Would give negative stars, got my root canal and they barely numbed me enough still felt alot of pain and within 1 year the crown already fell off. Since I left town they told me they cant do anything and wont reimburse me and only for the check up if I come back to their office and I would have to pay more if there is anything else that had to do more for my teeth. Total BS and literally unhelpful in this event. Recommend not going to this place and find a better dentist office.

There is no real proof that this office really has people working here after calling everyday morning, noon & night for four consecutive days . The answering service seems to be on auto pay and all the people may have been murdered by robbers. Someone send the police for a safety check! I pinged the corporate franchise to double check their contract.

I got or tried to get a new pair of dentures in 2019. I told them at the time I do not believe these are mine they do not feel right. It is now 2021 and he keeps telling me this is how dentures work. I have been wearing dentures for 20 years. They scratch my mouth so bad I bleed. I have had him try and fix them. With no help. Now I have to pay for a set that I can not afford from someone who knows what they are doing(I walked in with dentures and papartialts that I could at least eat with, this has been a nightmare)

I have been going to Absolute Dental in Sparks for hygienic cleanings for nearly three years. I suffer from a receding gumline, and in the past have attempted painful gum surgeries to correct it. I did not wish to do that again. When I asked Dr. Vu and Ms. Petrilla for recommendations, they took x-rays, and recommended a deep cleaning and regular 4-month hygenic cleanings instead of every 6 months.This treatment, along with the products Ms. Petrilla recommended were very effective in helping my gumline to heal. I now enjoy a healthy gumline and know the correct products and practices to take care of it in the future. Thank you, Kim and Dr. Vu! See you next time. I hope that you can also help other patients avoid surgeries with your proactive treatments.

I went to absolute dental because I have medicaid and have been needing to get my wisdom teeth out. The office staff were super rude. They didnt make eye contact when i was discussing my situation with them and they made me feel as though whatever they were doing was more important than me. Not only that but I called to check on my referral that they initially told me they would call me back on and they said the manager wasnt there so she would have to call me the next day. She never called I ended up calling them again just to find out I had to call the insurance company. Not only that I finally got approved and I made the appointment and when I called the other office they said to make sure I have absolute dental send them the referal and x-rays.They have made no follow up and it has been 2 months.I paid a lot to have my teeth fixed there even with insurance and they cant even do there job appropriately or even just be kind. Super unprofessional and if I could have went any where else that accepted medicaid I 100% would have never walked in the door.

They gave me an estimate and I agreed to it. After drilling some teeth out they come back and say they cant do a filling they need to do a crown. Then they hand me a second estimate almost double the last one while Im missing huge chunks of teeth from my face. Huge loss of respect for them on my first visit. Know what your doing to do before you start the work. Or being willing to charge the same.

Today was the third time Absolute changed my appointment without so much as a courtesy call. I live out of town and was called to come in a half-hour early for my scheduled appointment and they neglected to tell me they changed the locations, so I show up at the south Virginia location and wait til my normal appointment time to be told that the other location closed early due to emergency and could get me in tomorrow. The sad fact is nobody else takes medicaid for dentures so Im stuck playing their scheduling roulette game while they double and triple book and switch your locations without even asking... if you can avoid please save yourself the hassle!

Avoid this place! You are not allowed in until someone comes to the door. Then they shove paperwork in your face to fill out while you’re standing there outside. Took 1/2 an hour to get in past appointment time. Staff except for one tall cute girl is very rude and argumentative. I had several questions about my daughters care, or lack thereof and was never allowed to ask anyone any questions since I was told to go outside and wait while she had more work done. Then they had the nerve to give me an appointment date and time without even consulting me first! I’m glad we only have a few more visits otherwise I would find somewhere else! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else you’ll thank me.

Absolute worst dental service I’ve ever experienced. My wife went to get braces, and they only do sections at a time. Told me cleanings are only one side per appointment as well. We are trying to relocate to a different dentist and this office refuses to send the new office my wife’s records. Been trying to transfer dentists, for three months and can’t because Absolute completely slacks on the transfer, but doesn’t mind still taking our money out, for half a mouth of braces.

The staff is very friendly! The doctor is very good at explaining the treatment and is very nice! Always a pleasant experience.

Horrible customer service, unreliable and rude. Whatever that dentist did to fill my cavities has done nothing but cause me ridiculous amounts of pain since I had them filled. Cant eat or drink anything above room temperature, constant aches in my nerves radiating up my face and all over my mouth. Thank god I didnt go back in a second time, even after calling for 3 months to get a quote when they would call back within the next few days. Each call, sat on hold for 20-30 minutes. Last call, I sat on hold for 30 minutes to let them know I would not be making it for my appointment, they straight up flat out HUNG UP THE PHONE. Picked it up and hung up. My appointment comes around, they snarkily remark I was supposed to be there 10 minutes ago.

