This little gem was wonderful! I wanted a gel manicure with French but I told the tech if she could do dip powder with French and make them look natural, then I would do that. She did not disappoint! My nails look wonderful, everyone was friendly and I enjoyed my service. I dont even live in southlake but Ill definitely be back. Taylor and her crew are exceptional!!

Today we found a Hidden Jewel in Southlake! My fiance and I were shopping out in SouthLake and decided to get our feet and nails done for our vacation.We happened to see Unique Nail Spa in the shopping center we were at and decided to give them a try and I am so glad that we did!I have only lived in Texas for a few months and I have tried several other salons in the area but I can tell you that the service we received today outshined them all!The staff were extremely nice and the service we received was top notch!We will definitely be back! So if you are looking for a great nail salon I would highly recommend you go to Unique.

I went to go get my nails done after a failed attempt at a near by nail salon. I called ahead to make sure they were able to do designs and they said yes. When I showed up, the girl started my nails she didn’t even prep them or clean them. She was in such a rush my nails were different shapes and super thick (from the dip powder). I was then passed on to another nail tech to do the design which it was alright not what I wanted but I couldn’t say anything because by the time they were done, it was closing time. And then to top it off my nails only lasted 5 days!! So disappointed.

Absolute favorite nail salon! Excellent service, very clean, and best gel nails I’ve had. I’m so impressed with what the new owner has done!

A friend suggested me, by far one of the best nail salon in Southlake with non-Southlake pricing. At first I was skeptical why are they so economical but I am glad I went and too my chances. The staff was amazing, the color selection was great, they offer beverages like any other salon, neat and tidy location, decently busy, happy cheerful staff, no waiting and excellent customer service. My technician was David. He was extremely patient and cheerful. Did a great job. I am definitely going to be a regular here. I moved from Canada and I am used to paying $35 for mani pedi, in SL regular starts from $50. This place I got regular for $36. I will highly recommend them.

I have been coming to this place for almost 6-7 months. EVERY TIME I come in I automatically feel welcomed and at home.I have been pregnant for these months and when I say comfort to the fullest, it is unreal.Today most especially the day before our baby shower. Mrs. B is like a second mom here she always listens too exactly what I’m wishing for and her compassionate attitude truly made me want to be in tears.Thank you Rosa for giving me the best pedicures and massages at 30 weeks pregnant they sure make a difference!Thank you Mrs B for always giving me the most amazing nails possible!Every 2 weeks I faithfully see you guys and it’s so nice for the care and love you show. ❤️

This nail experience was amazing! John, Teresa, and Sonny were amazing throughout our visit (I came with my mom). We did a mani/pedi, and both were great. If youve been to Vietnam, youll have a great time chatting with Sonny about family/charity he still does there, and Teresa gave me so many recommendations for great Vietnamese food in the area! Last ladies night before the baby comes. Staff was extremely friendly, took their time even though were were there close to closing. Love it! Will definitely be back and will refer to others!

This is Karen OMG y’all they have new owners /manager 11-2020 my salon Sheltons closed down permanently due to Covid and I just got the best hair color/cut Mani Pedi here! Day o beauty! (you have to wash your hands take temperature and wear mask for now.) Ask for Roze or Beverly. I really couldn’t be happier.

Excellent service. Everything is very clean. I’ve been to almost every other nail place in town and was never 100% satisfied with the dip at the other places. The staff and owner here really listened when I expressed my concerns about getting dip again and took the time to explain everything. Jackson did the dip for my nails and it was absolutely perfect. The owner even came over and made sure I was happy. I will definitely be back!

Very calm environment, good after a 53 hour work week. I did a walk-in, they got me right in and got me started right away. I did the green tea pedicure and it was heavenly, definitely worth every penny! They are reasonably priced and you get your money’s worth.

I was in the Grapevine area last week for my job and my friend and I decided to get our nails done. We googled places and found this one so decided to check it out. When we walked in we were greeted instantly, and they were very friendly! It was extremely clean and they also use brand new nail utensils for each person that they attend to. They also treated us very well! If I am ever in the area again, I will be sure to stop in again.Go see Sonny, Be, and Vivian........they are Awesome, and you wont be disappointed.

Went here in search of a new nail salon. Reviews were good so thought i would check it out. Absolutely the worst experience i’ve had at a nail salon. Friendly staff but bad service. Cut up every single one of my fingers and nails weren’t evenly shaped or cut. Put oil on my fingers and walked away. Never saw her again, i rubbed and wiped away the oil because it was all over me. My pedicure was nice, if you enjoy getting the bottom of your feet sliced over and over with sharp finger nails. When i was finished i was just left sitting there for almost an hour before paying. I hate complaining it’s not who i am but this wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. Please save your time and money for somewhere else.

