Hello everyone, my daughter and I had an amazing experience at this office with Dr. Chan, he is absolutely phenomenal. He has excellent bedside manners, and is amazing at what he does. Just a little background my daughter is special needs and Dr. Chan is the only doctor in the Reno area that will even take care of our special needs kiddos. I was referred to him and he took her on without a problem and made sure she got the dental work that she needed ASAP- ( and she needed extensive work under anesthesia). I would recommend him to everyone! He is EXCELLENT and truth be told I wish he could see adults . Our family Loves Him. THANK YOU DR. CHAN!!!!

Best dental experience ever. It was my daughters first ever dental appointment and she did so good because the Dr and staff were so welcoming. Love this place! My oldest has a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental visits! This is the only place where she has been able to have work done! Theyre sooooo good with children. We live an hour away, but make the drive because my children do so well here. Dr. Chan is so nice! Would definitely recommend this place!

All of the staff here is wonderful with children. The atmosphere is playful, comfortable, fun. Theres even a free arcade! Dr. Michaels is awesome; so gentle and kind. Everything seems to have been created with the kids comfort in mind (sunglasses, TVs, stickers and other fun rewards, unique art, the free arcade, e.t.c.). Highly recommend.

Dr. Chan is so amazing! We needed to find a new dentist which was challenging because we have a daughter with special needs. After hearing some good reviews we decided to give Dr. Chan and dentistry for children a try. What a success! He worked so well with our daughter and took care of all of her dental needs, even though she does not make it easy. I highly recommend this pediatric dentist!

Dr Chan and all his staff at dentistry for children are thoughtful caring efficient and loving. Ive been taking my son to see Dr Chan for 4 years now and can honestly say has amazing. My son loves this place and all its staff. Dr. Chang is the best doctor my kids have ever seen for their teeth. He is so good with my kids and is easy to talk too. My kids ages 17, 16, 9, 7, and 3 years old love him. Every visit with him and his staff is always fun and they always make my kids visit as comfortable as possible. The staff is very friendly and amazing! My experience at this office was awesome. Dr Chan did my sons extraction. He had an extra tooth in a funky spot. It was super easy and my son was totally comfortable. This office is super fun and my son absolutely loved the arcade! The staff is also great and efficient at what they do we were in and out.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. Everyone, from the front desk to the finance department to the hygienists and assistants were so incredibly kind and professional. Dr. Chan was so good with my daughter. And, unlike her last dentist, he gave us options and had my daughters best interests at the forefront, rather than money. They even called after her procedure to see how she was doing. I also loved that I didnt spend much time in the waiting room. They respected my time and were easy on my wallet.

Dr. Michael is always a pleasure. She is very sweet and seems to really care about her little patients. She explained things well and made my son feel comfortable. She also took initiative to ask questions and get to know myself and my family better. The girl at the front desk was very nice, as well as the girl in their finance department. The wait is a little long I noticed both times we went, so give yourself time. The assistant Teresa seems great with kids and made my son well as myself feel comfortable and happy. We had a very nice and smooth experience!

We absolutely 100% LOVE this place! Thats not an exaggeration either. Before coming to Dentistry for Children, my daughter had gone to another place and was completely traumatized and no longer trusted dentists. I wont go into the details because all that matters is that when we came here, the staff not only helped me -as a parent- feel comfortable with the care my daughter was receiving but, more importantly, they helped my daughter feel comfortable and safe while building her trust in them.Weve only been to see Dr. Michael but we have met Dr. Chan on a few occasions and I can honestly say they are both wonderful at what they do and are amazingly kind and thoughtful.The atmosphere here is always welcoming and friendly and its fun! The kids always have fun here whether its in the free arcade room waiting for their appointment or if theyre sitting in the chair getting checked out.I seriously cannot express how much we love it here. Dr. Chan and Lawrence, as well as everyone in this office is amazing if I could give a higher score I would, not only did they make my son feel so comfortable, he made this mommy feel comfortable as well. All I can say is from start to finish they made this experience amazing, as a matter of fact when everything was said and done my son ran up to Dr Chan and said he loved him and loved the Dentist. ( Mind you, he had never been to a dentist before, and he had not 1 but 2 cracked teeth and we found out he also had multiple cavities, and still loved the dentist) Thank you all for being so awesome :)

Dr. Chan did surgery on our 3yr old daughters teeth. He explained everything to us and everything turned out perfect! Hes also very nice. Dr. Michaels is very nice as well. Both my daughters go here and theyre never scared of going. The staff is also very friendly and if you have any questions they always answer.

