I started going to this dentistry in 2019 after moving down here from the Bay Area. Everything went pretty well until very recently — I always pay for services up front and my last visit was in July 2020, I paid the $300+ patient charge right in the office and still have the credit card slip. To my surprise I just received a paper statement out of blue, stating that I have a Balance Forward overdue of $300+ with no explanation whatsoever (what they are for and why and when)! Seeing other people experiencing the same issue with the same dentistry makes me feel that these strange “overdue” notices are probably either spam or some sort of mis-practice. And it makes me not wanting to come back here in the future.

I take my wife to this dentist and regularly pay for services up front. Today I received a statement stating that I have a Balance Forward of $401.10 with no explanation as to what the charges are or why I wasnt informed of these charges when I paid for services during her prior visits. Merry Christmas to me I guess??? Really makes me not want to come back here in the future

Dr. Rearrick and her team are so wonderful! She is so knowledgeable about preventative maintenance for your teeth and I feel my dental hygiene is the best it has been since I started going to her practice last year. Highly recommend

Friendly and professional staff were great. Dr Rearrick took time explaining the difficult dental procedures I needed and set me up with a dental plan that will get me back to the dental health I’ve wanted. Much appreciated.

Gwen the Dental Hygienist was very friendly and Professional! She did a Excellent job cleaning my teeth. She also taught me how to use a tooth pick too clean my teeth and gums. Great Dental service !! Dr. Rearrick was so very Pleasant and Professional!! The entire staff is AWESOME!!!

Hi!.....I had an appointment at 0930.....I completed my paperwork and then was immediately taken in to be seated. Shortly after, the Dr. came in for my evaluation.She (Dr. Jennifer Rearrick) was very professional and was clear and concise in her evaluation. This is very much appreciated. She answered all my questions and left me feeling very good about my visit.Afterwards, I had some question for the front office. Front Office staff Ashley was extremely helpful and answered my questions regarding costs and dental plans.....I Will Be Back For Further Treatment!
