I had bought a forced induction turbo from them because I seen their Instagram and it made them look like a nice reliable business. I called and Ordered the turbo on April the 18th of last year and was given the run around and eventually wouldnt answer phone calls or text. I had even messaged the owner and he said he would take care of it.. After 7 months I contacted my credit card company and they refunded me and said they would deal with Unique. I paid them $1900 for a turbo and they just took it and ran. I still have proof of the transaction and conversations.

Absolutely love ryan and everyone at unique!he works his clients hard but takes personal time to understand each situation and adjust what is needed. the price & quality of work is so affordable yet you get so much out of it i couldn’t ask for a better deal. I ordered a shirt from these guys on the 24th of May and was told the shipping got messed up and I hadnt paid it, which I did. Chase was very responsive through email, phone and Facebook messages. We got it figured out. Then I got an email saying the shirt was backordered which left me pretty annoyed about the whole situation. I left a comment on Facebook and about 10 minutes later Chase called me and explained the situation, apologized and threw some extra swag in my package.The professionalism just on the apparel side if things was great and someday when Im ready to build the ol LB7 Ill look forward to working with them on that.Thanks guys for the responsiveness and professionalism!

Levi built the Full manual valve body 48re in my 4th Gen Cummins and i couldnt be happier! 3 months in the truck and still shifts just as hard as it did on day one! On top of the awesome work, the customer service is top notch, everytime I needed to ask a question he would facetime me no matter the time of day!Would not go anywhere else for a Cummins transmission.