Ive been taking my daughter to see Dr. Chan at the Dentistry for Children for the last four years. It has been a very nice experience for me and especially for my Little Girl. Dr. Chan knows his subject, is very knowledgeable, very gentle and very good with kids as far as I can tell.All his explanations make so much sense to understand the changing process of my daughters growing teeth. He is surrendered by very friendly and experienced people who are helping him to run the place very smoothly. The Dentistry for Children has a very nice waiting room with a little gaming place for kids and very comfortable seats for parents.The whole place is very clean and just perfect for the Young Ones who are experiencing the importance of having their teeth healthy.As a parent! Ive been with Dr. Chan for 10 years. He is the only dentist I will take my children too. My daughter has severe anxiety about having dental work done and he is the only one that she trusts to do the work. Dr Chan will take the time to explain everything to you and make you feel right at ease and the office staff is kind and make you feel welcome. If there is ever a dental emergency they get it taken care of right away. I am so grateful for Dr. Chan and his staff.

Ive been going here since I was 3 and now Im 18 and Dr. Chan is so awesome I dont want to move up to an adult dentist. I love this office! I brought my son for his cleaning and he was on his best behavior Ive ever seen. The dental assistant, Summer who completed the cleaning was patient, kind and able to relate with the children. Dr. Chan was amazing and able to answer any and all questions. I have been interning here for over a month now and I love it! All of the staff is super friendly and always willing to help answer any questions I have. Dr. Chan is great with kids, and both the parents and children all love him! He always makes sure that both the patient and parent are comfortable and takes the extra time to explain to the parents the treatments being performed. By far the best! Dr. Chan is so easy to talk to and is very thorough and kind. My 7 year old daughter felt very comfortable with him which is huge because she didnt like the last two dentist much. In between patients youll see him come out to the waiting room and talk to his patients while fixing pillows haha! I dont think Ive met such a personable, humble dentist yet. Highly recommended!

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. The lack of communication, for months, is the worst I have ever experienced. The office staff is completely unprofessional and immature at best. I might be able to offer a review of the actual dentist, if there is one. He will not call us back and my grandson has been waiting months to fix his decaying front teeth. I would remove the phone receptionist permanently. Although I see great reviews from others, Im sorry to say that this is the 2nd worst experience with a dentist in my lifetime.

I was beyond impressed with this facility. Every worker was so friendly and treated my 1 year old so great. They bonded with her and tried to show her that they could be trusted. My baby had Dr. Mary Ann Michael and she was fantastic. If you can request a doctor, select her! On top of that, the waiting room is amazing. They have a wide layout, with TVs and even an arcade to entertain the children. Their service was very nice compared to other dentists Ive been to. This place is by far the best Ive ever visited and I would recommend this place to everyone!

They are the best dentist we have been to! We have been to 2 other dentists, and this is by far the best place. They assistants and dentists all make my daughter very comfortable and at ease. They get her in promptly any time we feel there is an issue. They have an amazing waiting room with games so the kids dont go crazy with nothing to do, even though weve never had to wait long at all. Lots of comfy seats too :) they have sunglasses to help with the dentist lights above. My daughter loves it there and isnt scared of the dentist anymore (thank god, cuz the last place we went was so bad! She was scared to go back) I dont know they Ladys issue with being closed on a Tuesday.. But it must have been a holiday she was unaware of? Weve been going to 2 years and they dont just randomly close. I 100% recommend the place!

Dr Chan and his staff go out of their way to make my child feel comfortable and have a good experience. They educate not just the parent but the child on how to best care for their teeth. Dr Chan was wonderful. He was excellent with or son who has SPD. Patient and carefully explained what he was doing in a nonthreatening way.He also didnt charge us when he decided to do a second sedation because it was in my sons best interest to do the procedure over 2 separate times instead of all at once. I really feel like he had the best interest of my son in mind.He remembered that we were buying a house and asked us about it when we came back which shows we were more than just patients to him. He even recommended a place where we could get discount flooring.My son loves the free arcade games in the lobby. :)

Dr. Chan at Childrens Dentistry- is wonderful!! He listens to my concerns regarding my kids dental and oral surgery needs. He pays attention to my children when treating them, and always does his best to make them comfortable. Our family of four has been coming to Dentistry for Children for well over ten years. We drive from out of town to be seen by Dr. Chan and the excellent staff at Dentistry for Children. We have utilized All the service offered at this office. Surgical tooth extractions for my children when they were in need. The caring and professional manner made a big difference for me in trusting Dr. Chan to perform surgical dental work at a local hospital for two of my kids that needed care. Referrals were provided for my older children when it came time for their braces. I RECOMMEND Dr. Chan to all my friends. :)

I have been coming here with my son since weve needed his fieldstone checkup about 7 years ago. The Doctors and staff are amazing. They did everything to make your child comfortable even in surgery. The best part is they work fast for the nervous ones.

