My husband and I took on the overwhelming task of renovation of our pool, pool deck and upper patios. We interviewed several pool companies but chose Casey Wilson to partner with. He truly listened to what we envisioned and then spent time to make sure we saw multiple pools that he had previously completed to further understand our needs and wants. His crews started work in mid March and the project was completed in the timeline that he promised. I cannot say enough positive things about working with Casey, his attention to detail, the quality of the finishes he helped us to select, his honesty and follow through are unsurpassed by any of my previous experiences with contractors! He assisted us with the selection of the various materials, and arranged the sub-contractors to do various parts of the work. The job was well scheduled and completed on time. Jeff Wilson Pools does an average job of cleaning, nothing special. They are very big and busy so theyre often hard to get to. 1500 customers!They just raised prices 40% to all customers without notice nor consideration of new customers.It will be interesting to see what happens.Reply to your reply: I did call you and you told me to go to hell. Jeff Wilson Pools does a great job with the Maintenance of my pool. However they get here at the crack of dawn and my alarm goes off inside once they break the beam by driving through the driveway. It’s a constant issue as I have told the drivers several times. Three times to be exact. There are two diff employees I’ve told never to come to my home that early. Twice I told the Hispanic guy and I just told the older fella. 7, 7:30 is too early during the week. Hispanic guy once came at 7 am on a Saturday. I don’t have to be awake until 9. What’s it going to take to get the employees to get here after 9 am!??? Maybe writing this review will do the trick. If you get here early again I will FIRE YOU.

I just cannot say enough good things about Jeff Wilson Pool Service. They have supported my pool for well over two years and have not missed a step. I have used them for weekly maintenance as well as enhancements to my pool. I would like to mention Carlo, Colby, JT and many dedicated employees that I have not yet met. There were some initial scheduling issues but they were very apologetic and corrected the issue. They personally called to make the issue right. After several months of using their services I have to say I am happy with the service provided and the job they do. They are very knowledgeable about pool care and are proud of the work they do. Everyone Ive encountered has been very professional and courteous and do not mind explaining what they are doing and why they are doing it.

We have had Jeff Wilson maintaining our pool for many years and are pleased with the weekly maintenance. However, we have not be pleased with their repair department. We found their scheduling not reliable nor repairmen competent. We have had numerous pumps installed as well as a new heater, several valves and the same problems keep occurring. Also, their response time is lengthy. Recently I was told a repairman would be here Thursday or Friday and no one showed nor called. Now it’s Saturday and we’re still waiting.

Our family has been using the cleaning services from Jeff Wilson Pool Service in Naples for many years now, and weve been completely satisfied. Friendly people with many years experience in the local area. Definitely recommended.

Our North Naples pool is serviced and repairs are done by Jeff Wilson Pool Service. Weve been with JWPS for 5+ years and the business relationship was put to the test with damage from Hurricane Irma this past Fall. With our cage down and in the pool along with assorted other plant damage causing the pool filter to work intermittently, JWPS did a work-around by coming through the house to service the pool! Frankly, all manner of access was dangerous; but, they found a way to keep the pool from going south by repeatedly shocking the water and trying to maintain control over infestations from algae and who knows what else. Once the cage was removed from the pool and a new one was installed service continued largely uninterrupted through the incredibly high-demand period of the Irma aftermath. JWPS has replaced pool and spa lighting and wiring, detected leaks and, most recently installed a new pool heater. In each case the work was done quickly and effectively. When a light went out prematurely in the spa, they applied a warranty without prompting from us. JWPS deserves your confidence. Joe & Linda C.