Service was fast. I dont get my nails done often, but I wanted to today. The lady doing my dip nails was very nice. She was pretty rough on my cuticles and accidentally cut one of my fingers with the file, but my nails look good. And it was quick. Im happy with the overall look.

I love going here! I see Nina, she does a fantastic job. She knows me by name and always remembers exactly how I want my nails. She greets me with a smile, carries great fun conversation with me as well. She is so sweet and so are all the other workers! I have been going here for around 9 months. I will not go anywhere else. I had 1 broke nail and was driving around all day Tuesday and Wednesday until I called Unique Nail Spa and Kim did an excellent job on my nail it looked just like the other nails she did an awesome job at matching my powder. I will definitely be going back for a full set. Clean and professional and let me know the price up front

I took my mom here for the first time for her birthday and I am very happy. Great service and great prices. I love my gel manicure; they took their time and I didnt feel like I was being rushed. Will be returning! I also like that they do a student discount!

I came here less than a week ago for the first time. I am not someone who writes reviews but this place was over the top with mistakes and disrespect that I felt I had to write something. My main issue with this experience was that the lady didn’t even put down a base for the dip, and when I commented on that she said that it’s already on there from the last time I got my nails done. Even though she had literally just gotten done grinding my nails down to my natural nail!! I have been getting dip for almost 2 years now & I have never not had them put a new base for dip!! 5 days later my pinkly nail broke & bent backward, pulling up my nail bed & completely destroying my nail. I had to go to Carenow due to how bad it was. If she had used a base for my dip, this NEVER would have happened. I have never broken a nail like this before & this has been some of the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. Then when my nails were about to be done it was clear that my thumbs were textured & rather than fixing them she just put clear nail polish on which only made the problem worse. Once the nails were completed I was shocked because it looked like my nails were already grown out!! I could clearly see the base of my natural nails & some of the nails didn’t have anything on the sides of my nails, causing them to look really lopsided. After I showed another nail technician that was working there, she agreed that there were a lot of mistakes & offered to re-do my nails which was nice. But I had already been there for several hours, not due to a lot of customers but due to lack of experience with the nail technicians. The pedicure took the longest, the guy was very rough & he cut me twice, one of the cuts he had to wipe away blood from multiple times & he went to put alcohol on my toes & I said no thank you because he had just cut me. He then said he wouldnt put alcohol on my toes and then proceeded to put the alcohol on my toes anyway!! My mom was with me & she reiterated again that I didn’t want the alcohol due to him cutting me & asked why he did it anyway & all he did to respond to my mom was laugh!! It wasn’t the kind of laugh where he just misunderstood and laughed it off, he knew exactly what we had said, he just truly thought it was funny that we got upset that he had done something I had clearly said I didn’t want. We were completely shocked at how he was so blatantly disrespectful. It was hands down the worst experience at a nail salon & neither of us will be back even though they gave us a 30% off coupon. There were several other problems throughout my experience and not all of them are listed due to how long this post already is. It could be just that those two nail technicians were inexperienced but it was enough pain & mess ups that we don’t even care about saving money.

Atmosphere and staff very nice. The work was awful. This was the worst manicure Ive ever had. I get my nails dipped about every 3 weeks... Came here to try a new place. The work is so sloppy. Nails look uneven... Powder and sealer on my skin. Parts if my nails around the edges arent even covered. So disappointing.

Nice staff but not so nice prices or results! I had dip nails done here and the product had many errors which I was told that it looked smudged because of the oil, but it was actually the nail. And then it’s 40 dollars! 40 dollars for something flawed. Maybe it was just my experience but just be careful.

I love them. They are very nice. Service is great. Have to wait awhile on weekends but its the best in the area. I go during the week and I love it. I drive from across town for lavender pedi.

Its hit or miss here. Sometimes a perfect gel manicure that lasts over 2 weeks...other times it starts to peal in less than a week. It seems really clean... They use disposable plastic basin liners in the pedi bowls which is comforting. The up-selling is kind of annoying.

Worst experience I’ve had with nails.When me and my friend went in for a manicure. We were told it would be 65$ When we were finished with our nails is when we were told that it would now be 85 dollars. And we didn’t add anything extra. The manicures also took 3 In a half hours spent most the time sitting with my fingers in a bowl or alcohol. My friends manicure turned out uneven she got coffen shaped and some were noticeably skinner than others. But I will say my manicure turned out okay not good enough that I will be going back.