This place is extremely unprofessional the ladies and the manager that work there are extremely rude they over talk when trying to explain a situation that envovled my 4yr old sons teeth because of there own typo when dealing with my insurance for my child I said God Damn on the phone and I was told they would not see my child because I used the lords name in vain. not only am I gonna contact the better buisness bureau but Im gonna file a complaint with the owner or the company I didnt know you werent allowed to have a diffrent religious view in order to be seen at this place this place discriminates dont go here....

I have been going to see Dr. Chan for years for my 3 boys and I never thought Id love a dentist this much! The boys love the arcade games inside and the girls are always so awesome with them, making sure theyre taken care of and comfortable (which is most important). Dr. Chan makes the visit amazing.....he knows what hes doing and you dont have to second guess, which is such a relief when it comes to kids. He filled my 4 year olds little cavities in 15 minutes flat and my son was taken care of from start to finish. He also put crowns on my 1 1/2 year old, due to a cracked tooth and little cavities from milk, and at first I was nervous but after speaking with him before the procedure, once again he made us feel comfortable. All in all, I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Chan and his office 100%. They are amazing, thank you again!!!!!!!!!

Taking children to the dentist is not something I normally look forward to. But with Dr. Chan he makes it a joy! All 4 of my children love him and he motivates them to take care of their teeth better. Hes so gentle they have never complained about pain despite unfortunately a few cavities. His staff is professional and courteous. Really nothing more you can ask for from a dental office.

Took my kids there since they were little and never had a problem. Recently on my last 3 visits the staff treated my kids and I very disrespectful. Took my kids to another dentist and they did a better job at cleaning, they took their time and the staff was very nice. Never going here again.

I have been taking my children to see Dr. Chan for over 5 years now. They were terrified of the dentist before going to see Dr.Chan. He is such an amazing dentist. Hes so patient and calm with the kids. I wont take my children any where else.

This place is the best. Our son has serious anxieties--especially when visiting the doctor or dentist. But the kind and friendly staff at Dentistry for Children work with him to help put him at ease. Theyre awesome!

Weve been going to Dentistry for Children for about 8 years now, and Dr. Chan has always taken care of our kids teeth. He has a wonderful demeanor, and is very good at what he does. Dr. Chan takes the time to explain what is going on with tooth development, and listens/answers attentively to questions and concerns. The office staff are very professional and how can you beat free arcade games?

Horrible customer service doctors are amazing front office people Mercedes Rebecca and Maddie are all rude and don’t know how to do their jobs correctly. It’s always been one thing or another with this office. Definitely was ran better when it was Dr Austin.

Dr. Chan is my daughters dentist and he was very helpful and professional in every appointment we had with him at dentistry for children. I highly recommend him to any family seeking a pediatric dentist.

Dr. Chan is so good with the kids, and the parents. He always has a smile on his face. This isnt an over the top, give the parents a guilt trip kind of practice. They are so efficient, and keep prices low. You can even get a cavity filled the same day they come in for the check-up. I highly recommend them!

My daughter is only 4 years old n she use to be scared of the dentist but once we start to comeing to dentistry for children she much happier with her teeth work. everyone is so nice and friendly I will highly recommend to anyone with kids 😊

Dr. Chan is like super cool and Ive been going there since I was like 2 and currently Im 14. And waiting is also cool Because like they have arcade machines. Its lit fam Im telling you.

Everyone in the office has always been so awesome and comforting to us.. Oh and the kids too! Some of the best anywhere! I wish they took adults!

Just took my son to this dentist for the first time since we moved to the area and we were blown away by the quality of care! Not only do they have a fully stocked arcade, but they were all very nice and made my son feel very comfortable. My son said, I will go back anytime! I highly recommend them for your childs/teens dental care needs.

Kind and patient staff, Dr. Chen is very kind, patient, and is informative. They have an awesome waiting room, not that you will wait long. They keep to their schedule very well.