I have the worst experience here after taking off my braces. When I first got my retainers I told them the bottom one didnt fit very well, they ignored me and set me on my way. I figured they know what they are doing. Well now that a year has passed I have encounter a problem with one of my bottom tooth gum has significantly lowered because of the constant rubbing. And they finally admited it sure doesnt fit but, that i will need to pay for a new retainer that cost appx $250. I talked to my general dentist and they said I should not have to pay for it because it is not my error. I dont know what to do any suggestions?

So I scheduled an appointment at this location and when i got there they didn’t show me in the system. They were still able to fit me in however they told me i needed 2 root canals and a deep clean which was $179 per side out of pocket. I went to gentle dental deep clean was $32 per side and i did not need any root canal. Be aware of absolute way over priced

Ive been coming here for a couple years now and it is really great. Kim, she does my cleaning, not only does she leave my teeth looking awesome, but shes extremely careful and not rough at all. She has such a wonderful personality as well as anyone here. They always ask how you are doing while you are waiting. The dentist is awesome as well. The wait might be a little long sometimes, but its understandable because they seem to be really busy.

Great staff from the front desk to the back! Very efficient. Came in to get a consult for my wisdom teeth and they got me in with the oral surgeon the same day. Came back the next day to get my cavities filled. Doctor Vu is great and very personable. Really makes you feel at ease. My dental assistant Ileana was amazing as well. I have no complaints whatsoever.

This office is very friendly. Kim, the hygienist is amazing. I have very sensitive teeth & she is always really gentle & does whatever she can to help make the process easier. It is extremely easy to make an appointment with them. I enjoy coming here!

The people are very welcoming here. Once you walk right in, you are greeted with the friendly desk ladies at the front. The whole dental experience was amazing how thanks to Leny! She was easy-going, attentive, and assured me with what she was going to do with the x-ray. She made the environment feel more comfortable. Absolute Dental is a good place to go!

Ive been going to Absolute Dental located on N McCarran Blvd and over the course of several years allowing these dental crew to work on the inside of my mouth… my bridge fell out at least 7 times, they sold me a $360 night guard which did not fit me at all, the oral hygienist destroyed my new fillings which I had received on a previous visit and the receptionist was extremely rude whenever I would have an appointment.I allowed my husband to come in and talk to them, as I was tempted to sue them for malpractice after all I went through. My husband spoke with the owner to clear things up a bit. Now I recently booked an appointment and find I have been banned from going to this dentist further because “I am a problem for them”. That’s the thanks you can expect from taking matters into your own hands to get some quality service from these people. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

If I could give zero to them. The staff are rude and the doctor who I met was irresponsible. I was there to re-cement my fell off crown. They did not do any try to fix it instead they just wanted to get me to pay more for several unnecessary x-rays. Even after declining to do the job I came for, another one came in and tried to convince me for a dental brace while my teeth are perfectly aligned. Do not go there; they are super greedy.

Its been almost a year since my daughter had her braces put on at the Sparks location. Knowing that we have the option to go to the Carson office (which would be much closer) I asked her if she wanted to switch. She stated she loves it in Sparks. When I explained she would get her same Orthodontist, she told me its the nurses she loves. I just want to thank the entire Sparks staff for making this a very pleasant experience.

The staff is absolutely amazing here. I always have anxiety when visiting the dentist and the hygienist, Kimberly is so patient and understanding. Affordable as well and if you don’t have insurance they will lead you to discount programs. Really couldn’t ask for much more!

I am toatally satisfied with this Dentist & Lenny who was extremely helpful & very gentle & understanding when she did my impressions for my new teeth. She gave me helpful info that Ill need when I get my New Smile!! She also was professional with doing her job, but, not all business only, she took her time to make sure that I was properly informed about everything & made sure that I was comfortable & relaxed during the visit. Loved my experience at this location. Dr. Vu and Kim were very thorough explaining my dental health and their treatment was exceptional. During treatment, Kims number one concern was that I was not feeling pain and felt comfortable. Very welcoming environment. Definitely recommend this location.

My husband and I had a couple cleanings here and the hygienist is the sweetest! I really like how she works. I also had 2 fillings done 2 weeks ago and my fillings feel kinda weird to my tongue- which is a new sensation for me- bits its not painful or anything. There was also some conflicting info given early on when I first started here- Ill leave out specifics- but thats my only complaint. They work hard here

I searched online and decided on Absolute Dental. My appointment was prompt and hassle free. I was welcomed by a friendly staff that made my experience peaceful and informative. I will be returning and making this office my choice for my dental needs.

