, great at working on ingrown nails, & nails always look great. The place is beautifully decorated & has a very calming atmosphere, & the people are so nice. Definitely go here for your next pedicure!

Im VERY happy with my nails! I went to two other salons and this was the only one that did my request for almond shaped nails perfectly. Maya did an amazing job and has a keen eye for detail!

Called to ask if I need an Appointment to get a nail fixed. The lady on the phone automatically told me they could not do it due to they could not match the color?? I told her I do not have color it’s a natural French dip nail. She automatically said she could not do that I needed to go back to where I got it done at. I told her that was 4 hrs away. She said oh that’s too bad very sarcastically. Rude & Not accommodating at all!!! Poor customer service!

Excellent service today. The salon was clean and staff friendly. My husband and I both got pedicures. We had the standard which still included the sugar rub, pineapple oil, and lavender lotion leg and foot massage, which was amazing. I do not understand the negative reports here. We highly recommend Pretty Nails and will be back when in the area!

After reading a few bad reviews on here I was hesitant going there. But we stayed in an RV park and it was the closest place. We made an appointment for two yesterday, got right in for pedicure and acrylic nails. The nails are the best nails we’ve ever had, very talented staff. I have gotten my acrylics from here every pay day (2 week) everytime i come its an amazing experience and there was times I didn’t like the color and she was MORE then happy to change it. I always get designs and other stuff i find online. She can master it. Literally got my nails done ONCE at a different nail place and it was almost 100$.... for a ombré!!!!Here its a amazing price and great Quality Quality nails! I promise you will want to come here. Pedicures are amazing and they give you a message! I think the lowest is 30minsI dont wanna go anywhere else. Not even if i cant make it to spearfish. If you are far away like i am, yhe drive is 100% worth it. Thank you pretty nails!

If I could give no stars I would. I have been going to pretty nails for several years and never had an issue but today proved their reviews to be true and I will Never be back and will never recommend that people go there. I picked what color I wanted and my daughter noticed that it was not right. The guy doing the pedicure ignored that here was an issue. My daughter asked that they correct it and he said he would have to spend another hour doing it. When I went to pay I stayed that I did not think I should have to pay full price for mine or at all because it was not what I wanted. The girl taking my money was very adminant that I pay $110 because I received a gel pedicure. She did not care that it wasn’t what I wanted. I put $0 for a top because I was treated so poorly and she followed me outside and threw the receipt at me. Talk about customer service at its finest.

WORST EXPERIENCE. While getting a pedicure done today with my mother and I noticed she didn’t get the correct color put on her toes. When I had asked the man to change the color he got mad at us and refused to do so (keep in mind other customers where around us). I told him we would not want to pay for the wrong color and he still was up set and stomped away to get the new color. My momther felt bad so she told me it was okay and we will leave it. The man obviously didn’t want to fix it and was clearly happy when we said she’d leave it. Once we were done and going to pay we had asked the lady if we would have to pay full price consider my mother didn’t get the color she wanted. The lady completely ignored us and gave us our receipt. My mother decided not to give a tip. Once the lady behind the desk saw there was no tip she followed us outside and threw the receipt at my mother. These people were so rude and I will never EVER go back.

Went in to get a fill and to fix a nail. Everything was going great looked nice quick service. Left happy.. till about 3 hrs later when my gel polish thats supposed to last a couple weeks peeled right off !!

Cheaper and better to drive to Rapid. When I first placed my legs in the water they became itchy-thats never happened to me before. Right after the pedicure they told us to put our flip-flops on and mine smudged (I put them on very carefully and they were fully dried.) I do not think it is worth $35 bucks going to Rapid next time..

This is my go to place for cat eye nail polish! Love all the people that work there. I usually make my appointments ahead of time but many of their clients just walk in.

The staff was amazing! They got me in right away! They took their time and really did an amazing job. The polish looks great and is staying! Which is a miracle! I will definitely be coming back! $65 for a pedi and a gel mani is an amazing deal! Thank you Pretty Nails!

Terrible customer service. I asked for a specific person and was refused. I said not all of their workers do a great job and was told to go somewhere else. Then she pointed to a sign saying we reserve the right to refuse service. This is one store I will never go to again and suggest no one else either. Rude, crude and not the way to treat people.

WORST SALON EVER!!I am new to the area and never been to a salon in Spearfish or Belle Fourche yet, and needed to get mine done.I walked in and asked for a manicure and needed Nex Gen (dip powder). As Im looking through the colors, one woman snapped at me and said You could just look at them here gesturing to her chair. There was no other customers there so I wasnt in anyones way, but still didnt understand her tone. Blowing it off, I gave her the color I would like and sat done. She asked again if I wanted dip powder and I said Yes, but I went on to explain that, depending on the length of my natural nails; I would like to have the dip powder on them, instead of doing fake tips again.She cut me off and said Let me see them, then well decide what you should doThat remark kinda took me back a second, like there was NO denying an attitude at this point! but yet I still sat down and showed her my nails.She immediately grabbed a pair of clippers and began clipping the tips of nails off!I asked her What are you doingShe snapped back and said Im clipping your nails shorter and then shaving them back so you can get natural nail! Thats what you want!I stopped her, and said please dont clip them, because youre clipping my nails with it, and I would like to keep them long.I do my job, I shave them off after shortening them, then you have natural nailsI asked, youre not suppose to shave them down, that could damage my nails! wheres the acetone?She then told me I know what Im doing, you cant trust me, you can leave!DO NOT GO IN HERE

I just spent over $300 with these people a couple of weeks ago for my nails/toes as well as my two daughters. I made an appt yesterday for today at 11:00 to get my nails removed as well as the gel on my toes. I was there at 11:00 on the dot. A woman came over to me and RUDELY stated you appointment at 10:30 and started talking to other people. I told her I set the appt for 11:00 the prior day and have to have all of this off for surgery! 10:30 would never work for me so this is clearly a mistake from the man that made my appointment. This place is a dump and the employees are rude and cannot schedule appointments without making a mistake and blaming a good (or shall I say WAS a good customer)!!!!!!!

Terrible service. Only wanted to get me in and get me out. Didnt do an actual manicure just took the old shellac off and put the new on.. It peeled completely off after 4 days. Wont go back there again!

Very Polite people! Great service, I was a walk-in @230, they told me to come back at 4pm, which was fine, I ran to walmart quick did my shopping. I came back @ 350pm, I wanted a pedicure, by far ONE of the most phenomenal predicures I ever recieved, an Ive had plenty. It was so relaxing at 6 1/2 mths prego, it was exactly what I needed! As the lady sitting next to me in pure delight with her pedicure also.The french manicure is still there, hasnt chipped away at all itll soon be 2 weeks! Very pleased and will definitely go back!!!#blessed customer

Horrible horrible customer service I’m 35 weeks pregnant and went in there today for a pedicure and a nail fill and they were so rude to me the lady looked me up and down and asked can I help you ? And I told her what I needed and she was snotty and rude and said no we can’t help you very rudely !!! Will never go back there again horrible people and place to spend my money ! Never have I ever been treated that way !!!!