I wont be coming here anymore, they seem to rip ppl off. Long story short I had my insurance representative talk over the phone with the receptionist lady trying to charge me extra. That same lady seems to have an attitude and they dont seem to know what there doing at times when getting your info. They also need to improve their wait times. Besides that the hygienist takes good care of you.

The billing department here is ABSOLUTELY the worst. They made mistakes on my bill 7 months ago and want to blame my insurance and myself. Then I get a bill that no one can actually explain. Talked to 3 people and all came up with 3 different numbers......even though I paid in full at time of visit. Felt like a scam phone call, but yeah they said we will send it to collections if not paid. Do not trust the billing department they are very inexperienced.For emergencies do not go here they do not seem to care. Now I need to find a new dentist......ughUpdate.....I had to go back to get a crown glued back on in August of 2020. Paid what I owed at visit and now Im getting another bill yet again!!! Wowwww

I would put no stars if it would let me. Their costumers are not important at all to this company. I do not recommend them in the very lest. Stay way from this place.

I chose them only because they were listed on my insurance, should have researched their reputation first. I waited for at least an hour. Which was fine. I was expecting it. Got a crazy estimate, which could honestly be accurate as its been a while, but as a customer it is my right to shop around. Watching the girl fumble over her computer and give me the wrong quote twice made me nervous so I decided to get a second opinion. They refused to give me copies of my x-rays. Apparently they dont have a way digitally upload them. Its 2017 get with the program. And they are charging for the realease of something that my insurance already paid for.Unbelievable. I am glad I looked them up.

I had a horrible experience here. First off they kept me in the waiting room 20 minutes and then I was finally notified that they didn’t have my insurance paperwork ready so I had to wait up to an additional 45 minutes. I had to call my insurance company to get things straightened out because of their incompetence. Then when I finally got in the room to be seen I asked for a cleaning because I had gotten cleanings at the other office and I was due for a three month follow-up. They refused to clean my teeth and couldn’t seem to transfer any information from the other office I’ve been going so basically to had to start over from scratch here. Then they told me I needed a deep cleaning when the other office told me all I needed was regular cleanings every 3 months. I tried to talk to the hygienist but she wasn’t available they wanted me to wait even longer I finally got frustrated and just left will never go back there again!

Dr Vu, Paloma and Leny were excellent. They were very kind and patient with me even though Im a stress case when it comes to the dentist. Kim, the dental hygienist, was an absolute delight as well and took all my worries into consideration. All the employees here is awesome, helpful and informative.

I love coming to this Absolute Dental. Dr. Vu is so caring and passionate. He is also very knowledgable and will explain any procedure to you. He is also very funny and I always leave in a good mood, even after a root canal... He truly wants the best for his patients and takes the time to get to know them and call them by name. Been going there for years. I recently had my braces removed and when I went to go get my cleaning the dentist tells me I have multiple cavities each costing over $300 to fix. I went to a different dentist for an second opinion and apparently I have none! Plus the lady hassling every patient to give then a 5 star review is pretty unprofessional if you ask me.

I really like it here. People greet you and treat you well here and they really explain to you what they will be doing and they also recommend stuff and help you better understand how you can better your cleaning experience at home!

Was not happy with what happened here, billing is incompetent, told me 4 different times my crown was flat out rejected but no they did the math wrong insurance paid 45 dollars and I was maxed out, as well as everyone rude, went to a new dentist with the rest of their treatment plan, the new dentist told me it was unnecessary to do the treatments they wanted me to pay for well at least at this time its not necessary and they started this seemed unnecessary work in November! Im still paying on that stupid crown. Its not just them though its every absolute dental second bad experience I have had with a 2nd absolute office, I would definitely look at other options if I were you.

Waited an hour after my appt before being seen. Doctor Vu spent 5 minutes looking at my teeth, told me there were no cavities or problems. Despite the healthy status he said I required a deep cleaning which costs over $1000 out of pocket. Now Im unable to get the regular cleaning my insurance does cover until I pay for the deep cleaning he prescribed.

This business charged my husbands care credit for 3 thousand dollars. I went in and had one tooth worked on, I was unsatisfied with the work done, and the dentist was extremely rude. They refused to refund my card the rest of the amount they charged but said I could transfer it to my daughters orthodontist account. They still have not done it after 2 years and are now threatening to take my daughters braces off. They refuse to help. So now its to the fraud department of my husbands card.Btw we won the dispute, our credit card refunded us the money these crooks stole.
